Upon arrival the heat was cranked up super high, although it was in the 40’s outside. I immediately turned the heat off. It took SO long for the temp to become more tolerable, though. I had to keep grabbing wash cloths for my children and run them under cold water to cool them down. I do not understand why the heat was turned up so high. And even approaching checkout it still was just so uncomfortably HOT! The sheets were dirty. With like dried crusted boogers on them that I scraped off. The shower was dirty. The staff was excellent. And honestly, the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever experienced at any hotel, in my entire life.

- Jamie (8/5): One night in Milwaukee - I had to switch rooms shortly after check-in due to a large patch of carpet in front of the bathroom being wet. They quickly got me switched into another room and after that my stay was great. Also I left behind a small item in the room and they held onto it for two days until I was passing back through and able to pick it up, which I was very grateful for! Location is great, right in the middle of a new mixed use residential/shopping center area with a grocery store next door and lots of restaurants you can walk to. Downtown Milwaukee is about 15-20 minutes away.

The location was close to Enchant it was the reason for our visit/stay. The bed/pillow was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, and the staff were very polite, nice, and welcoming. The room we had was very small. We didn't really need the kitchenette because it was a one night stay. The pull out sofa bed made the room crowded. Once pulled out, it directly connected with the king bed, making it a one rectangular bed with not much room to move around. We always travel with our havanese dog, and that was the most we paid at USD 100.00 and was also non- refundable regardless of whether there was damage or something to close. The amount is almost the price of the room, making it ~ 230.00 total for one night.
- Ruth (10/5): TownPlace Suites, Oak Creek, WI - TownPlace Suites in Oak Creek WI is in a perfect location - quick access to airport, shopping, restaurants and in our case, family. It is adjacent to Meijer where you can find just about anything you need or want for a reasonable price. We love that the hotel stocks a lot of cold bottled water for guests to take free of charge. In the 4 days of our visit we encountered workers cleaning and painting and everything was spic-and span. We’ve stayed here before and will stay again in the future.

- Debra (8/5): Oak Creek - We requested top floor with view of business park & we were placed on second floor facing parking lot. Hotel is located near restaurants & shopping center which is very convenient. Hotel needs sound proofing between floors. Breakfast is offered with some variety.

The thermostat was set at 68 degrees which is ridiculous not only for having to stay comfortable but also for energy usage. I think personnel needs to have a lesson in energy conservation. Breakfast was very good.

- P766QCkimg (10/5): Perfect stay and location - Stayed here for 4th of July extended weekend. This hotel being 3 years old blew my mind how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. Our son used the fitness center which was great size and had all equipment. The kitchenette in the suite is very nice and clean. The hotel smelled clean. Every staff member we encountered said hello. The location was perfect -walk to grocery, restaurants and shops and a wetlands trail all right off the parking lot of this hotel.

Couple of restaraunts within a very short walk, Starbucks, grocery store. There was a shuttle bus parked in front of hotel, but there is no airport shuttle available. Parking is free.

Also, there is very little space between it and the entrance to the bathroom...hit my shoulder a couple times. Enjoyed the quiet and the staff (awesome). Breakfast pretty good for not having a cooking kitchen.
- 224lillies (4/5): Disappointed - I stayed here with my Family as a Stay Cation trip for my children for Spring Break. Staff was friendly, lobby was clean and staff was inviting. We stayed here so the kids could swim and have a nice hotel experience. Upon arrival we noticed the room looked old. Very surprising because we have lived in the area since before the hotel was built so we expected new hotel, new furniture and a clean room, we were wrong. There was dirt and dust all over the lamps and lamp shades. The windows and window coverings were filthy and old. I was afraid to sit on the chair in the room it was stained and dirty and had a weird smell to it. Not sure our room was even cleaned. The floor was dirty carpet was stained and their were candy rappers behind the chair as well. Bathroom was moderately cleaned. The tub had some weird red paint stained in and around the tub. I was very disappointed seeing that the hotel is Farley new and seems to be run down already. Staff has the best of intentions and we’re kind but this hotel disappointed us we couldn’t wait to get back home to a house that we knew for sure was cleaned. Rooms need to be cleaned thoroughly before a guest checks in. Carpet needs to be cleaned, furniture needs to be cleaned and updated. On the outside this place looks stunning but on the inside one could be convinced it was a motel 6 and not in the Marriott family. I had high hopes for this place but was left disappointed.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Fantastistic but appliance needs a refresh - The hotel is in a great location with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. However, there was an odd smell when immediately entering the hotel room. It may be the freezer/refrigerator.
