- Cheryl (7/5): Great overnighter, comfortable and affordable - Location, Access
- Isela (7/5): - Very friendly staff, clean room. No lobby.
- Joelle (8/5): One Night Stay - Location, big room, soft toilet paper, big shower, view of lake, bed not on those big metal frames like other hotels use, lots hot water, good heat in room, microwave & frig, everything clean, biscuits in room, quick and easy check-in and check-out Light in room when trying to sleep. Would appreciate curtains or window treatment that blocks the light outside.

- David (5/5): Won't stay here again. - This facility needs to be upgraded.

- DayTrip658129 (10/5): Happy choice! - Room was very clean and comfortable. I had a really late check-in, and the gentleman was immediately at the window. I would stay there again for sure! It was also very quiet. The surrounding area and businesses were also very well kept, and I felt totally safe.
- Jérôme (4/5): Disappointing - Its location is overall good, close to 90, perfect for a stay when travelling through. Clean as far as we were able to tell. The property is run down. Check-in was quick but very unpersonal. The rooms seemed clean, but looked all very "do-it-yourself" like. Repairs are done cheaply, cable are hanging from the walls instead of being tucked away, extension cords are attached to the wall... The road outside is super loud. In the morning when returning the keys a sign points towards room 22. After knocking, a man opens the door barely and accepts the keys. Would not stay here again...
- Ionel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shawn (8/5): Nicely kept older motel with water view - An older motel in a beautiful location on the water, well maintained by a very nice family. The view of the sunset over the water from our room was an unexpected treat. The room is small but clean and well equipped, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. No complaints, a great restful stop with easy access to a nice walking trail along the waterfront.
- Kaur (10/5): Motel is located at the perfect location with a beautiful view from my room. Staff was really kind and services provided - Rooms were really clean
- Michael (8/5): Very good - N/A N/A
- Nathan (8/5): Very good - Seem like a lot of money to pay for a place to sleep.
- Bronwyn (3/5): Poor - This property definitely needs to be updated. It had a kitchen with not one dish, not even one drinking glass in the whole room.
- Doris (3/5): Poor -
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Very kindly stuff
- Gomez (8/5): Kindest lady in the world works here!!! - The lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful 😊 She was so sweet and the place was quaint. Kinda in need of some upgrades, but the staff more than makes up for it!!!
- Jacque (7/5): Excellent customer service definitely would stay again because of it. - Close by to taquerias and stores. Had a cold shower first night but the owner was great and got it repaired by my next shower.
- Joseph (5/5): Passable - It is an old motel. The bathroom is small. But the price is also small. Everything was clean and plenty of towels.
- Jorge (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was perfect, !!!! No issues. I work between Idaho, Washington and Oregon.. They keep your room clean and are very easy to work with.
I would give the 6 stars..yet I can't. Nothing
- Cotton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christina (7/5): Good -
- Emilybutler (1/5): awful and I would never recommend staying here. - nothing, I didn’t even end up staying there. I felt unsafe. my car was getting cased by a group of men as soon as I arrived . I felt unsafe, especially as a solo female traveler. the room smelled as was entirely unbearable. I left and got another hotel room
before dark. there was a fair amount of individuals smoking outside that seemed to be living there long term.
- Jolyn (8/5): Unimpressed with management but my stay and room were awesome. - I like that it had a bathtub. The room was very roomy. Great location for us. Awesome restaurant across the street. I had a girlfriend who came to help me unpack some stuff that was going to my storage unit but storage was closed so had to bring to hotel room and the manager wouldn’t let either her or my fiancé stay and visit, said no visitors allowed, I didn’t read that anywhere before booking or I wouldn’t have booked the room. So I had to pay $25 for her to stay and visit, because my fiancé wasn’t leaving.
- Alyse (3/5): Poor - Bed sheets were gross Lady was nice & cheap price
- Erickson (9/5): Superb - Good value for the price! Friendly.
- Creepw (8/5): Very good -
- Diana (7/5): Clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. I would stay again. - Great price, clean room. New fluffy linens with all the basic amenities; fridge, microwave, coffee pot. The room was dated and the carpet was really in need of shampooing. But otherwise a great room for the price.
- James (10/5): Was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who asked - The room was clean and comfortable Cable tv service was limited
- Darla (5/5): Passable -
- Stuart (2/5): Very poor -
- Olajide (8/5): Very good -
- Sequoya (10/5): Exceptional - Old charm, clean, comfortable. Neighbor was noisy
- Mike (4/5): Disappointing -
- L (5/5): Passable - It was quiet and clean and lots of TV channel options. The bed was comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel entirely safe--a check in window instead of lobby and more importantly, no deadbolt on the door. There was only a simple knob with a lock that could have easily been kicked in. I propped chairs with my luggage on top and had my bear spray handy while I slept.
- Scott (5/5): Passable -
- Jordan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ena (4/5): Disappointing - No breakfast and noise location Bigger bathroom, nicer neighborhood,
- Mike (7/5): Good - Perfectly suitable for 1 night. A.bit worn but the best was comfy and the unit was very clean. The surrounding area was a bit rough, but the restaurant across the street (Mom and Pops) was out standing!
- Keegan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rick (6/5): - GOOD: Very friendly staff! Not so good: smell of smoke in no-smoking room, ash tray outside the room door, broken down car with flat in parking area that has been there a while, stain on bedspread, window blinds not working, water in shower took a while to get to just Luke warm, only two pillows. An upgrade to this business’ rooms would offer a lot of potential and higher level clientele and ability to charge higher rates. Judging by the condition of the cars present, my wife felt unsafe to be alone. Felt a bit like a drug hangout. View of the water could be utilized better. As is the rate was too high.
- Jennifer (10/5): Helpful & very clean. - We arrived at 3:00am. They promptly answered the bell. This is a very old motel. It is not retro (not that it was advertised as such), & it was standard motel furniture, but it was INCREDIBLY clean, & the staff (a family, I think) were very nice. The value for a motor motel was excellent.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Time to rest and refresh. - Just a week of R & R. Super cozy motel, a walk away from great eats, entertainment and parks. Recent remodels to some rooms. Super friendly family owned motel. Budget friendly rates.. two 👍👍up.
- Steph (10/5): - Nice quiet and very clean rooms. Great location, walking distance from bars and restaurants.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - we never stayed- walked into the first room and saw blown away by order manager(?) stated oh some peole cook in the rooms took me too a secon d room that actually made my nose burn he got very angry when i told my wife that and took it as a personal attack
- Tina (10/5): Great spot to stay in - Had a great stay staff was awsome room was clean
- Berta (8/5): - The only negative was the one flat pillow. Great customer service.
- Berta (8/5): - Quaint cozy motel. Could do better with pillows.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Dope fiends everywhere but pretty quiet considering there were hookers getting ducked
- Jeffrey (8/5): Very Adequate... - This is a 1940's era motor inn, and the rooms really reflect that. Everything is on a smaller scale, like the bathroom, sink area, closet, square footage, etc. But our room was absolutely spotless. Cleaner than some higher end places we've stayed at, seriously. And it was quiet and felt safe right on Broadway--even though I brought insurance, wink wink. Checking in was from a 3 1/2 inch open converted side window, and not the lobby which was closed. Frankly, we didn't care at 5PM after our drive. And in looking back, it was pretty efficient under the circumstances. Bed was comfy, and wifi was great. We didn't see people who may have been 'long term' residents either, like you do tend see at places like this. An okay overnighter for people that don't overthink their expectations for a way older budget motel. But if you find you are even a little picky about where you stay, drive on by, Princess. Friendly owners...

