• Virginie (8/5): Très bon emplacement - L’emplacement parfait (sites d’intérêts et restaurants) La disponibilité et la réactivité du propriétaire Le côté très pratique de la remise des clefs Le manque d’un sofa dans l’espace cuisine où il y aurait largement la place. Une odeur de cigarette les 2 premiers jours sur place Un manque de fermeté au niveau du matelas Le manque d’une commode ou placard dans la chambre pour ranger les vêtements L’état des volets et de la porte menant à la cuisine
• Yina (10/5): - Bellissima zona, molto tranquilla. Facilmente raggiungibile ed è bellissimo vedere le barche che passano , lo staff è sempre disponibile e meraviglioso. Un appartamento non molto comune. Soddisfa le tue aspettative di Venezia
• semeraro (10/5): Venezia stupenda 🤗 posti incantevoli. - La puntualità Purtroppo a malincuore che c’erano tante zanzare e l’ultima notte mi sono svegliata con una puntura sulla palpebra dell’occhio molto gonfio purtroppo. Idem anche per mio marito , purtroppo non siamo riusciti a dormire bene la notte per questo motivo. Dovreste migliorare.

• Kiki (7/5): - Το δωμάτιο είναι στην άκρη της πόλης όχι πολύ μακριά από το κέντρο κάτι που μας άρεσε γιατί είχε αρκετή ησυχία. Εύκολη πρόσβαση. Υπήρχε κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη. Έξτρα τιπ το παράθυρο στο κανάλι. Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο κ πολύ παρατημένο σε σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες. Υπήρχε μούχλα κ φθορές. Καμία σχέση με αυτό που περιμέναμε. Δεν άξιζε τόσο τα χρήματα του.
• diego (10/5): Tranquillità e comodità - Per chi cerca un luogo comodo per camminare nelle vie più suggestive di Venezia a due passi da piazza San Marco nella totale tranquillità, le suggestive finestre direttamente su un canale , questo è il posto giusto. Veramente soddisfatto… lo consiglio
• IVA (5/5): S'han de millorar certs detalls - La ubicació i el tamany. Que hem demanat en múltiples ocasions entrar abans i no hem obtes cap resposta. És més, s'han retardat l'hora d'entrada i ens han tingut esperant a la porta sent el 3er viatge carregades. El matalàs és moll, s'enfonsa. El lavabo no funciona, no traga aigua. No hi ha calefacció al bany i la de la resta de la casa és automàtica a 17°C. La neteja general i l'equipació de cuina deixa molt que desitjar. I els tovallons del bany fan olor.

• Carlos (1/5): No he estado en un sitio más sucio en mi vida - La ubicación Estaba todo sucísimo llegamos y había ocho bolsas de basura al lado de la lavadora, nos dijo que las iba a quitar pero no las quitó estaba todo lleno de moscas, el suelo estaba sucísimo también la nevera estaba llena de moscas diminutas que tuvimos que limpiar nosotros… El dueño nos dice que se va a hacer cargo pero no concreta nada y pide que le dejemos las llaves cuando ya estamos fuera de casa no volvemos a saber nada más de él pesimismo. Olía fatal y no se fue el olor en toda la estancia tuvimos que comprar ambientadores porque los que había en el apartamento automáticos estaban gastados.

The kitchen doors could not be closed, which affected privacy, especially with boats frequently passing by the windows. The entrance door was quite noisy, each time we opened it, it felt disruptive. Cleanliness was acceptable, but it could be improved.

• Remus (1/5): - Nothing It’s 3 AM. I cannot sleep. The apartment is full of mosquitoes. I have bites all over my body. This place is disgusting. Filthy. Smelly. Unsafe to touch anything. The “floor” is not real flooring. Just a dirty plastic sheet. The kitchen is trash. Literally built from scraps of wood. When you try to open the window for fresh air, the wooden cover is barely attached and looks like it’s about to fall into the water. The windowsill is filthy, full of dirt and trash (see photos). This is not an apartment. It’s a nightmare. Worse than sleeping outside. Do not book this place. Everyone
• Dmitry (10/5): - a good price for a flat in this area. I really enjoyed it. no a/c, some smell; but all in all the price and location is good!
• Geraldine (6/5): Perfect authentic place in a great location - The location is great with a great view of a canal and in a quieter area of Venice, close to a waterbus stop which is great although Venice can walked it is very handy to have. The property has all the basic needed. It is a very beautiful city and if you want an authentic experience then this is the place to be. It’s perhaps was not the most luxury place. There were a lot of things outside the front door which hindered access. The cleaners had left their change over bedding for the next people and this was for both the upstairs and downstairs property. I think some added storage in the bedroom would be beneficial for clothes and bits and maybe a little sofa area if possible.

• Bereket (6/5): Pleasant - Great location to visit the ancient city and fair prices. Room was spacious and facilities were in good order. There were crawling insect (giant) on the bed on day 1 which made it hard to sleep comfortably and both me and wife have lots of insect bites on our arms and legs. It should be looked at, as otherwise it's great accommodation.
• Tin (8/5): Very good - Kitchen on the canal was wonderful, location was great! Sink couldn't handle dishes being inside as pipes would disconnect due to weight. A frying pan would do nicely, also.

