- Robert (2/5): - Leaving Toilet didnt flush, tea/coffee and sugar old and stale, doors to cupboards hanging of, very basic rooms with under basic amenities,, car park covered in rubbish and drug baggys, walls paper thin, water pipes running around your head while in bed. unhelpful staff with hidden costs. The place is the most over priced place ive stay in Perth. Dont recommend

- Thomas (5/5): Not again - Not much to be honest. Close to the train station Old style. Very loud road noises at night. Too expensive for what you get.
- Liam (2/5): -
- Robbie (5/5): -
- Hayden (5/5): - check in was smooth, staff were friendly Dirty place overall, beds were rock hard, the amount of bogans and crackheads was a bit concerning.
- MARILYN (8/5): -
- Bonnie (7/5): -
- Luc (1/5): More like a drugs
house - The night guard was friendly This must've been the WORST hotel I've ever stayed. Filthy, old, doesn't have what they advertise. filled with junkies, sex worker. People using drugs throughout the hotel.
Absolutely unsuited for children and actually adults should steer clear too. I cannot put to words what I experienced here.

- Roxanne (3/5): -
- Kim (4/5): -
- Jeffrey (1/5): Terrible my mate did not even stay there and booke another hotel and stayed there - Dirty rundown could have slept on the street. Think it smelt like drugs we’re used there Discussing
- Terence (8/5): - Ease Nothing
- renae (7/5): - Was a great location for all the things I needed to do during my stay
The room was great. Lounge, table, stove top, fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The reception area was very confusing. Two different hotels one reception area
- Nat (3/5): Adequate if you're not expecting anything flash - Great location, washer and dryer was handy, tv worked Very noisy which we expect in the city but loud tenants and traffic noise +++, taps dripped - not just a tiny bit but a steady stream, parking exorbitant at $20 per day and not gated/secure, carpets were filthy, general state was worn and badly in need of freshening (holes in sofa, missing kitchen draw, the microwave looked like it was about to fall off, fridge missing shelves), not enough power points so had to rearrange living space to use laptop, no oven, linen did not look overly clean - luckily we bought our own pillows,
- Amy (1/5): Meth palace - but staff were lovely - The staff were nice No fobs/cards required to get to floors. Doors didn't lock - had to put fridge in front of door so it couldn't be opened
- Chad (4/5): - The facilities were old and antiquated. I was charged $20 for parking but later read in a booklet provided in the room by the hotel that parking was only $10. The swimming pool was out of order. I had to use my own phone data by hot spoting the television as the hotels wi fi wasn't working. Overall, I won't be back and definitely won't be recommending it to anyone.
- Warren (1/5): -
- Jack (2/5): -
- Cynthia (1/5): - Not much The night staff came into my room without permission whilst I was asleep and asking to borrow money off of me
- Andrea (2/5): Unsafe - The room was relatively clean and hotel was close to the city. The car park is very unsafe - full of derelict cars of the rough sleepers that are now housed in the motel. Hard to get a park most nights, even though we paid for parking and most corners of the park are covered in pee and rubbish.
The room itself was relatively clean if you can overlook the broken power points that are an electrical hazard. They charge you a $300 plus charge if they have to do anything additional such as empty the rubbish bin in the room. Our room had special treat of some used toe nail clippers left on the broken, dusty range hood in the kitchen.

- Robert (2/5): I don’t not recommend - It was overpriced. Dirty and having to pay for toilet paper is a joke . There rubbish everywhere and junk all over the property. It’s just disgusting
- Ali (10/5): -
- Shoovdor (6/5): -
- Sharon (2/5): - Free cat bus
Good aircon The urine smell in the bathroom, the ceiling was very loose to dangerous to turn on.
