- みーこ (10/5): - 白良浜の真ん前で、このお値段なら、文句なしです！フロントスタッフの方も、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。清掃も綺麗にされてました。共同風呂、共同トイレでしたが、近くに温泉がたくさんあり、そこで結局入るので、お風呂は使いませんでした。今回は、目の前にコンビニがあり、素泊まりで予約しましたが、次回は朝食付きにしたいなと思います。 隣りの人の笑い声が少し聞こえましたが 全然、気になるレベルではないですが、神経質な方は気になるかもと思いました。

De man kwam toen wel vrij vlot naar het hotel maar we hadden graag daarover een bericht gehad. Het ontbijt was ok maar wat beperkt. Kamers en douche gedateerd maar goed functionerend.

- 1008 (6/5): 接客は抜群 - 対応はすごく丁寧で説明も細かくしてくれたので良いと思います。 お話が好きな方はとてもいいと思います。 クローゼットが半開きで空いていてそこにタオルがかけて有り…となりました。 明らかに使ってるよねって言う欲し方されていたので触りたく無かったですがその次も同じように感じる方がいたらやだなと思ったのでわざわざ表に出しておきました。 またベッドが3つあり1人での宿泊だったためキングサイズにしてやろうとベッドずらすとホコリ、髪の毛、謎ティッシュの欠片… そこからはすごく気持ち悪くなってしまってスリッパ履いててもザラザラした音もするしでそこがすごく嫌な気持ちになりました。 売上とか色々な要素もあるのでしょうがしっかり隅々まで清掃されてたら良かったと思ってます。 後隅々までしっかり忘れ物、置きっぱなしのもの見てほしいです。

- siyuan (5/5): - 酒店地理位置确实非常优越，对面就是便利店，走到沙滩也就一两分钟，酒店免费提供儿童的挖沙玩具，泳圈需要收费。家庭房有阳台对着大海，view非常好。 办理入住的男性员工问我们的孩子多大了，当我们告知年龄后，表现出很为难的表情，意思是我们只付了两人的费用，按照酒店的规定，孩子需要额外支付费用，但是这次就算了，可以帮我们免除，但是问题是，我们是严格按照入住人数和年龄搜索预定的房间，booking订单中就是三人，且孩子年龄选定无误。如果我们要占便宜，为何支付更贵的费用，预定家庭四人间？并且进入房间后，房间的备品也都是三人份的。所以是这个员工的问题。另外，这个员工居然和顾客说，他倒是没啥问题，第二天的员工会比较事儿，怕第二天的员工找麻烦，，，这句话说的非常不专业，并且第二天的员工非常职业且态度客气。酒店没有制冰机咖啡机等，如果需要洗衣需要联系员工操作，但是员工在晚上7点之后就下班了，需要电话联系。这一点不太方便。另外酒店的备品包括洗手液，沐浴液，洗头膏等都非常稀，感觉是被稀释过的，这个在日本任何一家酒店都没有遇到过。酒店房间的电话听筒拿起来积灰非常严重，应该很久没有打扫了。

- hiroki (8/5): 安くてビーチが目の前のホテル - 目の前がビーチで、道を挟んでコンビニがあります。 おそらく中国系のオーナーだと思いますが、地震発生時の避難経路などをとても丁寧に説明してくれました。 ホテル内は土足禁止で、受付カウンター横でスリッパに履き替える必要があります。（ビーチが目の前なのでホテル内が砂だらけにならないようにだと思います） そのため、潔癖症の人は使い捨てのスリッパを持参した方が良いです。 それと、トイレがウォシュレットではありません。

The hotel was also very clean and basic items were provided (shampoo, body soap, toothbrush). The only issue I had was not being able to control the temperature of the water for bathing (but I wasn't able to ask the staff for help as there are only staff at the concierge at specific timings). Overall still a great stay, especially because it is near to the beach and dining options (and supermarket)!

- Jola (10/5): A really amazing hotel that’s right on the beach! - The location is absolutely incredible. You simply cross the street and you are on the beach!!! It is also very close to a 24/7 store and supermarket, making it easy to go out and get food if you need it. The rooms are very large and clean, with working AC and lots of space to work. The staff is very very friendly, and is able to answer any questions you have about the area.

The beach, convenience store, supermarket, 100 yen store, 2 bus stops and Energy land all less than a 5 minute walk away! The rooms are are comfortable, clean and even look better in person than in the pictures! At times it was quite difficult accessing the staff for help. Sometimes there is no one at the front desk and there's no sound device (e.g bell) at the front desk to alert staff when guests need to communicate. Also booked a room with sea-view but it was almost completely obscured by trees in front of the hotel so we hardly got a view of the sea.

It’s right across from Family Mart and the beach is behind the Family Mart. I had a nice view from my room and could see the water. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and quiet, perfect for a solo trip around the Christmas holiday. I think that this place has an excellent charm to it, which you can see as soon as you walk in the door. I love the decorations in the common area and seating as well as the panda decorations. I’m so happy I chose to stay here. It wasn’t terribly crowded and my room was very nice, with a well-functioning thermostat, and a bathroom in my room. The bed was comfy, and I also had access to a TV, couch, desk, and a variety of lighting in my room. It was exactly what I needed for the weekend. If you have an opportunity to stay here, I definitely recommend it. As a bonus, it’s right near Shirahama Bus Center, which makes travel super easy!! Quick bus ride from Shirahama Station, which has a lot of lines linking up to Shin-Osaka. I took advantage of the location to get to Adventure World, and navigation was fairly easy. Wonderful trip, warm thank you to the woman at the front desk. She was very helpful, informative, and accommodating. The water took a little while to warm up, but that could just be because it was winter time. Other than that, the room was fantastic.

- Catherine (7/5): Superb location, decent stay. - The location couldn't be better - literally one minute walk to the beach. The AC worked well in the room and the owner greeted us upon arrival (he was outside). The room was clean and the wifi worked well. I left my laptop there by accident after check out, and the owner/worker kindly mailed it back for me. We were on the 3rd floor which was not accessible by elevator (it was in a different section of the building/house) and we had heavy luggage. The toilet and ofuro was shared, but they were clean enough. Things that could be improved - more hand sanitizer (around the shared areas), and it would've been nice to have a lamp in the room, as my partner went to bed early and I wanted to read a book but didn't want to turn on the large overhead light.

- HIEU (8/5): Gần biển - Đúng kiểu biển xanh cát trắng, tối ngắm pháo hoa. Gần biển và dịch vụ cũng cơ bản, ko thể đòi hỏi nhiều.
