- Svetlana (8/5): Прерасный отель для молодых и энергичных) - Если нужно только переночевать - прекрасный вариант, при условии использования беруш)))), которые заботливо разложены персоналом по номерам)))). Отель, в целом, хороший, чистый, уютный, персонал заботливый, еда в кафе - выше всяких похвал, но стены!!!!! Стены просто картонные, в прямом смысле этого слова. Слышно все, вплоть до застегивания молнии на куртке) А если кто-то из ваших соседей пришел за полночь и навеселе - держитесь, будет полное ощущение, что они стоят возле вашей кровати и орут вам в ухо!))))) В целом - все отлично, но если любите уединение и тишину, Вам явно не сюда. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, они как могут сглаживают эти моменты.

- Isabelle (10/5): - Bien situe, tres proper, tranquille excepte qu'il y a un bar situe en arriere tres bruyant mais a 23h il n'y a plus de bruit, alors si on veut etre tranquil avec les fenetres ouvertes c'est pas relaxant. Mais dans l'ensemble tres bien.

Dieses ging bei mir kaum einmal, selbst dann nicht als mir jemand die Einstellungen an meinem Compu und Handy vornahm. Ich vermute eine schlechte Konfiguration oder ein zu schwacher Server. So konnte ich keine Informationen über Sankt Petersburg via Internet einholen und musste alles an Ort und Stelle anschauen gehen. Mühsam. Und ein paar Prospekte über die Stadt wären an der Rezeption auch hilfreich. Shuttle-Busse von 2018 und ein Stadtplan sind zu wenig. Gruss von Günter Graf

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room in the sixth floor has a window on the ceiling. I arrived at the hotel in the morning because of early flight but I couldn't get a sleep at the moment. However, it was also good when I woke up next morning since the room was so bright that I didn't have to get up to switch on the light. One thing that bothered me most was I could hear the sound from the next room.

Most importantly, we were not prewarned that there is a pub with live music next door, which causes enormous amount of noise till 5am three nights a week

- Ksenia (8/5): Отличный отдых. - Все здорово. Очень удобное местоположение, 10 минут до всех значимых объектов. Очень чисто, удобные номера. Проблем со звукоизоляцией не было, то ли с соседями повезло, то ли их не было, но спать никто не мешал. Заселили за 5 минут, номер с окном на БДТ, первый день было немного душно. Еда в кафе вкусная, единственное - долго ждать, поэтому если вы с утра торопитесь, лучше поесть в городе. Отель крайне рекомендую.

La habitación muy amplia y limpia. No le doy el 5 porque el desayuno tenía pocas opciones para elegir, la almohada cuadrada es incómoda y el colchón es un poco blando. Por lo demás, es un hotel muy bien ubicado, a 10' andando de la av. Nevski. Totalmente recomendable

- Salem (8/5): Great hotel + location - A very slow check in process. Lovely hotel for its rate. Not so far from the main street where the life is. About 20min walking distance. The picture of the exterior building is next building NOT the hotel it self. So make sure dont get surprised as I was. But overall I'm happy with my stay.

Lage ist optimal um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß, ganz ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Diese Unterkunft wird bei unserer nächsten Reise nach St. Petersbug zweifellos wieder gebucht.

- John (2/5): Friends on the Fontanka not recommended - I stayed for three nights and had to move to another room every night. The first two nights I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, as there was no bed. The first two nights the curtains were so thin that there was bright sunlight in the room which woke me up earlier than planned. The third night there were no curtains in the room at all. There is almost no breakfast available. There is no bread, no butter, no jam, no yoghurt, no fruit, no cheese, no meat or vegetables. There is only porridge and either eggs (without bread) or very small pancakes. The staff are lazy. I could not get the internet to work because you need to telephone a certain number which phones you back to give you the code for the internet. I did not have a phone and the staff did not want to come to my room to make the phone-call to get the code.
- John (2/5): - I stayed in this hotel for three nights and was obliged to move to a different room every night. In the first two rooms there was no bed, so I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. In the first two rooms there were very thin curtains, so that I was woken up much too early in the morning. In the third room I stayed in there were no curtains at all. In the first two rooms I stayed in the key did not work. There is no telephone in any of the rooms of the hotel, so I had to go down to the reception to ask them for a new key. The internet does not work unless you telephone a certain number and they answer you and then you enter the last four digits of their number. So as my telephone was not working I had to get the reception to come to my room to telephone and get the code for me. The rooms are noisy, but the hotel provides ear plugs. Breakfast was included in the price of my room, but there was almost no breakfast. There was no juice, no fruit, no yoghurt, no bread, no butter, no jam, no cheese, no meat or vegetables. There was only porridge and a choice of eggs without bread or very small pancakes. The staff of the hotel are lazy and don't want to help when the key of the room does not work. I very much regret choosing this hotel, as I could not sleep with no curtains and with noise, and it spoiled my whole visit to St. Petersburg.

- Francesca (8/5): - Very practical, clean and greatly located hotel. Finding the exact street might be a bit tricky but everything else was great. The staff spoke english (most of them) which is very good in St. Petersburg. They had a washing room, very useful! TV only has Russian speaking channels, bad, and there is no WiFi in the rooms unless you have a Russian phone number... I would give it a 7.5 out of 10, good for its modic price, but could improve some things.

- yoosun (8/5): - 리노베이션한지 얼마 안된 건물이라 가격도 저렴하여 예약했는데 건물상태는 쾌적하고 직원들도 친절하여 좋았어여 다만 넵스키대로 바로 주변은 아니여서 조금 걸어야 하지만 그럭저럭 가격대비 괜찮아요 다만 방음이 잘 안되는지 옆방에서 통화하는소리까지 들려요 그래서인지 이어플러그가 어메니티오 준비되어있더라구여 저렴한가격에 깨끗한 편 입니다