- AVO (2/5): -
- Mark (7/5): quick overnighter - close to city and events bit old and run down
- michelle (2/5): -
- Kim (1/5): -
- Datokboss (3/5): overall it's an affordable place if your not fussy with poor conditions and environment - Location The environment and lack of room facilities wasn't working
- Ben (1/5): - Nothing cancelled my stay after 1 night very bad hotel Night staff were rude and aggressive
Property was filthy
Really bad location at night yelling and fighting att night
- David (4/5): - Location We had cockroaches in our bathroom and the toilet didn't flush properly.sheets not for size bed you don't even get a full foll of toilet paper and it's 3 dollars for an extra and photos are not what you get
- Trudi (1/5): Do not book this!! - Not much to be honest. The towels and bedding were clean. Nothing like the advertised pics on Booking.com. old, tired, noisy, did not feel safe. High speed internet was rubbish. Def would NOT recommend.
- Raquel (10/5): -
- Ahmad (8/5): -
- Trudi (4/5): Would not recommend! - It was clean Nothing like the pics! Old and rundown. Didn't feel safe. Very noisy (traffic and other guests)
- Ravindra (9/5): -
- Khy (3/5): -
- Amanda (2/5): A last-minute need - but unsecured for safety. - Customer service was excellent, room clean, bed and pillows comfortable. NO SECURITY! Broken fire doors propped open, pool unsecured, fire door on top floor unable to close or open. Fire trap and personal security at risk.
- THE NGUYEN (6/5): -
- Andrew (5/5): Will never stay here again - Location ok that was it Wifi didn’t work, locked out of room as batteries ran out of lock then staff didn’t help out for 2hours. Cockroaches throughout room and water pressure horrible so couldn’t shower properly
- Sven (6/5): -
- Harjas (1/5): Was not comfortable at all. Broken fan in the room. Checked out way too early due to discomfort - The location is good Smells like smoke. Rude staff. No experience for customer service. Not worth the money spent. Overpriced
- James (10/5): -
- Samuel (8/5): - Super short walk from both the CBD and the City West train station.
- Craig (1/5): - We were locked out of the building and the room due to our entry cards not working for the second night
Flying out the next morning was stressful.
Room quality was below budget conditions .
Floors were sticky to walk on
Kitchen falling apart
No reception at times you would expect normally open.
Closing early.
Bed comfy and clean but the rest was very poor .
I guess getting locked out for hrs didnt help the night before an early flight.
Staff friendly when we could find them .
Not recommended but it is very budget at a price to high for what we got in return.
- Christine (1/5): Never ever ever ever again - Friendly staff Full of junkies, drunks and scary people stunk like cigarettes and piss. Stayed on the fourth floor windows didn’t shut no security screens OMG don’t even know how that’s legal.
- Taryn (6/5): - Location
Parking Run down
Smells of weed/ smoking in hallways and elevator
No milk in the fridge
Could of been cleaner
High bond
- Annamarie (6/5): Served its purpose as a place to rest for the night - Its location was perfect for my needs walking distance to the RAC Arena where I was attending a concert .. The bed was comfy It was pretty basic and a bit run down
- Alice (1/5): I’d want them to pay for me to stay there and I still wouldn’t - Nothing The parking cost, the vandalism, the noise, the drug addicts, not feeling safe. Everything!!!
- Fiona (1/5): Didn't stay as it was disgusting! - We didn't end up staying as the hotel was not what we had expected at all. Most of us had stayed there a long time ago and knew it would be old but what we found was not old it was terrible. Everything smelt like urine or cigarette smoke. The security door had the lock smashed off. There were needle caps in the car park. Bathroom was mouldy. It was nothing like it was described as. There is cheap and cheerful but this was not cheerful at all. I had 2 pregnant friends with me and no way did we feel this was going to be ok for them.
- Jade (3/5): - The front reception lady was lovely and polite Room was dirty and not clean, bed was hard. Kitchen cupboards broken, curtains had mold growing on them.
