The shuttle to Porto and the beaches was a bonus with our lovely driver Raj! The family room was perfect for our stay with our two children. We would love to stay here again when we visit Giglio next!

(Stile europeo molto ricca) Camera ampia con porta finestra che da su terrazzino privato I locali erano puliti e la stanza appena rifatta, biancheria bagno in ottime condizioni. Letto ampio e materasso comodo Unico neo il bagno era un po ridotto e bisognoso di lavori (vaso wc lesionato, piastrelle del rivestimento rotte e box doccia con vernice da ripristinare) Posizione della struttura a meta strada fra porto e castello non ottima per le spiagge ne per l escursionismo.

La dimensione delle camere è veramente limitata così come l'arredo davvero limitato all'essenziale. Basterebbe almeno un piccolo tavolo o un supporto per appoggiare la valigia. La dimensione della doccia davvero piccola.

• Ilja (10/5): - Mijn telefoon besloot ook van het heldere water in de baai van Arenelle te gaan genieten en dat liep niet goed af. De heren van de receptie hebben mij zo steunend en actief geholpen om problemen op te lossen en waren ontzettend begripvol. Superveel dank aan iedereen, ook aan Tomasso de Shutlle chauffeur. Ik heb heerlijk geslapen in het hotel en ook in hun restaurant de lekkerste inktvis & vis gegeten. Hulde dus ook aan de koks in de keuken! Niets eigenlijk maar als ik wat mag noemen, de föhn 's zijn wel aan vervanging toe

• Nicole (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig, direkt an der Bushaltestelle nach Castello und Campese und trotzdem in Laufdistanz zum Porto. Beim Frühstück gibt es Weizen-, Roggen- und Körnerbrötchen. Der Shuttle von und zur Fähre ist sehr praktisch. Das Restaurant ist gut. Man kann auf der Hotel-Terrasse schön draußen sitzen. Es ist extrem hellhörig. Das WLan funktioniert mal besser, mal schlechter. Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Es gibt kein gezapftes Bier.

The location was a short walk to a secluded beach. Rajesh was available and happy to drive us to the port for dinner and our 6am ferry.

Der Service ist bestens: das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein Shuttle zum Hafen und zwei nahen Stränden ist kostenlos. Das Frühstück in einem Saal mit Meeresblick ist lecker! Etwas frisches Obst hätte es perfekt gemacht. Nichts.

• Ingrid (8/5): We loved our stay. - First of all 10 stars for the staff and 10 stars for the views. The location is ideal. You don't need a car. The local bus stops on the road in front and takes you up to the old City on the hill (marvellously romantic) or to the other side of the island. Or back to Porto. If you are lucky, the hotel sells bus tickets at a discount to you. The hotel's own shuttle service is wonderful. I can't imagine a better accommodation on the magical island of Giglio. During the week, the rates are very affordable.A bar and restaurant makes your stay complete. The local beaches are beautiful and not crowded in early October, when we stayed here. This could have easily been a 10 star review, were it not that the hotel needs some TLC here and there. For instance our room could have benefitted from an updated bedspread and a wardrobe that is aired every once in a while. The free breakfast has delicious rolls, but the pastry is not freshly homemade and disappointing.The drinks at the bar are great and they come with snacks. Unfortunately they were Doritos. Small changes will go a long way But don't let this deter you from staying here. The views are amazing!

Lo consiglierei assolutamente per la gentilezza e la comprensione del proprietario.

• Paolo (10/5): Grazie per averci reso bella la vacanza - abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti. l'hotel è in una stupenda posizione, locale storico, sala ristorante panoramica, circondata da un bel giardino. La navetta gratuita all'arrivo ed alla partenza nonchè per andare la sera a giglio porto e durante il giorno alle spiagge è il valore aggiunto. La stanza piccolina, ma pulita. Un suggerimento, qualche porta asciugamani in bagno non guasterebbe. Grande cortesia del personale pronto a venirti in aiuto. Un encomio speciale a Rajid, l'autista della navetta. Consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel a chi volesse passare una bella vacanza al Giglio

Molto comoda l'opzione navetta per esplorare il porto e due spiaggie. Qualità/prezzo ottimo. Un applauso allo staff che ha contribuito sostanzialmente a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Aumenterei l'offerta salata per la colazione, sistemerei il campo da tennis che ha bisogno di qualche lavoretto, organizzerei un aperitivo sulla terrazza al tramonto.

Noi avevamo la camera familiare con un bel balcone, letti molto comodi e bagno grande. Ottima pulizia generale e fantastica la Sala da pranzo con vista mare! Molto comodo anche il servizio navetta per il porto e le due spiagge. Ristorante con piatti ricercati per cena e colazione varia e gustosa.Ottima struttura davvero, consigliata! Il giardino bello ma avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione…e le scale strette e ripide, arrivare al terzo piano che fatica!
