• Richard (3/5): Good location, fair apartment, poor comms, no cleaning or service. - Receptionist stated breakfast would be put in fridge if we left early for auschwitz trip.it was left outside all day so had to be binned. Asked for toilet rolls, never turned up. Apartment should have been serviced on day 3, never happened. Reception communication could be drastically improved. Assistance should be as stated including service.
• Sasha (7/5): Apartment and not hotel - The apartment was spacious and there was quiet in the evening. The sheets were clean and so was the apartment besides minor dust. The location was great. This apartment came up as a Hotel in my search - it is not. There is no reception most of the day - only 1-2 hours a day. The apartment doesn't get cleaned - even if you put up a sign on the door asking for it to be cleaned. We also had to ask for more toiletpaper. There is mo dishwasher and no cloths for you to dry your dishes after handwashing them. Our biggest issue was though, that we booked the stay for 4 persons - two kids of the age 6 and under. They only provided us linen and towels for 3 persons as kids below the age of 7 do not count according to them. They are meant to sleep with their parents. Despite the duvets being single duvets. They wanted DAILY payments for the extra pair of linen and towels, despite not changing them during our stay. The same goes for breakfast. Even though the reservation was including breakfast, apparently children under 6 are not included in this and you need to pay extra. The breakfast is left in front of the door in a plastic bag and there is no knock. It comes at 8:30 or after and you don't know when. I can definitely not recommend getting the flat including breakfast as there are several surrounding cafes with great breakfast options. I do not recommend this if you are expecting hotel service or if you are expecting small children to be included.

• Georgios (7/5): Προτείνεται για πρωινούς επισκέπτες! - Το μέγεθος του δωματίου ήταν πολύ μεγάλο με πολλούς χώρους, πολλές συσκευές (ψυγείο, φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετέρια, βραστήρας κλιματιστικά 2, smart tv κ.α.) που σου έκαναν την ζωή άνετη. Ότι κάθε μέρα στις 06:00 ξεκινούσαν να εργάζονται στο ακριβώς διπλανό κτίριο και σε ξυπνούσαν τα μηχανήματα. Θέλω να πιστεύω ότι αυτό θα είναι προσωρινό πρόβλημα.
• Richard (8/5): - Das Appartement ist in toller Lage, zwischen Zentrum und jüdischem Viertel gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Es gibt bequeme Betten. Frühstücksoption ist vorhanden, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Wir würden wieder buchen. Ein echtes Manko war, dass es in unserem Appartement in der Zeit von 17:00-22:30 störenden Lärm und unangenehme Vibrationen gab, verursacht von einer Lüftungsanlage des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss. In dieser Zeit war das Appartement nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Außerhalb dieser Zeit war es absolut ruhig.

• Vidas (10/5): - Great location: a 12-minute walk to Wawel Castle, 2 minutes to the Jewish Quarter and places to eat. The view from the room’s window is fantastic. Very comfortable mattress (which is usually rare). The apartment is spacious, a kitchenette with all necessary equipments. The information provided by the owner is helpful. Those who want complete quiet should keep in mind that the street is lively late at night with people passing by, but for us, this is more a reflection of life in Krakow than a negative experience. I would advise the owner to provide guests with a photo of the entrance to the apartment building, as it is not clearly visible (see photo).

Die lagen echt lekker Je moest een trap op naar je bed maar die trap was pijnlijk om zonder schoenen te lopen omdat de trap van ijzer was en er gaten in de trap zaten. Zeker als je naar het toilet moest was dit niet fijn

Nie ma możliwości zarezerwowania śniadań na godzinę wcześniejszą niż 8:30, co przy pobytach służbowych lub przy zaplanowanych wcześniejszych wyjściach powoduje, że śniadania leżą pod drzwiami.

