• Khilola (1/5): Вообще не советую данное жилое! Испортите себе и близким выходные! - Все начиналось прекрасно, пока не зашла в номер! Ужасно воняет плесенью! Подумала ну ладно, как нибудь справимся пару дней, тем более целыми днями собирались гулять! Открыла окна что бы проветрилось всё и пошли гулять! Во время бронирования специально указала что нужны две отдельные спальни с отдельной кроватью на 2х человек! Возвращаемся ночью и видим что в одной из спален нет комплекта чистого постельного белья! На наши замечания админ решил ответить игнором! А что еще ужасно, в одной из спален над кроватью шкафчик в котором хранят ведра, половые тряпки, швабру… я конечно не самый капризный человек, но для меня это уже перебор! Ты спишь а над тобой в шкафу уборочные средства! Как в чулане бомж себя чувствуешь! Грязь, вонь и халатность администратора!
• Anne (9/5): Un hébergement typique de Venise, calme et à proximité de tout - Merci à Mario pour nous avoir donné tous les renseignements pour passer un très agréable séjour chez lui. Le logement était propre et accueillant. Nous avons trouvé tout le confort que nous attendions. La situation de ce logement en plein coeur de Venise était idéale, dans un lieu calme et attrayant.

• Sharif (4/5): Would not book this apartment again. - Location was good, but window is on the side of a terrace. If you are a light sleeper, it will not be a good room for you. Host had good availability and would answer questions quick. Big room was ok. Very old facilities. Price/quality not in line. One person bed was incredibly old, kitchen was worn out and tableware was not good. Pans were very very old. Sheets had a bad smell. We received only 1 type of towel. Be aware if you book this room that there is also no lift in the building when bringing luggage to the second floor. Bathroom very old looking too.
• Caitlin (6/5): It was a good location but the apartment was a little tatty. - The key box was not labelled so it was impossible to identify which one was ours.
• Giannakari (7/5): Great location, some renovation needed - Very good location and quiet, and easy check in. The apartment is big enough for 2-3 people but it is also quite old and could use some renovation, especially the beds and the shower and some cleaning of the walls. There were a lot of electrical devices and hot water all the time. Some more basic hygiene items are needed when 2 people stay for 5 days. (Toilet paper and all purpose-soap were enough only for 2 days, thankfully we had some of our own. The towels -we had only 2 left on the bed. Top bed sheet is also a major need, there was only bottom).
• Si (7/5): in the heart of venice - its a nice and fairly convenient spot in the heart of venice so exploring around is so much more convenient. instruction during checkin was clear and we didnt have any problem finding the apartment :) the apartment itself was cozy and a comfortable bed to add. when we first entered the apartment it smelled very badly of smoke, didnt use the kitchen in the end as we planned when we booked this apartment that came with a kitchen as the equipment didnt feel clean. the second bedroom we kept shut and didnt bother using as it smelled musty and a little of stale urine. otherwise the main bedroom was fine.easy access to dining options and near the waterbus (but u will need to pass 3 set of bridges with stairs)
• Pamela (7/5): Nice place, good facilities. - Location was very good. The fac that we could use the washer and dryer and cook our own breakfast was really appreciated. The place was clean. The second bedroom was not great, it didnt look clean and had saggy old bed. Main bedroom was clean and tidy but the bed was saggy also. Towels were dark gray color so you couldnt tell if its clean.

• Carolina (7/5): Nice place with a great location - The property is in a great location. The AC was great, as well as the rooms. Host was very responsive and picking up the keys is very easy with all the instructions and pics they sent. I was worried about the other reviews but it was a very easy process if you follow instructions. Beds were very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom looked kind of dirty. As we only stayed one night, we decided not to shower there. Keep in mind the apartment is on the third floor in case you have heavy luggage or mobility inconveniences

• Mary (10/5): Great place to stay while visiting Venice. - This was such a nice place! Quiet, easy access. It's much like an apartment with full kitchen, nice bathroom and comfy beds. Overlooks a pretty courtyard. Seeing Venice is a breeze for this location. And there were fresh roses upon arrival in our room!

Place was so hooot , AC is extra cost Pay attention while booking. - location is ok. it has potential but it is not well taken care of. not worth the money. the host wasn't replying back on time, apartment is not clean , key collection was not the easiest and most comfortable. washer dryer was working when we arrived, and the worst things were that the place was so hooot and the host was not replying back in time. Although AC is listed under facilities but apparently there is an extra charge if you want it to be working. PAY ATTENTION to this. The place was so hot that we couldn't sleep at night. Thank GOD we were there only for one night.
• Katie (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great, pretty quiet at night, comprehensive self check in instructions. Good amenities, had a washing machine and dryer. The shower drain must have been blocked as the shower tray filled up with water very quickly and your feet were underwater whilst showering. The water pressure was also incredibly low, which you can see is because there is a leak in the shower head.

• Claudia (5/5): Not clean, smells bad, needs a makeover, not worth it. Would come back TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD but NOT to this apartment. It - The location and neighborhood were great. Pretty much everything. It is run down, and definitely needs some love. It has so much potential, but obviously this is not a priority. When I booked, the reviews were not bad; a few days before we arrived they were disastrous. I was trying to remain positive, but everything everyone mentioned negatively was exactly that. The apartment had a musty, dirty smell. We found the sheets and towels of the previous guests in the drier. Everything had been thrown in together - sheets, duvet cover and towels - it took forever for them to dry. The little bedroom was not clean, the sheets smelled and looked dirty, the towels had a damp smell to them…and the dead, smooshed flies on the walls mentioned by other guests in the main bedroom - are real. Disgusting. The bathroom is tiny and tiles are old and broken, the walls need painting, the kitchen could do with a hand. Yes, it is a great neighborhood- I would come back to San Polo but I will never come back here or recommend this place.
• Sadaf (3/5): Poor - The mattress of the beds were so uncomfortable that we could not sleep at all. You could also see the dead mosquitoes on the wall all over. The appartment was not clean as we expected.
• Elizabeth (7/5): It’s in a great location, but could use a little attention. - This apartment is in a wonderful location to explore Venice. It’s easy to get to the train or bus station and there are so many sites to see close to this apartment. Mario and his partner were very responsive and helped whenever I had a question.  the apartment is also very quiet and had wonderful hot water.  Getting into the apartment proved a little difficult. We had to first locate a lockbox which we did with out problem, but then we didn’t have the code for the lockbox and really the lockbox is in a bad position. I was too short to be able to see the numbers, but fortunately, my friend is taller than I am and opened it. the door to get into the apartment building proved a little unwieldy with the keys. It would be nice to have more than one hand towel in the bathroom for two of us for two days, and there was just one kitchen towel. One of the lightbulbs in the kitchen and in the big bedroom was burned out. and it seemed that there was a lot of dirty, or at least smelly, laundry-towels and sheets-in the closets in the big bedroom.

• Swapnil (8/5): Little overly priced - Pros - In the heart of City. Close to only Indian food option in Venice (Ganesh ji Restaurant) Decent Kitchenette. 2 bedrooms - 1 with double bed and 1 with single bed. Washing machine/dryer Cons - A bit old. Better need to be renovated. No lifts. Room is on 2nd floor Bathroom is way too small. Can hardly move your body while bathing. Overall, costly for its price of 250 SGD per night. Had to wait for 15-20 mins for check in as there was no-one to attend immediately.
