• Ibsen (5/5): Opción céntrica, pero hay mejores opciones por calidad - precio - El hotel tiene una buen ubicación en Coral Gables: cerca de Miracle Mile, frente a un Publix y simplemente un buen lugar desde donde poder moverse por Miami. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas. Me he quedado otras veces en este hotel y creo que será la última. El precio sigue subiendo, pero la atención y el ofrecimiento sigue bajando. Antes había desayuno bufet (aunque limitado, había una buena selección). Ahora te dan unas opciones pequeñas y te lo entregan de una manera que no te hace sentir muy bien atendido. Siempre que reservo, lo hago con la opción de desayuno incluido, pero cuando llego allá, esa opción desaparece. Me ha pasado ya dos veces. La atención de la recepción no siempre es la más entusiasta. Hay otras opciones en el área que quizá son un poco más caras, pero te ofrecen más por lo que pagas, especialmente servicio.

• Maria Alejandra (7/5): Sirve para trabajar. - Yo pague por el desayuno incluido y solo habia café. Todo el resto era para pagar. Muy Mal. La temperatura de la habitación era HELADA, y por más que apagaba el AC la temperatura era terrible. Salir a los pasillos igual.

The pictures showed a balcony but there was no balcony in the room. I also called downstairs & asked them could I get some extra towels and rags because the room only had one of each. The staff member told me yes and that they were otw. Never got the extra towels & rags until I walked down hours later and got them.

Wir mußten das Sofabett selbst zum Bett ausziehen und beziehen. Obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht hatten, war nur Bettzeug für drei im Zimmer. Auch die Handtücher mußten extra angefordert werden.

• Jane Marilyn (9/5): Aloft Coral Gables never disappoints me. Perfect staff and location for what we need on short stays - On this trip we arrived at 10:00 pm with a lot of luggage. Rachel, at Front Desk, was as always very welcoming and accommodating. She allowed us to leave all our heavy checked bags in one of the offices so we would not have to take up to the room. We are in our 80s and very fit, but this was a tremendous help. All the Front Desk staff at this hotel are very special. Nothing

They have interesting amenities such as a pool table in the lobby. One elevator was out of order so with only one available it could be slow waiting for it to reach the floor.

• Ibsen Alejandro (6/5): OK for a couple of nights, and if you aren't picky about room temperature or breakfast - The hotel es well located, 1 block away from Miracle Mile. The area is quiet and accessible to/from different points of Miami. The rooms are spacious, they have a nice hotel bar which is always tended by really nice bartenders. This is not the first time I've stayed here. Before, the hotel would put out a breakfast buffet (waffles, bread, ham, etc). But now they make you chose from a few different options (usually some sort of sandwich), but when it arrives, it's very disappointing, as it's very very small and not at all what you expect from an "included breakfast". I had requested the breakfast included option in Booking, but the Hotel did not have it registered. I had to show them my reservation through the app, so that they could see I had selected the option. There is always the one front desk staff that just feels like they don't want to be there and I had to deal with him twice. The air conditioning is always a problem. So be mindful of this if you are a person that needs a cooler room.

• Lorraine (9/5): Perfect location for visiting the Consulate of Spain and walking around the Miracle mile. - The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Consulate of Spain, which is why we chose your hotel. It also was easy to walk to restaurants in the area. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would stay there again. The hotel is not very warmly decorated. It was not appealing to hang out in the lobby or the bar. The valet was expensive.

The parking fees are outrageous $35 per night. The hotel should have parking included in theirs fees.

Vale parking efficiently. Cleaning staff very loud while working on hallways. We could not rest after a long day. Rooms are not noice free, you can hear rooms doors opening , conversation, tv and other activities. The breakfast is not of good quality, for the price. You should get up a few times to gather your breakfasts and utensil. A much efficient way should be provided and improve quality of food.

There was renovations taking place that were not relayed to us before booking, we had to move rooms during our stay even after requesting a quiet room for my daughters mid day naps.

• Jane Marilyn (9/5): The perfect place for me for short stays and travelling alone. - A one night stay. I like the reception staff, the guest rooms and the location. The area is lovely and very safe. I live abroad and appreciate and am grateful for the fact that the hotel allows me to accept parcels just before my arrival, and also allowed me to leave an empty suitcase in storage to collect next week. Everything is perfect for what I need during a short stay.

• Catherine (10/5): - I was in Coral Gables to drop off my daughter at UMiami and this hotel was perfect. The location is great. It was only a 10 minute ride to campus. I rented a car from a rental company near the hotel rather than rent at Miami airport and it was super convenient. I parked at a meter on the street rather than pay the overnight parking fee and that worked out. The staff is very attentive. I felt very safe as the front desk is in a central location right inside the main door and the entrance is not on a major street. I'll definitely stay here again.