- Sonia (5/5): On a budget, I think I could have found better if I looked longer. However the staff were very helpful and friendly. - Location was good and close to free buses. The apartment was very dated and over worn and tired looking. Cabinets were chipped, wardrobe door was off its hinges, holes in the walls, aircon noisy, strange people were drunk and noisy on my floor, knocking on my door at night, internet very slow.
- Yvonne (8/5): -
- Kaiglo (10/5): - Everything 😍 Nothing
- Cathrine (5/5): - The apartment was good for what we wanted and location was perfect. I didnt like how noisy it was and too many undesirable guests.
- Elizabeth (5/5): - The warmth and friendliness of the young lady at reception The apartments need an upgrade. No milk to make a hot drink
- Cooper (5/5): - How close it was to the rac Felt unsafe
- Sarah (2/5): -
- Ross (5/5): Not the worst but look elsewhere - The apartment itself was comfortable but is needing done up a bit. The pool area is completely run down and there's no seats to lie out in the sun, definitely nothing like the pictures. Also there is big groups kids going there every day who I don't think stay there and screaming and jumping in making it impossible to relax. Also the apartments are very expensive and take a heavy deposit.

- David (6/5): -
- Will (1/5): -
- Kylie (8/5): -
- Naomi (1/5): Horrible, dirty and rude staff - Nothing Overnight stay = risking your health
The room offered was visibly dirty, only tidied up and never really cleaned after so many other guests. Unknown stains of dubious origin on the walls, a bathroom exhaust fan and air conditioner with dust particles the size of tangerines, a floor that stuck to the soles of shoes, a dusty and greasy kitchen, and a washer and dryer full of dirt from previous uses, etc.
At first glance, a strange smell greeted us upon entering the room (the receptionist told us it was the air freshener; I recommend changing it). As soon as we saw this horror, we immediately panicked, as I don't think such hygienic conditions are normal in 2026. We were offered another room (the same as the first) and were even offered to clean the first, but given the cleanliness standards, we were even scared. We were harassed by the receptionist over the phone, saying, "You can't expect anything for such a low price." We didn't pay low compared to other accommodations in the area, which were decidedly cleaner and more courteous to their guests. Refund obviously denied without even using the room. Recommended experience only if you want to get sick. If you want to catch a disease, this is the right place for you. Thank you so much for the experience. The first and hopefully the last.
- Hutton (7/5): -
- Rijal (2/5): Location wise it was good but could be better if clean. - Location Not clean
- Kent (1/5): Horrible my friend I stayed with suggested it and it totally made me just want my money refunded - Nothing rlly just the the washing machine and dryer which normally arnt in rooms Mostly everything stinks everywhere U go there's a no smoking policy but every floor smelt like ciggerets and weed carpark was loaded with abandoned cars yet U have to pay extra for parking and the bond was ridiculously high competed to cost of room even tho there was cracked walls damage everywhere good thing I did get whole bond back
- Melakai (8/5): Came for 2 nights and ended up staying over a week it was so great 😀 - The location is absolutely fantastic, and although the room wasn’t as clean as I’m used to seeing, they’ve got lots of soap and suds and brooms if you desire so if you are a wee bit fussy but dont mind giving it a good 15-20min tops clean/scrub then u have stumbled across the best value, spacious as, super helpful friendly staff to assist anytime at all with no grumbles and location++ for a super discounted fee compared to most….everything really ✔️. The fallow room renters were a dash boisterous but friendly
- Stephen (5/5): In and out quickly, and that is all I needed, so it suited this 1 emergency situtation. - Staff were very helpfull, I arrived late but was able to check in easily and parked my car with plenty of availalbe space. Some of the other guests, were questionable, iwould not recomend this hotel for a family.
