• stewart (4/5): Misleading room description and disappointing food quality - Location - close to lifts The apartment was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, however there was only one enclosed bedroom and the other beds were placed in the open plan living room/kitchen area, which was misleading for a family stay. The half board food quality was also disappointing, with meals often being served cold despite raising this during the stay. The apartments are looking tired and not modern No kitchen utensils or plates etc

• Triona (8/5): Perfect location - Great location. Staff were great. Clean towels and room serviced everyday. Room was very warm, although it was simple to just turn the radiators off so it wasn't an issue then. Food was generally just about warm never overly hot.

• Andrija (5/5): I think for the people who keep coming there every year, staff should make some improvements. - The accomodation is very near the ski slopes. The room was clean and the maids came every day. This is the third time we were in Daisy appartement. The staff didn't bother to solve the problem with the wi-fi connection which was often very poor. Also, there is a problem with the parking where, second year in row, we were blocked with some local people and had to wait for the staff to call them to move their car. First time this year, one evening there was no buffet table but only couple of meals to make a choice, with no explanation why. At last, this year we got the appartement where the bathroom/toilet was located in our bedroom so every time our daughter from the other room had to use it, she had to walk through and wake us up. One more "interesting thing" - we got the electric cattle for water, but in the kitchen there was no electric plug in so we had to put it on the floor where there was a plug in.

• Laura (7/5): - The food was delicious. Very good location. Reception staff were lovely. One of the waitresses was lovely. The other one was rude and did not understand two words of English which is odd for a touristy location in a hotel. 1. No drinks, not even water included with dinner (half board option). Unacceptable. 2. Indoor swimming pool mentioned as part of facilities but only in the small print can you see that it's not even in the same building and it's at extra cost and even more so are the saune and steam rooms. Money trap. 3. Bath was leaking and would flood half the bathroom. The pull out sofa for the kids wasn't even a pull out mattress but a sheet out in a leather sofa. Unacceptable. 4. I wouldn't call those curtains. They didn't block out any light.

Обявени са цени със СПА център, който не работел поради ремонт,стаите бяха студени, ресторанта не работеше, и когато поисках обяснение от една госпожа, тя вместо да се извини се развика, че искам да анулирам резервацията и да ми върнат заплатената сума , тя ми обясни че трябвало да попита шефа. За капак забравих да спомена, че въпросният шеф не си вдигаше телефона, защото оставеният във сайта е актуален, но към друг хотел. И държа да отбележа , че бяхме настанени от камериерките, на които оставихме по тяхно искане лични данни, без за знаем каква длъжност изпълняват. Като цяло с чисто сърце мога да заявя, че това е била най- ужасната ми почивка към момента.

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h, en ayant précisé l’heure d’arrivée dans le formulaire (qui avait été acceptée par l’établissement). Booking ne nous a jamais remboursés. Une honte!!

• Elena (1/5): - Apart Hotel Flora Residence Daisy was completely closed and locked. We have been trying to reach customer support over phone, message and e-mail without success. The booking was pre-paid and I expect more than full refund for all inconvenience caused. We went to another place paid walk-in price and for the two days we were in Borovets NO one replied to my calls and messages.

The mattress were very uncomfortable on the main bad, as well on the sofa bed, which was made out of lather without any additional mattress on top, over all made - uncomfortable for sleeping.

• LIZZIE (7/5): Great location for basic accommodation with average food. - Great location for Slopes and the town. Clean and warm Good breakfast No communal area to sit apart from Dining room. Sofa bed pretty uncomfortable for 2 children Dinner hot food options limited and often cold.
• Andrei (7/5): The location is good, is near the slope, you just have to cross the road and you're good to go. - The food options are nice, tho some of it had too much oil. You do have healthier options. It was difficult to get the second keycard, took two days for that, which it should come by default if there are multiple persons in one room. If you don't find a parking place, thought luck, you have to figure it out on your own. If you want wifi in your room, you have to pay for it. If you leave the ski inside their deposit, they will probably get knocked down.

• Urania D. (7/5): - The location is very good. Spacious room, balcony, very clean. Great housekeeping service. Really warm considering the cold weather outside. Pretty quiet during night. Fair breakfasts ,nothing spectacular. We had HB. Dinner was…edible at most. If I were to rate the food, I would give a 6. No parking. Really small lobby. Although we had a kitchenette in the room, aside from 3 spoons, 2 glasses, and 2 coffee cups, there was no other crockery. Not even a small pot, a fork, or a knife. It was impossible to take a shower without experiencing drastic temperature changes in the water, from cold to very hot,or from low to high pressure. The faucet is in the British style: one tap for cold, one for hot. The only solution was to collect the water in the bathtub. No drinking water during dinner, unless you buy it bottled. For a ski resort, starting breakfast at 8 is very late. This is a 2 stars hotel, over rated and too expensive for what it has to offer. If the price had been half of what we paid, I wouldn't have commented on any of the above.

• Radost (7/5): - Много удобна локация - на 3 минути от писта Ротата и на 5 минути от кабинковия лифт. Стаите бяха просторни и чисти, но имат нужда от лек ремонт. В едната стая имаше стърчащи лайсни на пода, на които човек може да се пореже, ако не внимава. Седалката на тоалетната и мивката също бяха леко повредени. Устройството за достъп на вратата се разваляше непрекъснато и всеки път трябваше да чакаме дълго, за да го оправят. Персоналът беше любезен. Закуската и вечерята бяха добри.

• Ana-Cornelia (10/5): Affordable option near the ski slopes - Good location for skiing, warm room, clean. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, as well as the dinner. The chef is really good, correlated with the price for food. The staff could smile more. They should have Romanian TV channels on TV, many Romanians travel there. I booked a studio, however inside the kitchen cupboards there is no plate or fork, no saucepan, although there is a stove. It is better to have basic things if you want to prepare something.

• Benjamin (10/5): A family friendly gem, I almost don't want others to know about it - The staff here really made our holiday. They were incredibly attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make sure our little one had dairy free options. The location is so close to the slopes, but quiet. The rooms are basic but very warm and comfortable. There was always a lovely variety of fruit, salads and vegetables at every meal and we ate well. But we came to Bulgaria expecting to try local food. My only hesitation in giving a good review I would prefer if water was readily available at evening meals. I'd have loved it if breakfast started at 730am, for those of us not doing ski school. But given how lovely the staff were, how great the location is I can't complain.
