- Diana DELUTE (8/5): Good value and location. - We liked the location. It was close to metro and JR lines. We're surrounded by restos and shops without it being crowded by tourists. The bed was comfy. The bathroom and toilet is clean. Not enough washing machines and other guests are mot taking their clothes immediately after the wash ended.

The location is fantastic, very convenient and close to Osaka Station, making it easy to explore the city and travel around the area. The hotel interiors are beautiful, modern, and elegant, with a very high-quality feel throughout the property. The rooms and common areas were stylish, comfortable, and extremely well maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast. The variety of food was impressive, with many different options available, and the quality of everything we tried was excellent. Overall, Hotel Vischio Osaka is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Osaka, offering comfort, design, and a great dining experience. Nothing, everything great!

- Annabel (8/5): It was a pleasant restful stay and very good location. - Room is clean and bigger in space than most Jap hotel. Ice station is cool. There is no water refill station. We were only given 1 small bottle each per day and had to buy our own water. Would be nice to provide some bathtub salts for soaking since there was a nice tub.

- Watanabe (10/5): 信じられないコスパでした。 - 大阪駅から少し離れている様に見えて、実はグランフロントの中を通って直近までアクセス出来て、雨でもストレス少なロケーション。 新しく、清潔で、スタッフの対応も上品で快適だった。 朝食も美味しく素晴らしいものだったが、なによりも、ビュッフェ形式なのに座席を案内してくれて、景色のよい静かな一角に案内してくれてたことが感動的だった。 お客様に応じた座席への案内を行なってくれている事が感じられて、多くの外国人の方の中にあってもお互いに快適に過ごせる配慮が嬉しかった。 思いつかないですね。

El desayuno fue lo mejor: generoso y delicioso, a un precio razonable. Además, ofrece limpieza a diario (raro en Japón). El envío de las maletas debía pagarse en efectivo.

- YUTING (9/5): 下次去大阪還是會選擇這間飯店 - 地點非常優秀，如果要在梅田大逛街的話，請一定要選擇這間飯店，會拯救你的雙腿。附近有大國藥妝、7-11、全家，餐廳也很多選擇，重點是你想像的到去日本必買的品牌梅田都有，不要再去心齋橋人擠人了，梅田逛街體感上比較舒適也較有質感。

- May (9/5): Comfortable and my family really enjoyed the room with the 3 beds and the larger bathroom. - We liked the location, amenities and friendly staff. Very courteous and greeted us every morning as we lefted and when we returned each evening. Nothing to report.

We had a tour early in the morning and had no time to sit down and have breakfast. I went into breakfast to crab a couple of croissants to have before I took my tablets and I had them taken off me. It made me feel not welcome at all. I paid money for breakfast and it was taken from me.

It was modern with comfortable rooms and an exceptional breakfast! The rooms were a little small, but I guess that’s to be expected in Japan?

- John (8/5): Great location, capable staff, clean facility - Breakfast was average but OK. Kids enjoyed the pancakes. Location was nice located next to the Osaka train station. Facility is well kept and clean. Staff is nice and capable. Toilet paper is too thin; Not practical for use. I thought perhaps all toilet paper is like that in Japan but once I checked in to a different hotel in Tokyo I noticed the difference. I recommend thicker toilet paper since most guests are foreigners.