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Dated but clean. Repairs were made but done poorly. The motel is on main drag and lots of traffic noise.
- James (4/5): Beware - This place is run down and falling apart. All repairs appear to be done by the owners and you can see it. Food left in the fridge from prior guest.
Would never stay there again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The outside needed to be cleaned up . Messy. This is an older motel. Had a musty smell.
- R_Bear (4/5): Alas - I was really prepared to like this place. Small Mom & Pop place with friendly manager, extremely clean rooms, carpet and linen, good bed, walking distance to an excellent eatery., and all at a seemingly excellent price. What's not to like? There was NO hot water. Zilch. It was not even up to lukewarm.
Rooms 1 & 2 were being renovated -- full renovation not just remodeled -- and the workers were still ar it at 7 pm, so perhaps that explains it. Nevertheless, if you want hot water in your otherwise good room, look elsewhere.
- gurmeets302 (10/5): Great location, clean and price - I stay at this motel all the time and it had all the basic amenities. I am able to walk to the bars and restaurants. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. As they are doing remodeling and making this place better.
- Alicia (8/5): We enjoyed the view of lake. - thank you for everything, The staff was helpful in our situation. We appreciate there service.
- akashdeep241 (10/5): Great location and neat and clean rooms - Room was very clean with great view. Great location near scenic Moses Lake. Very Friendly owners. Parking space is ample. Also as promised no credit card was required for booking. As promised High speed Free WiFi was available.
- Dina (10/5): Comfy and Cozy - Friendly staff rooms were quite and clean comfy and was perfect great price!
- HikerWoman42 (6/5): Great location on the lake - This is a very bare bones motel. Everything was clean. However the rooms are literally lakeside. We visited in the winter but I can imagine how pleasant it would be to have that view and nearness at a sunnier time. We walked to a nice restaurant Michael's On The Lake for dinner.
- Skyler-Tusayan (6/5): Better than what people say about it - Nice and small hotel, has weekly rates also. Clean carpet, bed, and bathroom. Nice view of lakeside trees from window, fairly quiet location. Room number 7 is the room I was in. They didn't provide breakfast but it had a coffee maker, tv, and typical amenities. I had very good sleep here
