- Les (1/5): - I like the location it was near to the shops and essential things like food transport like bus My wife is disabled so the flat' , was number 3 so we have to go up some stairs .that's was a bit difficult . The shower cubicle was very small , very difficult to move around in ..as for breakfast included . In the price well all i saw was milk in the fridge with cereal on the side . It didn't specify .That when Booking ?, so i'm very disappointed in that as well . I have done air and B. befor ive experienced a cook breakfast. When they say breakfast included or it would specify continental? And you then make the choice.. in This case they didn't specify That so\nI'm disappointed in that as well . It wasn't clean cobwebs in the corner. Above your head in the kitchen area . In The bathroom, the fan was covered in dust . Toilet brush what's not clean ..so me and my wife did not stay , we booked somewhere else.. Premier in . As we we're very disappointed . With that said , I personally believe , I m deserve a refund are most of my money back because of false advertise .

- Joshua (8/5): Solid location for an Enfield stay - The variety for breakfast, the non-contact method of checking in, was down for a wedding and it was close to Enfield center It was a bit cramped to get in with the wardrobe being right against the door
- Otre Nylreme (6/5): Very accesible and Clean Rooms. - The instructions to get the keys was easy to follow because of the detailed instructions that was sent before we check in. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there‘s a parking space when u go out the back door which you can also enter if you have a car. It is like a drive through hotel. The bed was comfortable with many pillows. Everything mentioned on the description and facilities of the booking was there. 9 minutes walk to the Enfield Town Station. We only stayed there for a day so we weren‘t able to check around the area but u can always walk to the town centre if u want to shop or do groceries. No soundproofing, me and my husband heard a person who was on top of our room snoring. The apartment is very small. Where we stayed is good for 2 people. I am 145 cm and my husband is 165 cm, we are able to fit in but it felt like the room is for one person. The toilet is very small. Only one person can fit in. The heater wasn‘t working but it was still warm when we slept.

- Anja (7/5): Average standard accommodation - The communication and instructions was very good. Cleaner is lovely and very helpful. I asked for a hair dryer and she immediately brought it over. Breakfast was a nice touch and well thought out. Due to room in front, the street lights is very brights which at night it's not dark enough in room. Blackout curtains will be good. Bathroom mat was dirty. Still clothes in wardrobe from previous person that stayed. People going in and out of front door makes whole room vibrate when front door closes.

Because of the accomodation could not wait to leave, quick enough Very poky room; two people could not get past each other at end of bed, nor stand together in bathroom or at window Rubbish bins overflowing with bags of rubbish on the ground at entrance and long grass. (Unfortunately; once booked and paid for, cannot get a refund) On arrival, floor of room not swept so could definitely NOT walk on it bare footed. Stained bed linen. Felt very unclean. 🥲 Room felt very insecure due to being on street level (with close and frequent passerby people and traffic not far from window) so had to keep windows shut and this made the room more stuffy Positioning face over the very narrow, undersized basin in bathroom to wash face caused me to hit my head on shelf above head when raising because of the very narrow and undersized basin close to the wall. Someone, UNSEEN, enters room to refresh cereal but does not sweep or clean anything. This feels like a violation as you check yourself in and out with key lock but never see a person on site but they enter while you are away Can hear next door’s television and loud phone conversation No attention to detail. Cereal was replenished but not the milk; so pointless exercise of leaving cereal No bed side table, or anywhere to place phone or personal items for the person sleeping closest the window Not a pleasant experience at all! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Thigs for breakfast provided with juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and 2 x pain au chocolates plus some cereal. bathroom was very small. Bedding/ pillow wasn't the nicest. Could do with some new pillows. Instructions to get to car parking only provided on the afternoon so would have been nice to have in advance as unable to read them whilst driving. It is very easy to miss the track into the car parking as no signage

- Millie (7/5): No TV, Unusable Sink, No hairdryer, Awful pillows, Dirty. Great bed. - Conveniently located for London City, with train station a ten minute walk away down 1 straight road. Very Comfy bed. Towels provided. Lovely breakfast items, milk, and other drinks provided. Kitchenette was great. A standing fan was provided which was very much appreciated. I promised a hairdryer when I messaged but this didn't happen. We stayed in room 4 which was at the front of the property upstairs and was supposed to be a 'superior room' with garden view. The room seriously needs a good clean! There is no garden (driveway at back of property, and tiny concrete area at front). I'm not sure why it was classed as a superior room. The bathroom sink was ridiculous as you could barely wash your hands in it, and there was no plug. I couldn't lean over it to wash my face without banging my head on the shelf that basically covers it. You WILL drench the floor when washing your face, so keep one of the towels on the floor at all times. We couldn't use the shower without having the hairdryer, and I was happy to avoid it as it was so dirty. The pillows are stained, shapeless (coming apart in sections) and thin. The TV was as others have said, temperamental! It would NOT connect to the internet so Netflix and the like was impossible. Unfortunately this really did matter to us as 1 day was supposed to be a rest day in the room as I have a multitude of health issues and have to have rest days. So not being able to watch much on the TV was frustrating.

