We were welcomed with Italian hospitality and a bottle of Asti!! The room was spacious and clean; bed was comfy. Breakfast was fantastic with healthy options and attentive staff to prepare special omelets on request. The 2 ladies in the breakfast room were friendly and welcoming. Enrico was especially gracious in making recommendations and providing itinerary for day trips. We would definitely stay at Hotel Ristorante Toscana when we return to Alassio! Can’t think of anything.

Dinner was good but they sat me alone surrounded by little children. Major problem. They worked my car in their garden. They parked a car in front of mine. They could not find the key to that car for one hour. They had many excuses as they couldn't find the key. After I got totally aggravated the eventually found the key. I waited one hour in the sun. So, other than this key problem, which was major, the hotel was good. Taken better care of the car keys of the cars they parked

• Marcel (9/5): - Alles bestens, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir wollten gegen einen Aufpreis Halbpension buchen. Das wurde abgelehnt, weil wir über booking gebucht haben. Unverständlich, dass das Hotel auf dieses Zusatzgeschäft verzichtet hatte. Wir gingen dann woanders essen. Auch sehr bürokratisch der CheckIn weil ich die Identitätskarte von meinem Sohn zuhause vergessen hatte. Erst nach der Zusendung eines Fotos per Email wurde uns Eintritt gewährt.

Shower was great- super hot water (I like) and good pressure. Hotel is centrally located- short walk to beach, budello, supermarket, restaurants. Convenient onsite parking (extra cost). Great massages in spa onsite. Time to change mattress and pillows and could use a little renovation/upgrades.

• Vladimír (10/5): Amazing place - Very nice hotel with a friendly atmosphere. You will feel really welcome there. Easy parking in the courtyard of the hotel. Room was big enough, perfectly clean. Excellent breakfast with which you can get a real Italian espresso. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is a wonderful gourmet experience. Although the hotel is not right by the sea, it is really a short walk to the beach.

• Yannick (8/5): Very good hotel, excellent value for money. - We spent five nights there. Good hotel overall. Excellent location. Great for kids with play areas available and even some animations for kids. Excellent restaurant (we went twice). Options for parking available (outside for free or inside for a fee). Also, the daily cleaning was good overall. While the breakfast was good, the place was a bit noisy and a bit more choice for salty food could be welcomed. Also, while the room was kept quite clean, the shower may need some attention (a bit of moisture...) and some furniture start to show a bit of age. Those minor weaknesses didn't change the positive overall feeling we got here though.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, the location was unbeatable, and our room exceeded all expectations. It's a wonderful destination for a vacation.
• Dario (8/5): GENTILIZZA E DISPONIBILITA' - Hotel in ottima posizione, camera datata ma spaziosa e pulita. I prodotti da bagno si limitano a due misere bustine doccia/shampoo che puoi trovare in un 2 stelle, non in un hotel 4 stelle! Ottima colazione e ottimo ristorante. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Tra i servizi è prevista la Spa, che scopriamo solo in hotel che è utilizzabile su prenotazione per 50 euro per 50 minuti. Costo esagerato e comunque sui siti di prenotazione non era indicato.

• Andreas (8/5): Lage der Zimmer beachten - Wir belegten zwei Zimmer im obersten Stock mit toller Sicht über die Dächer und Balkon - dasjenige Richtung Südost war relativ ruhig, dasjenige Richtung Nordost extrem lärmig => geschlafen werden konnte nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern und AC, was nicht unseren Gepflogenheiten entspricht. Sonst überzeugte die Nähe zum Strand und das freundliche Personal (vor allem beim guten Frühstücksbuffet).
