From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible, especially compared to all the other places we visited in Bali. The hotel is far from Ubud and very hidden. To get from reception to our room, we had to descend approximately 100 steps with our luggage. The view shown in the photos was obstructed by trees. Inside the room, the bathroom was dirty, and the ceiling above the bed was stained. It was all very disappointing compared to what they advertise on their app. Even if they had changed our room, the location and amenities wouldn't have changed at all. We decided to change hotels that same day and found much better accommodations for half the price.

- ANTON (3/5): Mejor buscar otro sitio con mismo precio - El personal Alquilamos dos villas junto con amigos. A pesar de que solicité con antelación la mejor villa para mí, ya que era un regalo por nuestro aniversario, finalmente de las dos villas me asignaron la peor. Además, el nivel de limpieza en todas las villas fue insatisfactorio. Visualmente, las habitaciones pueden parecer limpias, pero al observar con más atención se nota una gran cantidad de polvo y suciedad. En el baño la situación es aún peor: las paredes estaban simplemente sucias. Se trata de una limpieza básica que no es difícil de realizar si el personal realmente presta atención a estos detalles. También resultó que la cena o el desayuno en la piscina, tal como se muestra en las fotos al momento de la reserva, requiere un pago adicional de casi la mitad del precio de la villa. Esta información no era evidente de antemano. Como comparación, anteriormente me alojé en otra villa en la zona de Ubud: era más pequeña, pero limpia, y el desayuno en la piscina estaba incluido en el precio, siendo exactamente el mismo costo de alojamiento. Quisiera destacar especialmente la situación con el desayuno. Solicitamos con antelación que el desayuno se sirviera a las 8:00, ya que a las 8:30 debían recogernos para una excursión. Sin embargo, el desayuno se sirvió más tarde, por lo que tuvimos que desplazarnos por nuestra cuenta a la excursión. Teniendo en cuenta el estado de las villas, el nivel de mantenimiento y los inconvenientes ocasionados, considero que al menos el desayuno en la piscina podría haberse ofrecido de forma gratuita como compensación.

- chloe (4/5): - La wifi L’hôtel a l’air abandonné. Attendez vous à devoir louer un scooter juste pour aller manger car il n’y a rien autour. La salle de bain est toujours mouillé, il n’y a aucun rangement. On a eu de la pluie dans la soirée et l’eau rentrait dans la salle de bain. Le restaurant est fermé le midi et le soir pour X raison donc il faut toujours aller à l’extérieur

Nice location. - Staff was very accomodating -although it's nice to maybe not have 1 song on repeat (Gayatru Mantra) ;)- but they were very quick to arrange a 1/2 day tour + a scooter. Breakfast was good and tasty. The pool is fantastic. It's a bit of a walk down to the lower houses, so it's also a climb to go up.. but other than that it's really nice. Something to consider is a place in the bathroom to put your toiletries. There is no place for them so you keep putting them either on the ground or in the bedroom.

Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à répondre à la moindre question. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique on est en pleine nature, entourée par la jungle, c’est vraiment dépaysant et apaisant. La piscine est superbe, ma chambre était très confortable avec une excellente literie, et tout était d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et délicieux. J’ai également dîné sur place un vrai régal ! L’emplacement est idéal pour se reposer aucun bruit, seulement ceux de la nature, très apaisants. J’ai passé un séjour calme et ressourçant. Ps : ne vous plaigniez pas de voir quelques insectes passer dans la salle de bain par exemple ! Vous êtes en plaine jungle 😀 Les insectes mais cela fait partir du jeu! La baignoire à refaire mais avec le prix je n’ai en réalité rien à dire ! A refaire je referais sans hésite à ce prix !

Очень старый отель, всё разваливается, двери еле закрываются, душ не работал (починили), пахнет сыростью везде. Кто не на своем байке - на такси туда не подъехать.

La piscine a des carreaux cassés ce qui est dangereux quand on marche. Pour dormir, aucune insonorisation et les bruits générés par les voisins rendent le sommeil impossible. De plus, le lieu est très humide, moite, ce n'est pas évident d'y résider (les habits même dans les valises restent humides). Le restaurant est fermé quasiment tous les soirs alors que c'est une prestation proposé par l'établissement...

Počítejte s tím, že ubytování je v přírodě! Masáže taky skvělé a snídaně máte na výběr ze 3 balíčků. Za mě všechno v pořádku! ✅ Jedině snad pro info, chatka je prkenná a netěsní, tím pádem se dovnitř dostane i nějaký ten hmyz s čímž tedy musí člověk u tohoto typu ubytování počítat.
- Abdul Fuad (2/5): - Located at a quiet area in ubud. 1. The room. We booked the bungalow unit. Totally not worth the money. Old wooden bungalow with floor squeaking when you walk. Broken ceiling joists. Termite trail inside the room area. 2. The hot water was not hot at all. Once used, you have to wait for hours before you can enjoy it again. We were so disappointed that cannot enjoy the hot bath. 3. The breakfast was okay but we didnt get all of the items we ordered.

Otelin ormanın içinde olduğunu bilerek gittik ama insan gekkolarla karşılaşınca ister istemez tedirgin oluyor. Birde 2 günlük motor kiraladım ilk gün motorun gaz verme tuşu bozuldu. İade ettim ve ücreti ödeyeceğimi söylerim. 240K IDR bu işlem için biraz pahalı geldi, çünkü ülkede insan sayısı kadar motor var.

Ķirmji grauž koka mēbeles, baldehīns traipains, vannai nepietiek siltā ūdens, durvis vērās ar lielu piepūli. Ja viesim ir kāds iebildums vai papildjautājums, reģistratūras personāla laipnā seja kļūst dusmīga-gandrīz bail paliek. Brokastis ļoti vienveidīgas, vakariņas var arī nedabūt, kā paveicas. Manīju žurku.

The bathroom was filthy, and the bed was uncomfortable. If they cleaned the room and bathroom better, it would be a nice accomodation.

- Andrea (7/5): - La cama era muy cómoda y las vistas desde la piscina eran muy bonitas. Cerca del centro de ubud. Ofrecen alquiler de moto desde 60k. Se nota que limpian muy superficialmente porque los techos estaban llenos de telarañas, en el baño también había muchas y daba muchísima sensación de incomodidad. Además detras de la cama había pelusas telarañas y está sucio. No hubo wifi prácticamente ningún día y cuando iba iba muy muy mal. Había monos en el complejo que por las noches se subían al techo de la cabaña y hacían mucho ruido que en ocasiones hasta me llegaron a desvelar. En el lobby olía muy muy mal.

- Mélissa (1/5): Un desastre, huye de esta suciedad ! - Las vistas Jamás he visto una habitación tan sucia, juraría que llevan sin limpiarla años. Telas de araña gigantes por todas partes, hormigas en la cama, muebles, etc..hasta cucarachas y arañas dentro de las sábanas. Un desastre. Les pedí 2 veces limpiar la habitación a fondo y no lo hicieron, les pedi cambiar de habitación y me dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno. Una vergüenza, no he podido descansar debido a la suciedad y a la cantidad de hormigas en la cama. No tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Tampoco pudimos ducharnos en condiciones ya que casi no salia el agua del grifo.
