- Գայանե (6/5): - Вид из балкона 🤩, лифты были хорошими. Всё было чисто. Вся гостиница растрёпанная как будто когда покупали и Сделали ремонт Это был последний раз когда сделаем там ремонт. Не поняли Зачем чайник если нет кружки где можно кипяток налить был только один бокал и всё. Парковка была маленькая. В номере был телевизор но не было пульта и как будто телевизор для декорации и Для галочки просто так. Из ванной комнаты пахло сыростью.

Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of choices. Parking is available right in front of the hotel The bathroom, unfortunately, had a very strong sewer smell. The hotel, although very clean, is in need of an update.

- Hugues (8/5): Overall, it’s a clean and friendly hotel in a perfect location, with warm staff, but it could improve by adding a few es - The hotel is very well located, right in the town center of Goris, which makes it easy to explore on foot. Everything was spotless and the level of cleanliness was excellent. The staff were kind and welcoming, and I would like to highlight in particular the kitchen team, who were exceptionally nice and helpful. On the downside, the rooms felt a bit small compared to what one might expect in Goris. Some basic amenities were missing: there was no hairdryer, no coffee or tea bags, and no fridge in the room.

Wij hebben voor de diner in het restaurant eten besteld ,ze hebben ons eten buiten restaurant gebracht maar met restaurant prijzen afgerekend. Bijvoorbeeld een kebab buit restaurant kost 600 dram. Afgerekend voor 1400 dram.

Цена качество соответствует. Чувствуется что здание старое, присутствует запах сырости в лифтах и в санузлах. Да и нет напора воды, но это беда во всей стране а не только в Горисе. А так все замечательно!

- Denis (4/5): Цена/качество не соответствует!!! - Из плюсов: доброжелательный персонал в столовой, который специально для нас приготовил ужин, несмотря на то что было уже поздно (21 час) и им пришлось специально для нас готовить. Отопления в отеле нет, было холодно. Просили дополнительно одеяло, что бы ночью не замерзнуть. Вода в ванной текла очень слабо и чтоб пошла горячая вода приходилось пропускать воду 10-15 минут. Душ невозможно принять, напора воды совершенно нет.

- Benoit (10/5): - L’accueil était incroyable, la réceptionniste (Maria) m’a même réservé un billet de bus depuis Erevan et s’est démenée pour me faciliter mon excursion à Tatev et dans les environs de Goris en me faisant patienter avec un thé délicieusement rafraîchissant. Le tout dans un anglais parfait et avec un sourire exquis.
- Anne (8/5): Empfehlenswertes Hotel in zentraler Lage. - Zentral gelegen, vieles ist neu saniert und sehr sauber. Blick aus dem Hotel ist ebenfalls toll. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und entsprechen meines Erachtens nicht den angegebenen 25 qm.

- Tatiana (7/5): Отель на одну ночь. Чистый. Есть завтрак. В ресторане лучше не ужинать, а пойти в соседнюю таверну. - Отель на 1 ночь, вполне приемлемо. Отель советского типа, ремонт простой (но вычурный). На соседней улочке есть неплохой семейный ресторан - takarik tavern, где мы с удовольствием и поужинали. Ресторан ужасен, завтраки скудные. Когда мы заехали, над рестораном в зоне конференц зала праздновали день рождения. Мы уточнили на ресепшен, работает ли сам ресторан. Нам ответили утвердительно. Но, когда мы зашли в ресторан отеля нас никто не встретил и сказали идти к поварам на кухню. Оказалось, что этот ресторан обслуживает мероприятие и повара только начали смеяться, когда я спросила у них про ужин. Это было не приемлемо. К слову, нас все-таки были готовы покормить, когда мы спросили об этом, но в меню оказалость мало еды и сама кухня совсем не внушила доверия.

The waiter was very slow and didn't care about us. We had to ask 3 times to get the beverages. We got the dinner after waiting almost an hour.
