• Kseniya Kirilov (8/5): - Еда вкусная, много мясных блюд. Бассейн не большой но свою функцию выполняет. Бассейн работает с 11.00 но нас запускали раньше, за что большое спасибо! По близости рестораны, магазины и аквапарк. Все было супер, кроме чистоты в отеле. Уборка в отеле ужасная. При заезде визуально номер чистый. Но когда ребенок поиграл на полу, его руки были черные. Под тумбочкой валялся огромный таракан. Рядом с кроватью туалетная бумага использованая и детские заколки. В туалете зеркало было в брызгах. Когда пришла девушка убираться, мы оставили ей чаевые 50 шек, что бы уборка была сделана чище. Но этого не произошло. Таракан так и остался лежать на полу, как и пыль. На територрии бассейна по всюду окурки и стаканчики. Пожалуйста обратите внимание как убираются в вашем отеле!

• rotem (5/5): - המלון בוטיק קטן, לא עמוס ולכן גם אין הרבה רעש. החדרים משופצים ופונים אל נוף יפה של הכינרת. יש חנייה מקורה לאורחי המלון. מבחינת ניקיון - טעון שיפור, החדר עצמו היה יחסית נקי אבל היה גוש של שיער ליד האמבטיה שלנו. בנוסף, המסגרת של הבריכה מלאה בירוקת וזה לא נעים, כדאי לנקות את זה. באמצע הלילה המזגן בחדר שלנו הפסיק לעבוד, כשבעלי התקשר לקבלה הוא אמר שאין לו איך לעזור לנו פרט ללעבור חדר (השעה הייתה 4 לפנות בוקר ואנחנו לא נעביר עכשיו את כל החפצים שלנו). נשארנו לישון בחדר בחום אימים. ב6 בבוקר הגיע מישהו, ניסה לתקן ולא הצליח ואז כבר עברנו לחדר אחר. אציין רק שלאחר שיחה ארוכה עם הבעלים של המלון הסכימו להחזיר לנו מחצית מהסכום ששילמנו. בנוסף, ארוחת הבוקר בחדר האוכל נחמדה, האוכל היה סבבה רק לגבי הלחם והלחמניות - היו יבשים מאוד ולא היה מבחר (לחם שחור או לחמניית צמה). יש אופציה להכין שתייה חמה, אך בכוסות מקרטון. ועוד דבר שמאוד הפריע לנו והעכיר את האווירה - ביום שבת הלכנו לבריכה, כל המקומות המוצלים נתפסו ונשארו רק מקומות בשמש. אז שמנו כיסאות במקום מוצל שהיה קרוב לכניסה לבריכה, הגיע המציל ואמר שאי אפשר לשבת שם. כששאלנו למה הוא טען שהוא יושב שם (מה שלא היה יום לפני כאשר ישבו שם אנשים אחרים). בעלי וחבר שלו ניסו לדבר איתו בצורה יפה ולהסביר לו ששאר המקומות עם שמש, שאין לנו בעיה לשבת שם רק שיביאו לנו שמשיה. המציל התחיל להתעצבן ולהרים את הקול, ואמר : ״אני לא מביא לכם שום שמשיה״. אמרנו לו שאנחנו רוצים לדבר עם המנהל כי אין מצב שאנחנו יושבים בשמש כמה שעות רצוף. הוא התעצבן, דיבר ממש לא יפה. פשוט מביך! בחיים לא קרה לנו דבר כזה בשום מלון שהיינו. לבסוף, הגיע המנהל שהיה חמוד ובאמת ניסה לעזור לנו.. ביקש מכמה אנשים לזוז וסידר לנו מקום בצל. אבל כל הסיפור הזה היה יכול להימנע אם המציל היה מדבר בצורה נעימה וקורא למישהו שיעזור לנו או יביא שמשיה.