- Caitlin (4/5): -
- Walker (5/5): -
- Moore (1/5): Will NEVER stay here again! - The location was convenient, that was the only likeable thing. The property was FILTHY. The elevator smelled strongly of urine. The corridors smelled strongly like dirty socks mixed with cooking. We had to move units three times in the space of fifteen minutes. None of the units looked anything like the photographs advertised. The first unit the air con didn’t work and neither did the ceiling fan (only one ceiling fan in one of the two bedrooms). Water came out of the shower like a dribble- impossible to have a shower in, but enough water to chase the cockroaches out. The kitchen drawer were disgustingly dirty and had no handles to open them, some were nailed shut. The second unit the shower was awful again and the air con didn’t work. This unit had no ceiling fans. The third unit had blood stains on the carpet in the lounge and the beds were filthy and stained. Air con worked but not very well. No ceiling fans. The shower water came out well enough to have a shower but insufficient to wash your hair. The mould in the shower was disgusting- they should be giving out free shower shoes! Noise levels could be expected as the property is on a busy main road. My children were traumatised. We paid for ten nights and only stayed one. Got out as quickly as we could.
- Tahnee (3/5): -
- Yaniv (1/5): - They charge me extra $347 and they pay back just $288 and that on top of the $160 I paid earlier to book it with you guys.
I want full refund.
Thank you
Yaniv mishali They charge me extra $347 and they pay back just $288 and that on top of the $160 I paid earlier to book it with you guys.
I want full refund.
Thank you
Yaniv mishali
- Dania (4/5): - nothing the dirt in the carpark very dirty
- Laura (1/5): - Bed was comfortable Had to be moved to another room due to incorrect room that we'd paid for and cockroaches dead and alive upon arrival.
- Philippa (5/5): Only if you have no other option. - It was cheap and not to far from the city, The bathroom was dirty and the walls in every room. It’s above an intersection and the whole night Rev heads were screeching off at the lights. The bed sheets were stained. Had to pay $300 bond and parking.
- Karlis (2/5): -
- Renee (1/5): Half way house from prison release. Dirty and unclean not worth the money - Walking distance to the city even though there were shady people around. Felt unsafe Car park smelt of urine, human poo in rain gutters, dirty walls, mold in bathroom and in walls, air vents covered in dust, sheets unclean, mold in freezer and fridge, dirt build up on top of microwave and vents, fly screens completely ripped out and window tracks covered in dead flies, air conditioning taped to self, broke remote for tv.
- Mencel (2/5): Good location, good room but let down by the other guests behavior - Noise, drug dealing, drunk aboriginal trying to get in, rubbish in the hallway.
- Ji (3/5): -
- Brock (1/5): - Nothing terrible smell It wasnt as pictured on the booking. False advertising. No value for money we had to leave it was disgusting.
- Monike (1/5): I want my money back or a partial refund. For $270 a night I was expecting at least an unacceptable level of cleanness - Spacious. The level of cleanness. I was pretty disgusted. The bathroom and shower facilities were filthy.
Mould on the tiles, that you could see the tiles have not been scrubbed for some time, pubic hair from previous guests, the exhaust had at least 5 years of dust. I got photos. Also, some rust on the bathroom door.
I let the lady at reception know when I was leaving and all she said was send me the photos not even sorry.
I paid $270 dollars and I was pretty disgusted.
- Elizabeth (1/5): Taps need fixing - cupboard doors need fixing - place is not clean. - Location These apartments seem to have permanent Aboriginals living there and at night there was shocking behaviour, with both men and women (in front of children and in the car park) fighting and abusing each other EVERY NIGHT. They buy alcohol from the take away bottlelo nearby and I was unable to go out at night, unless I had someone to go with me and the only night time I went out I was escorted back to my apartment and there were drunk women sitting nearby and screaming at me to keep the door open for them. I did not. They wanted access to come inside and screamed at me and banged constantly on the door and lucky for me the lift arrived. I went to Perth for a family funeral and needed peace and quiet and NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS ACCOMMODATION. I had a family member stay with me the last night there for my own safety.
- Muhammad (1/5): - So dirty room need hard work to clean that Nothing
