- TerriT741 (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE, especially if you have special needs! - Terrible customer service. Made a reservation three weeks ahead of time because we need a handicap room on bottom floor. We called three times before we came to confirm, when we got there around 4 pm, no handicap rooms!!!! The lady at front keeps repeating that the computer put people in rooms and they had no say. Why was this not told to us any of the times we called? And when were you not able to pick your room?This is a terrible situation for a person with special needs! The front desk clerk acted as if she could care less. I called and found another room nearby and then she acted like she had done it. Management is even worse.

Chloe & Marisol were exceptionally attentive to all the guests and making sure we had the freshest food for breakfast and getting us what we needed. - Michael (10/5): - Extremely clean. The staff are personable + professional. The bed was very comfortable - definitely not firm which was appreciated. The water pressure + temp was perfect. We usually stay at Drury or Hol Inn when we’re in town but decided to try this hotel & glad we did. Much cleaner + more up to date than the other 2 imo.

- Lauren (10/5): Pleasant Stay - Staff was very nice. Hotel was in great condition and in a great location. Monsie was taking care of the breakfast area and she went above and beyond. She greeted every guest, was constantly cleaning and refilling and even taking dishes from those that were finished. She definitely did a great job!

- Luzaynaz (2/5): Stay here if you would like a hotel that lies and steals! - This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been at. I called the hotel before I made reservations. I told them I was looking for a hotel that could accommodate connecting rooms because I have a family of 5 with young children. The hotel said they could accommodate connecting rooms if I booked there. If they could not accommodate them, they should have told me upon calling and I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOOKED! The person at the hotel took down my info and said she would make sure we had connecting rooms. I immediately booked the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at check in time. No commenting room. I explained the situation, and Neal at the front desk suggested I put my young children in a room on a different floor. I said I cannot do that. Although this is highly inconvenient, I’ll squeeze the family into one room and cancel the 2nd. Then, Neal, after 2 calls to the manager, said that I wasn’t allowed to cancel the 2nd room. He was going to check me into the room against my will. I said I wouldn’t go to the room. I was never given keys and did not step foot in the 2nd room. This is maybe the most insane hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m a moderate traveler— I stay at hotels ~30 nights per year. It’s not convenient to have to book connecting rooms when traveling with family, and I learned my lesson many years ago to call the hotel in advance of the reservation. If a hotel says they can’t guarantee it until check in, I don’t book that hotel. I can’t take the chance because connecting rooms are a non negotiable when I’m traveling with my family.

Thank you Mitch for your amazing hospitality. The housekeeping ladies are just great always smiling saying hello and leave the room spotless.
- Cindy (5/5): - The room was very clean, the staff was very welcoming when I first got there. The room was clean and neat and it was quiet. I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and other locations and the bed was always very comfortable. Unfortunately, room 105 had the worst bed. I have slept in a long time. I have a bad back and it really aggravated my back. I was unpleasantly surprised. And when I told the lady at the desk, she just said oh and that was it. So I was disappointed with the response. I got about something that’s so important.