- Alisha (8/5): A Great place to stay in Enfield - The place was easy to get to, easy to find and easy to get in with clear instructions. The room was quite spacious. The wardrobe was big, although we didn't actually use it. The kitchenette was very handy and cute. Loved that we had a variety of breakfast items left for us, including bread, juice, water, (in the fridge) cereals and pain au chocolats. We were very grateful for the amazing fan. It worked so well for how hot the days were, it wasn't just a cheap, bad fan. The room was great value for everything we got. We'd definitely stay again if we were in that area. And just to add, we saw one staff member (the owner maybe?) and she was very lovely and polite and offered to top up the stuff in our fridge for us. The room could be a bit cleaner. The floor didn't look properly hoovered. Also the curtains were a bit broken at the top and the TV was temperamental. It would turn off randomly while we were watching it and froze at one point. But those last two weren't a bother to us, just a couple things we noticed.
- Richard (9/5): Good value, clean and comfy and I would definitely stay there again. - Breakfast was excellent. Enfield is Enfield, but Kathleen Hose is well positioned and easy to find. Also the Wi-Fi was excellent. I travel a lot and hotel wi-fi - even when I paid for superior wi-fi - it wasnt. Also there were a couple of small problems earlier on, but both times polite and professional staff rapidly sorted them out, and that's what counts. Nets for additional privacy would have been good, and while the bed was very comfy, the pillows were less so.

We were going to London to see a show, the hotel was 10 minutes walk from Enfield Town Station with ideal links into London. The self service check in process was easy, the room and bathroom clean and well presented. The breakfast of cereals, pain au chocolat, bread for toast with jams with a selection of drinks and milk was a great touch. The free parking was also appreciated. The only downside for me was the mattress on the bed was a little hard, there were also a few little touch ups required here and there, such as the toilet roll holder being loose. All in all the hotel provided what we needed and we would definitely consider staying again.

Along with tea and coffee, breakfast was provided in the form of cereal or bread for toast with butter and jam, which was a great surprise. Parking was also available. Room was very clean, excellent value for money and would stay again. Sink in the bathroom on the small side and you can't bend over the sink to wash your face due to a shelf.

- Zoe (10/5): Comfortable stay and booking each week whilst working in the area - Rute Vareta who was staying for business purposes and working nights has advised that April, the Housekeeping lady is super nice and left a note with extra Coffee, Water. Juices in the fridge so that she wouldn't wake me up in the morning! Nothing - Everything was perfect.
- Alan (5/5): Too much for the size etc................................ - Location was as expected with a short walk to the local town centre and the train station. There is a breakfast left in the room that comprises some boxed cereals, coffee, milk and water etc in the fridge plus some white bread and pastries. Its a bedsit and I guess I shouldn't have been taken aback by its size! Even a H Inn Express has bigger rooms and facilities. The b'fast mentioned could easily be improved with some healthier options aka brown bread, skimmed milk, a couple of pieces of fruit instead of or in addition to the pastries. This house has been divided into a number of 'rooms' with shower rooms added etc. Thats it character and one should be aware of that. It should also make its parking facilities more obvious as this is a real plus point in an area of multi resident parking zones. I met the 'owner' or rep by chance and discovered that there is some parking onsite. I must have missed it in the numerous emails and if your are a busy bee working you may also miss this important fact. TV has seen better days! :-)

The sink to wash isn't sufficient, it's a wc sink for hands only. Bed was pushed upto the radiator which was noisy when we moved in the night

The room was clean and tidy and just what we needed for a 1 night stay in London. The area of Enfield is lovely, this was our first time in Enfield and it is a really nice location. When we left the property we realised that we had forgotten an item that is of value and importance, the manager was extremely helpful in regards to this issue and has helped us to retrieve the item.

Additionally, the room I stayed in had some very useful features such as a microwave, toaster, and cutlery as well as a decent sized fridge. I must say I was very impressed by these touches. The self-serve breakfast provided within my room was generous for the price paid. I will definitely be returning, and I would recommend this property. - Irelands (5/5): distinctly average - very cleverly designed tiny apartment. Breakfast items left un room, cereal bread and juice, tea and coffee etc incredibly noisy tenants, no hot water or heating, except a plug in heater which I wasn't told about until the last minute.

The host provided tea, coffee, juice, milk, and even Toast and spread every day. The heater doesn't really work, so it was a bit cold, but bed was very warm.

Would stay again. - Exceeded expectations - it’s cheap, it’s basic - but some nice additions including drinks in fridge and room was well catered for and in a great location. The guests upstairs who sounded like they were moving furniture around all night, whilst playing a trombone (that’s what it sounded like).

- Dawn (6/5): The car parking space is fabulous..however, I scraped the bottom of my car going up the slope as there is a huge pothole - The location to the centre of Enfield The shower and bathroom need a good bleach to remove all the black mould

- Julie (7/5): Good stay. Few things needing upgraded. - The room was equipment with a lot of equipment to enable you to cook meals in a microwave etc. The breakfast was self serve too which was ok. The bread had been put in to a food bag for breakfast and not in original packaging. The road was noisy most of the night so didn't sleep all that well. There was no sign of PAT testing on the electricals.

- Harry (6/5): Done its job, convenient parking outside of the room. - Convenient for a wedding within walking distance of the register office. Floor not very clean, looked like it had all been swept under the bed!