• Peter (9/5): Perfect apartment for a Krakow stay. - Central location in the Jewish Qtr and a short walk to the Old Town. Lovely property and the apartment was great. Comfy large bed for us and a bed settee in the living room. Nothing…if we came back to Krakow, we would come here again.
• Kasper (1/5): Al met al een verschrikkekijke locatie. - Ligging Wij zaten in een 4 persoons appartement met z'n 6. Terwijl er geadventeerd wordt met een 6 appartement. 1 klein rond tafelte met 4 stoelen. De kussens voor de stoeltjes die op het balkon staan zit schimmel in. Er waren bouwwerkzaamheden, dit is niet aangegeven bij de boeking. Wij komen al 4 jaar in Polen en bij elke boeking (mochten er bouwwerkzaamheden plaatsvinden) is dit aangegeven. Elke morgen werden we ons bed uit getrilt en geboord om 06.15 uur!! Tot rust komen van al ons harde werken was er niet bij. De persoon die in de ochtend bij de receptie zit valt niet mee te praten en is erg agressief. Waardeloos.

Ótima localização Apenas no acesso aos apartamentos nota-se um cheiro estranho não sei bem descrever se era de humidade ou esgotos. Em relação ao pequeno almoço, embora pudéssemos escolher por mensagem algumas opções de menus, mas sem nenhuma opção de sumos, eu preferia a flexibilidade de um café da manhã em estilo buffet. Também nunca vimos nenhum funcionário em toda a nossa estadia de 4 noites, a não ser no nosso check-out para efectuarmos o pagamento da estadia...

Really easy to use the check in system and breakfast is a room service and has plenty of options We enjoyed all of it but it is next to a church so wouldn't recommend it if you are a light sleeper due to the church next door.

Muy amable, excelente atencion, cordiables y el departamento maravilloso. La limpieza siempre fue excelente. Volveria a repetirlo y recomiendo este lugar! Gracias por la atencion, pase unos dias inolvidables.

La colazione viene portata alla porta sulla base di una scelta fatta la sera prima. forse la colazione , avrei preferito una stanza dedicata con servizio diretto. la colazione scelta viene consegnata in una confezione sigillata .

• Sergejs (7/5): well it's a nice location, but service overall is not that pleasant - location is definitely awesome, the room was nice and clean we were four people, yet only three sets of sheets were prepared. also, we got charged additionally for breakfast, yet our reservation included breakfast as well. and as a bonus, my reservation data got leaked. when I pointed to that (someone contacted me making it look like a valid message from the property) - they refused it has anything to do with them. later on there was a message about leaked data from their system

• Carlos Alberto (9/5): Bien situado y moderno apartamento en Kazimierz. - La ubicación muy bien. En pleno centro del barrio judío, frente a la basílica del corpus cristi (retablo espectacular). Nuestro apartamento estaba en la segunda planta y tenía balcón privado. Muy cómodo y limpio, con vistas a un patio interior tranquilo. Tenía calefacción con adecuado aislamiento de ventanas y bien equipado. El personal atendió nuestras peticiones por mensaje a través de la aplicación y se adaptaron a nuestras solicitudes. Llegamos a las 14:40h. No había nadie en recepción. Nos explicó un poco el funcionamiento otro huésped con el que coincidimos. En general te sientes un poco independiente. Eso es bueno pero a la llegada se echa de menos un poco de acogida y explicación por parte del personal del establecimiento. Te mandan las instrucciones por mensaje. La comunicación ha sido por mensaje a través de booking y de forma ocasional con el personal que en ese momento coincidía en recepción a primera hora de la mañana.

• Katarzyna (5/5): - So we stayed twice this time in this place. Our first stay at apartment No. 102 is lovely. There was only a not nice smell in the bathroom but it wasn't the worst. Bathroom smell
• Katarzyna (3/5): - Well so it was our 2nd stay in February in this place. We had a different apartment this time on the 3rd floor no 302. I wasn't happy with lots of things. The smell in the bathroom was horrible! Some bulbs didn't work and one of the sofas in my opinion shouldn't be there any more.. Sofa - see the images; smell in the bathroom and bulbs.
