- Clarissa (1/5): I don’t think I would ever stay at this hotel again - It’s a convenient location There was old toilet paper left in the restroom. They didn’t even try to clean up the restroom. It look like. They were old towels hanging over the shower. The two girls at the front desk were rude and acted like we were bothering them. When I went to pay for the room at the beginning, the girl took the card reader off the desk and put her hand out and said give me your card. I thought it was a little rude, but I figured maybe the machine was funny because that happened sometimes. Then she said you’ll just need to sign here and I said well wait don’t I get to know how much it was ( I know how much it was. I wanted to know what the service charge was which it was $60) she told me and then she asked me if I wanted maid service. I asked her if that meant like where the hotel service came in and cleaned my room and she said yes, but she said it attitude. I thought it was a weird question and I asked her if it was an extra charge for that to happen or if it came with me just being in the hotel and she said if you want it, don’t leave the sign on your door or if you don’t want it, leave the sign on your door. I just said OK. But it felt very weird and the girl next to her was rolling her eyes at my daughter who is a teenager and my daughter wasn’t even looking at her. She was on her phone. I’m not sure what was wrong, but we just went upstairs to our room. It was just a very bad experience. It was overpriced.

Once I got settled in the room I started to smell sewage smell but there wasn’t any plumbing issues in the room so I left early and didn’t stay in the room so I was there maybe 3 hrs

- Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic stay at a great hotel - This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Fairfield Inn and both times. I had a very great experience. I stayed at the Hampton in the area, but really enjoyed my stay at Fairfield.

The staff is always friendly and the complimentary breakfast is amazing! Mr. Nacho prepares the ordinary food with great care. He takes breakfast sausage and stir fries it with fresh peppers. Delicious! The fruit is always fresh and there are 3 homemade salsas to choose from! They go great with the eggs. Mr. Nacho is a great asset to this well maintained hotel. He keeps us coming back.

- CHRISTINA (10/5): AMAZING STAFF - This was a very nice clean hotel. The staff was amazing. My mother has memory issues and got lost. We were staying on the second floor and my mom wound up on the third floor. The maid on our floor seen the panic on my face and asked what was wrong. When I told her my mom was missing she asked what she was wearing and then informed me she was on the 3rd floor. I went up there to find my mom waiting with the maid on the 3rd floor safe and sound. I would stay here again just because of that. The beds were a little hard but I can deal with that since they have such amazing caring staff.
- Linda (6/5): - This was our 19th or 20th stay at this particular Fairfield. We visit family often in this area. I’ve left many great reviews. This trip was disappointing. The lobby, elevators and hallways were not as clean as we have experienced in the past. The toilet seat in our bathroom was loose. The light on one side of our vanity was out. We let them know at check-in. Later that evening we returned and I checked the bulb to make sure it was screwed in all the way. So then I popped it out and it was burned out. So I brought it to the front desk and asked again for them to replace it. It was not fixed during our stay. We had to get ready in dim bathroom light. The breakfast and dining areas was wonderful as always. It was clean and the food was well prepared. The staff is always friendly. I will try this location again in the future because there are so many good things to say. However, I see a decline in the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel. I hope this does not continue.

The deadbolt kept coming out when I would OPEN the door, not when I would close it. I told the front desk about this. The gal said she wondered if maybe the batteries were going bad. O... K...??? Are you going to check? I don't know if that ever happened. It was like she was giving me options for me to fix it or something. Moving to the bathroom... The outlet plate was just coming out of the wall. The floor was freakin' nasty. And, I cannot be sure what it is on the wall by the toilet but... I don't even want to guess what that green monstrosity is. I support those with accessibility needs. But, since I don't have that, but it's just the room they stuck me in, I had a weird shower curtain that tended to suck into the shower when the water was on and since the nozzle hit right where the accessible nozzle was, there was no room. And the water went from cold to a thousand degrees with a slight fraction of movement. There was no leeway at all and no happy medium. I did not have almost any water pressure in the bathroom faucet. On the last night (tonight), the water completely stopped out of the sink. I got nothing. Moving on to the main room... the refrigerator did NOT work correctly. It literally FROZE all of my food solid. COMPLETELY froze it. That was fine for my chicken but then it ended up destroying all four of the salads I had in there, the eggs I had in there, some yogurts, popped a can of soda, and then froze three others so solid I was afraid to touch them for fear they would explode. When they finally warmed up, I could slowly open them but discovered they had no fizz anymore. It destroyed the leftovers I had from the night before. So, thank you, you just cost me a lot of money in food. The bed was nice. The pillows were nice. The nightstand was sufficient and the alarm clock worked. The TV remote barely worked... almost like the batteries were old and needed replaced. One thing that really upset me was that on the second day, when I left for work, I had a bowl with some snacks in it. I had something on top of it and then a banana on top of that. This was a way to show that it was to be kept. The housekeeper literally took the permanent stuff off the bowl, got rid of the snacks, and then put the stuff back. WTF!?!?!?! Breakfast was OK, but the guy running it would bring three hard-boiled eggs out at a time and then if you went to go get some, and they were empty, you just had to wait. If you tried to talk to him about it, he acted funny about. Maybe he can't communicate? I don't know. But it came across as stingy... like, if they only put out a few, then people won't eat them. Well no kidding. The scrambled eggs were watery wet and gross. The omelets were good but those were only available on my first morning. The biscuits and gravy wasn't bad for hotel gravy. The drink machine worked well. The options for yogurt were varied and there was both milk and chocolate milk. The lobby was clean. No hot tub. Overall, just not impressed with things. I was here FIVE nights and thus spent quite a bit of money but leave never wanting to come back to this hotel. Fish rots from the head. Can't help but notice the GENERAL MANAGER doesn't respond to anything on any review. It instead is someone that is listed as "guest services" but the only responses are "we're glad you liked it" on good reviews and excuses and cliches on the negative reviews. Excuses are like b*tth*les: everyone's got one. But saying "rest assured this isn't our normal protocol" comes across as flat when there are so many instances of this over and over. Maybe it is PRECISELY like this! At least it was for me.

There are a bunch of cool shops and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for hanging out and enjoying good food together. I booked a room through Booking.com, but the Fairfield Inn couldn't find our reservation, even with the confirmation number. They told us they were sold out. After over 20 minutes of discussion, we left.

Many major restaurants are within easy walking distance of the Fairfield. I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

No Update on Resolution. - Internet, televisions, and the front desk computers have all been out of service for the last day and a half. No updates, no ETA. Not awesome. Clean at least… Fortunately not here for business or this would ha e been a much larger issue. Still a bummer to not be able to watch some games with the family.

The rooms were very clean, i enjoied the fresh towels after we had stayed a few days. The SHOWER would switch between hot and cold mid shower. It was awful. Like 1 minute in, the hot water would turn ice cold and then gradually, slowly get warm again. It really made showering stressful. Also, the king bed in the room was actually 2 queens, which seemed more like full beds.

You would put it on hot and it would suddenly be ice cold and then scalding minutes later. Breakfast was alright, not the best.
