We eaten sea foods and I prefer every people have to try . Even if u don’t stay hotel . And i would like to say cheif Sadi TABAK and Serhat TOMBUL . They cooked so very delicious fish and all meal . And thank you also Furkan OZGUL . He is given to good advice. U have to trust what he said . And i have never ever eaten shrimps and salmon and see bass. Thank

The restaurant and breakfast are also exceptional. They have a mini mart section open 24 hr with all convenient articles and this we used a lot due to working extended hours. Basically it allowed us to concentrate on our work knowing we could relax anytime with access to all the comforts. Nothing to not like

But the hotel charged both rooms, mine and my colleague’s one prior to our arrival. I am waiting for a month to get the credit back.

Given the location, you are most likely there for business and you will have a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The drinks in the restaurants are very expensive and the neighbourhood doesn't have much to offer.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Overall a wonderful stay and a place I would return to. - My room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-stocked. The breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect. My only issue was that my credit card was charged twice, first by booking and then by the hotel directly. When I brought it to their attention a couple of days later the staff apologized and said that the money would be refunded to my card, but that it would take about 2 weeks. That seems like a long time to process a refund for a mistake made on their end.
• Saggabott (8/5): Good quality hotel - This hotel is located some way out from Istanbul center but it was close to our business appointment location. Security and x-ray machine at entrance. Easy and quick check in. I had an excellent room on the 5th floor overlooking the bay. Nice bathroom and good TV that you could move depending on where you are sitting. noise from the fridge meant it had to be unplugged. There was also safety light that could not be turned off which kept me awake. OK breakfast.

The room felt spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean — I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. The bed was especially cozy, which made a big difference after a long day. What stood out most was how attentive and genuinely kind the staff were. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and I felt very well taken care of. The location was also perfect for me, as I came to Gebze for medical treatment. Transfers to the clinic were simple and stress-free, which made my trip much easier. Overall, it’s a hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, and warmth. I would gladly return and can highly recommend it to anyone coming to Gebze — especially for medical visits.

• singgihh (10/5): Literally home away from home, a gem in the middle of tranquil Gebze. - Luxury is not always about sophisticated and glamor things; but luxury is how a hotel made the guests feel. While Hyatt House is a 4* long stay lodging style aparthotel, this property exceeds my expectation from their staff service and hospitality comparable to those of a luxury hotel. The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Gebze...not a popular tourist town but offers fresh air and calm, peaceful ambiance away from the overcrowded Istanbul. Adjacent to the biggest mall in the town accessible just steps away from hotel entrance. All room has private balcony and we felt an ultimate comfort during our 3 nights stay. We happened to stay over the weekend and on Saturday night they host an outdoor live music in their main restaurant. The atmosphere was so chill, charming, and perhaps one of the best moments in my first Turkish holiday. Breakfast was simple but decent and hearty selection. I just love their soft bread and selection of yoghurt. But the best part of the stay is THE TEAM MEMBER. Most of them go way above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would like to thank SEYIDI & MEHMET at the Front Desk for being such a great Host even prior to our arrival. And Housekeeping lady FATMA EKR who not only cleaned our room but paying attention to smallest details. She clearly loved her job and did it with heart & care for her guests. I can't highly recommend enough Hyatt House Gebze as a perfect place for a quick city break, and wish to return to this charming property in future. My only suggestion: It could be pretty dark to walk outside at night to the main road. Perhaps Management could work along with local authority to light up the street so guests who like to go on a night culinary adventure on the main road would feel safer.

Seidi Front Desk was very friendly and informative, always greeted me with his big warm smile everytime he see me. Breakfast is included in the stay but normal hotel food that can get little boring after few days.

The hotel is nearby a shopping center and it takes 1 minute to walk there in a very protected “tunnel” (protected means you can just walk to the shopping center without an umbrella even if it’s raining). Staff is super friendly, we will be definitely back.

Çocuklar otel havuzunu, saunasını, spor salonunu doyasıya kullanabildiler. Odamız 4 kişilik aile için yeterince geniş ve sıcaktı. Odada her imkan mevcut, mutfakta da her imkan mevcut. Konaklamak için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Ancak balkon kapısı inanılmaz zor açılıyor kesinlikle yapılması lazımdı. Hijyen açısından mükemmeldi. Mutfak kısmında her şey düşünülmüştü. Suyunuzu kattaki arıtmalardan doldurabiliyor olmanız çok iyi bir şey oluyor. Yalnızca odada nereden geldiğini tespit edemediğimiz bir çınlama sesi vardı. O çok rahatsız ediciydi. Yatak çok rahattı ancak yastıklar maalesef çok rahatsız ediciydi. Havlular, nevresimler ve yastıklar yeterli sayıdaydı. Televizyonda ücretli platformlar olmasını tercih ederdik ancak yoktu. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve gayet yeterliydi. Genel hatlarıyla çok iyi bir konaklamaydı.

There is also in the room the set of coffee, tea and sugar. Every day they bring two bottles of water. Spacious room. Clean. There are all the necessary utensils for cooking. Cool mattress and pillows. Breakfast is modest but hearty. Buffet. Good coffee machine. Excellent location when you travelling for business needs - next to the Gebze shopping center where there are many stores and also across the road there are good vegetable stores. I checked-in in at night. I was tired but they didn't show me to my room. It was an unpleasant shock. During checking out, I was waiting when the new guests to be registered but the second receptionist went to smoke although he saw that I was waiting for them to take my keys. Thus, there is no attention to the guests, especially if it is a woman without a man.
