Really noticed after the first night and we called and was moved to another room which was inconvenience because we had to pack everything up and move further down the hall and my husband has a walking disability which I addressed upon booking the room. Then the DOGS some of the occupants had barked and howled all night which made it hard to sleep.

- Trail303931 (4/5): Let down - We have stayed here many times over the last few years and always been happy. This stay was disappointing. Our room floor was dirty, and the couch bed had sheets left on it from prior occupants. The breakfast was a bad experience. So crowded. There wasn’t enough staff and the few staff available were obviously overwhelmed. Dirty tables everywhere. No clean cups or silverware. The food wasn’t restocked. The fruit was empty, the oatmeal, the yogurt and many other items.
- cookief2026 (10/5): The PERFECT hotel - The hotel had everything we needed. All the staff were excellent, especially Ricky and Blessing. They drove the van to the campus for us, and were very patient while waiting for us to load my handicap husband into the van. We loved not having to pay for parking at the hotel, which even had garage parking AND an EV charger for our Tesla. The breakfast was top notch. The wonderful chef got our order just perfect. The room had the best floor plan of any hotel that we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot. Kudos to this Embassy Suites for getting EVERYTHING right!

- FeliciaL173 (2/5): Reservation cancelled with no notification (graduation week issues) - CAUTION! - I was scheduled to stay here for the May TAMU graduation. I booked through a third party, expedia for May 4-10 since this was booked in October 2025 before dates are released. I tried to change the reservation and both expedia and the hotel would not let me know. After hours on the phone I was finally able to get a reservation for the night of graduation that i needed. Today, I found out that they are going to charge me almost $600 for one night. I went ahead and booked the AT&T hotel on campus that is much cheaper than that. When I called this hotel back to cancel my reservation, I was shocked to hear that the one night that I just booked with the HOTEL FRONT DESK was cancelled. Thankfully I was not going to stay here but just imagine coming to town and expecting a hotel for the night after a long graduation ceremony. I will not stay here again even though I have stayed here since my son's new student orientation. BE AWARE of this hotel, their crazy cancellation policies, etc.

Divya and Annica coordinated everything from start to finish and were always available to answer our questions. The booking process was seamless, the prices were great and the hotel atmosphere and rooms were top notch. The location was perfect for our needs and the entire hotel was spotless, including the workout room! We had a large group and everybody was very pleased and had a great time. The hotel was busy, but it was always quiet and had a relaxing feel. We know where we will be staying the next time we are in College Station . . . Embassy Suites!

- Kate (9/5): I would stay here again for the quiet, comfy and clean rooms - the property was very clean, quiet at night, and comfortable. the property came recommended by a friend and I would recommend it also. the Breakfast was very good, and hot but not enough room to move around all the other guest staying on the property. the parking on property was wonderful. happy hour needs an upgrade. we attended only one night because the food was gone right away( not enough is put out to accommodate the number of guests staying) and then 30 minutes later when they decided to replenish the veggies and chips, it was gone again really fast.

The benefit of having access to a pool year round should be that it isn't freezing. The other we r thing is that the wrong tile was definitely used as it is VERY SLIPPERY. BE CAREFUL!!

The continental breakfast is delicious with a nice variety and the staff that takes care of you during the breakfast is super friendly. My family of 5 and I were looking forward to our "suite", but when we got to the hotel there weren't enough towels for all of us or enough linens for the pull out bed in the living room. Also, I paid in advance but the night clerk questioned me more than once on if I'd actually paid.

He was looking around the lobby trying to figure out where everything was and he was followed the whole time. There was no available luggage carts when we arrived or left. Breakfast was mediocre. I've always had French toast available on weekends at the other embassy suites but it wasn't available at this location. We waited over 20mins for milk before deciding to just leave and going to get some from a gas station.

- Kevin (2/5): Mid - We traveled here for Santa’s wonderland with our 6 month old baby and planned our schedule to check in by 4pm since that’s what we were told , we got to check in and they said our room wasn’t ready . Our baby needed a change and sleep and we couldn’t get to our room till after an hour. Our bathroom didn’t have hand soap but I didn’t even wanna bother asking for some because I knew they were going to take a long time .

- PiChuan (6/5): - When i booked the hotel I ask for a quiet room. The hotel gave me the room near the street. I could the traffic noise at night. Also the next door guests are very noisy.
- Discover817105 (10/5): Another great experience - We are on vacation and this is our 3rd Embassy suits. I have been so impressed with the staff. So friendly! Also, they have enough staff to keep everything running perfect. That's why I'm a Hilton member.

- rebeccahW6308FL (10/5): Amazon stay! - This hotel was wonderful for my week long stay. My husband needed to be on campus at A&M for a week so I spent the week enjoying the area and hotel. I worked out every morning in the fitness center - which was impeccably clean. I ate breakfast every morning at the hotel and it was amazing!!! (I had zero desire to go anywhere else for breakfast - it’s that good!!) There wasn’t a staff member that didn’t greet me, smile at me, ask me how everything was. They are so incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and we never heard any other quests around us. I would stay at this hotel anytime I come back to this area.
- Travel_the_world11 (10/5): Great stay - Spent one night for a college visit. Room was large and clean, beds were comfortable, bath and carpet looked good. No bottled water in room, got some from little convenience store on property. A quick 5min drive to Texas A&M. Highly recommend.

- raymondmP8148HH (2/5): Horrible service. - Had a bad experience in the restaurant, very poor customer service, never checked on us, asked for coffee and they didn’t have any, when I went to pay the bill they didn’t know how to run my credit card and after 15 minutes I had to tell them just give me my card back and I paid cash. I’m a Hilton Honors member and have never had this experience before. Very disappointed.

This hotel is our new go-to whenever we’re in College Station!

- kcpublic7 (4/5): Drink are good, but the evening turn down snacks are bad. - The evening drinks are great, but the snacks are the bad. The hotel Drury is much better for the food. It's only crackers and cheese. The snacks service person her attitude was bad.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping to the wonderful cooks. Jess and Shaelyn could not have been more helpful with every detail of planning and execution. We will definitely stay here again!

- Suzanne (10/5): - This is a great hotel. The lobby is lovely and there were three very professional check in clerks. The room was well appointed, mattress was very comfortable and the pillows soft. The a/c was good with making noise. Water was hot and the drains ran quickly. The area for the breakfast is like a restaurant rather than having the free breakfast in the lobby. Omlets are made to order, bacon was crisp. I would easily stay here again
- Johnathan (10/5): - ES is one of the best hotels in College Station. Always clean, convenient, and great staff. The free happy hour and breakfast has always been a nice touch for ES. Also the hotel is well staffed.

- 468christinef (10/5): Best Hotel in College Station - One of our professors stays here each week. The staff at ES College Station goes out of their way for him. They know him and they know me. They are accommodating when his schedule changes and helps us when we need to add nights. They may be the only hotel in town with EV charging as well.
- Terrance (6/5): - One of the "clean" wash cloths was not so clean. Also, the lamps didn't work in the bedroom portion and dirty sheets were on the pull out in the living room area.