• Jeries (4/5): - Its an old hotel, needs renovation. The pool is small. below average breakfast, I think because it was Saturday (Shabbat), anyway, there were flies, for example, in the jam. The pictures are misleading. For 800₪ (215$) per night you would expect to get more. I gave 5 stars to the staff because whoever checked us in, was really nice and kind. But at the check Out there was no one at the reception and they didn't answer the Cellphone number which was written there. Also in the dining room the staff was impolite. There were no tourists in the hotel maybe because it's not the season. But there were war displaced Israeli people in the hotel, who gave me the feeling that they owned the hotel, one of them told me that they have been here for 8 months. In summary, disappointing.
• Procyonlotor (10/5): Good stay at a fair price - The stay happened during the war, and for an ability to operate in this time, providing both for internally displaced people from all over the border housed at the hotel, and for the guests, the hotel shall be commended. 🏨 The room was nice, clean, with a nice balcony with a view. The bathroom had a large bathtub. It was very quiet, and wi-fi worked well. 📷 There's access to the roof with a great panoramic view (for now at least, as there's construction going on in front of the hotel). 🍳 The breakfast is great, with much variety, and with good timing. I was warned not to be late, but even arriving ten minutes before breakfast end everything was available. 🗺️ The hotel is within a short walk to the bus terminal, and the promenade with public beaches are just meters away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. 💸 The price for the stay was very reasonable. Note that if you are not an Israeli citizen the price would be without VAT and even better.

• Gem (7/5): Good - Food was decent enough but was 100 shekels for lunch, maybe a little overpriced. Not many positive things to say about my stay unfortunately. The pool was meant to open at 11. Did not happen. Had to ask for it to be opened. Not a lot of staff spoke English which made everything difficult for me. I was on the second floor and all day and night I could hear the waterfall from the dining area, and the small fridge in the room was super loud also. Location wasn’t so good, absolutely nothing to do close by so I left a day early.

• Randye (4/5): I would not recommend this hotel. - The hotel is in a good location. The entire hotel is run down and requires repairs. In my room there was a long diagonal crack from the ceiling down the length of the wall. In my grandsons room there was a large leak on the ceiling. Areas of the bathrooms were mildewed. Staff was almost non existent. During breakfast and at the pool nothing was cleaned up. The pool was opened randomly even though hours were specific. We had to ask them to open the pool.

• Tim (9/5): We stayed 2 nights and drove completely around the Sea of Galilee with stops at Kursi and Capernaum - The price was perfect. The location was perfect. The parking was perfect the food was perfect and the room was perfect. I loved the breakfast lasagna it was fantastic. The pool was also wonderful just closed too early. I wish they would sweep a bit more frequently. We left here and stayed 6 nights at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem. But, I liked the Emily just as much and it was 1/4 the price
• Maria (7/5): Convenientlly located basic but clean hotel with good breakfast - It was a basic but clean hotel in a convenient location with parking. The breakfast was nice. Staff helpful. It was functional. It is a well-used hotel, a little old and tired, no easy access to a beach. Very limited views from our room, a little view of the Sea of Galilee from the balcony, over a large cemetery.

We had to travel out to find a pool open and pay extra. Its advertised as seasonal but should state dates closed like most hotels, it was a bit deciveing.

No hot breakfast i.e. eggs, merely salads, breads, yoghurt. Was expecting more from the photos. The hotel seemed very quiet when we were there. Went up to the rooftop and just saw a knocked over chair so that wasn't great. It was a comfortable stay, but nothing amazing.

• Itzhak (10/5): Exceptional - We came all the way from Miami and To our surprise The manager Yaron Spoke fluent English. We were a big group and they were so nice to accommodate us with everything that we needed. The food was delicious and the Shabbat meal was particularly good. It really felt cozy and wonderful to me my family and my friends that came along. I would highly recommend this Hotel. There was really nothing that I didn't like about this hotel even though it was small but it felt really cozy it's not really cozy and we all enjoyed it it was close to everything