• Bradon (9/5): Great stay right on the canals of such a wonderful city! - Great views being right on the canal! Owner was very responsive. Easy to find and great location. Cute apartment and so nice they had a fan for the room. The shower head was broken so you had to hold it the hold time. And there was also a fair amount of garbage under the stairs by the washing machine but other than that it was great!
• Elchin (8/5): Very good - I liked that it was within walking distance to both the Vaporetto stop and St. Mark's Square, and that the back windows had a direct view of the canal. There were no slippers available for use in the apartment.
• Dawn (5/5): Apartment 6518 - Apartment is close to amenities and restaurants and bars. Loved that you look straight onto canal from dining area. bed was comfortable. It was very dark in apartment, didn't feel overly clean apart from the bed. Nowhere to sit apart from dining chairs.shower leaked onto floor, no floor mat.
• Sam (8/5): I felt very safe. It was easy to find. It was RUSTIC but had everything you needed . And nr the co-op shop and the water - The location was 10 mins from water taxi at the hospital . The windows onto a canal was great the bed was very comfortable and some sugar coffee and body wash was there There was an iron and hairdryer and washing machine No kettle , but a pan could heat my water so that was ok . One of the shutters was damaged in the kitchen window so hard to open/close Bedroom missing some shelf’s or more clothes storage /cupboard - idea flat pack ! Be good On my last night, there was a couple arguing upstairs and I could hear a child crying which was quite disturbing but maybe they are not residence although they were clearly Italian This cannot be helped by the owners of this property though
• Alexandros (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is at beautiful spot where you can enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast or dinner and at the same time admire the beautiful canals of venice. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. It is an excelent choice if you are planning to stay in venice. +

• Maciej (3/5): Poor - Great location of the flat, 10 minutes walk from main atractions. Very pleasant manager, who let us check in much earlier and was patient enough to answer all of our questions. Unfortunately, the flat wasn't very clean to say the least. There was dirty laundry in the washing machine, dirty windows and dust all over the place. And the worst thing is, that during the night we were bitten by bugs all over our bodies. Could have been a great visit, Venice is beatiful, but under this circumstances I can't recommend this apartment.

• Marley (10/5): Loved it!! - It was a nice place to spend one or two nights in Venice! We loved the window and kitchen area. The host was exceptional!! We had an issue with the shower head, and it was fixed during our day time adventures and repaired by the time we got back in the evening to shower. Amazing service and response time with issues. Easy check in and check out. Overall very happy we stayed here. Could use a comfy place to sit (couch, chair, etc)
• Carissa (4/5): Disappointing - Canal view and allowed early check in Black mould in bathroom, shower was broken and leaked through the hose so therefore minimal to no water came through the shower head, place felt dirty and lots of mosquitoes. Not a great location.

Perfect hide out from the crowed. - Great location, away from the busy touristic sites, a local cafe is 70 metres from the appartment, a grocery store is 5 minutes away. And the view on the canal is fantastic. Some of the window shutters on the canal side do not open fully, they need to be repaired.

• Camilla (8/5): Nice apartment next to a Canal - Next to a Canal with 3 Windows in the kitchen/Livingroom room. Close to Vaporetti Ospedale. Quiet area in the night. Close to a Coop shop. There was no sofa or armchairs in the kitchen/living room. A bit cold on the stone floor without any rugs as it was 8 degrees Celsius in the night. No heating on.

Working stove top Only given a thin sheet during cold nights, hair in the shower, exposed wire above the shower so did not feel safe to utilise this, dirty flannel in kitchen, all the dirt had been swept into one corner and hidden behind the bin. Noisy fridge and really noisy neighbours waking us up at 1am onwards upstairs. Only 1 light bulb working in bedroom fixture. Thermostat was locked. Everything seems done on a tight budget.

• Rachael (6/5): Easy, perfect location but could’ve been much cleaner. - Location was very central and easy to walk to all tourist destinations from. The view out of the windows straight onto the water was beautiful and was a real highlight of this location. The bed was very comfortable and the obtain of keys/checking in and out was very easy. Very easy to access by public transport straight from the airport via WaterBus route B from Aeroporte to Ospedale and a 4 minute walk. Also, very quiet through the night. Mario was very helpful with everything I needed. Lots of pots etc if you’re staying for a while. 2 days was fine. The apartment was a dirty clearly from previous guests. The bathroom smelt damp from the water leakage and the towels/bedding could’ve been washed and presented better. Bed not made. Towels smelt and felt soggy. Had to close windows due to mosquito amount. Would be too hot in summer for this but was good for October weather to keep insects out.

• Honeymooner (2/5): - The place has mold everywhere, in the closets , the bathroom and cabinets. Even the stovetop espresso maker had old coffee. If this was in US, the health department would be involved.
