- MS (1/5): Pathetic hotel. Not value for money.. - Nothing Bad location. No parking at all. Mentioned that booking includes parking. But there is no parking at all. Cold served breakfast. Some breakfast brought from outside and served in containers which are not even warmed to keep the breakfast hot. No soap and accessories in the bathroom. The room was smelling weird..

BUT THE STAFF BILLED IN SAME GST COMPANY . FURTHER WHEN REQUESTED TO CHANGE HE SAID IT CANNOT BE DONE. DISSAPOINTED! I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREEBO CUSTOMER , BUT VERY DISSAPOINTING.

But Treebo sends a message asking for immediate payment. Before I could see their message, my booking had been cancelled by them. Not likely to stay there in future.

- Ha.go. (8/5): Very good - Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, enough choice and tasty. Comfortable beds. Location is perfect. Just behind the busy MG road; quiet enough not to hear traffic noise but only walk-able distance from shops, restaurants, mall. On the booking.com website it was clearly stated that we could pay at the accommodation. After we received the booking confirmation on the booking.com app, we received an email from the hotel that our booking was on hold and that we had to pay in advance. We did not pay in advance but the issue wasn't even mentioned by the hotel staff and we could pay on arrival.

- Sidaarth (7/5): Economy hotel with good location but with lack of maintenance. - Hotel location is the best as its in the heart of the city & on the main road - M G Road. For the price offered the hotel maintained the basic cleanliness of bed, linen & towels. With 1500/- odd for per night breakfast was inclusive, although not a big spread, the breakfast consisted of: 1. Boiled egg 2. 1 cut fruit (Papaya or watermelon) 3. Idli (daily fixed dish) 4. Either Wada / Poori / Pongal 5. Chutney / Sambar 6. Tea / Coffee If the hotel takes care of the basic maintenance then the stay can be repeated. The hotel lacks maintenance issues mainly, as the lack of pressure in the shower & faucet, fan was not working than the manager shifted me to another room in that the AC was not working, lift had issues. If these issues are sorted than the hotel would be an ideal stay for regular traveller's.

- Mukherji (7/5): Good food and service. But the location ought to be better. - Service is excellent, and the room and facilities were well above what one would expect in a hotel in Vijayawada. Food was also excellent, although there is no restaurant in the hotel. Location left a lot to be desired. The approach road is strewn with garbage, and the empty ground next door is full of construction rubbish and broken planks. There is no restaurant. But the food provided in the dining hall was excellent. However, the breakfast was served at least an hour the scheduled time of 7.30 am. Also, the staff and the manager moving around barefoot didn't look good.

- Murali (3/5): It was a bad experience - Not much worried about breakfast. Location is OK. Cleanliness of the property. I have developed rash all over my body and had to vacate the property on the next day. Shared all pictures with the staff at the property and agreed for cancellation of my reservation and refunded my money for balance two days.
- Akash (1/5): Disaster - There seems to be big gap between Booking.com & Treebo; after the check-in time my mail box, WhatsApp & Phone was flooded with pre-payment messages and before my parents reached the hotel the booking was cancelled saying "as confirmed by you". Very poor management by Treebo & Call center & policy makers are even more poor!! Lessons learned: No further Treebo hotels henceforth!

Special thanks to manager Mr Senapathi who had gone way out of the way to help us. Much obliged to him. The entry to the property passes through a nasuating garbage dump of a hospital nearby which makes it difficult to navigate to the hotel. It is simply terrible.
