Brandon & Brian, bartenders/servers were fantastic! Even moved furniture to accommodate our group! Good HH food & drink prices. Def will be back!

• Betsy (10/5): Hip, modern spot in a great location. - Modern, new and clean with free parking. The only thing was Friday night, because of a Trivia game in the lobby, overnight guests did not have a place to park so I had to park underneath the building late at night.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great overall - Overall, it was wonderful. Front desk staff were very friendly! Weather prevented the rooftop bar from being open, but they kept the lobby bar open for us and the bartender was great! Only complaint was that the deadbolt somehow got locked, which resulted in my husband being locked out and me locked in our room. Front desk staff came to help right away, but did not seem surprised with the issue and we were able to get it resolved.

• Colette (10/5): - Parking is an issue. It worked out fine, I was allowed to park in an open handicap spot, but I could see others along the drive and non-parking places. The underground was full and I had to do like a 12 point turn to get out of there.

• Paul (4/5): Unsatisfactory internet & service - Their Internet is absolutely horrible. Worst I’ve ever experienced. I spent 15 minutes with the manager and a first day employee while they learned how to check me in. No problem, I had time and would be patient. When I came back to the manager, saying that I could not, get Internet she assured me multiple times that there’s no problem, it has to be me. I’ve owned an IT support company for 30 years, have a notebook that has never had a problem with Wi-Fi at any location Different and know what I’m talking about when Internet is not working. I needed to get work done, couldn’t use the hotspot my Verizon iPhone because the cell signals are Barely at a one bar signal. I’ve been to the hotel multiple times and don’t plan on going back. I can’t consider it a place where I can reliably be productive on a work trip.
• Carol (10/5): Go to Reveal Rooftop bar - Always clean & comfortable with a stylish contemporary decor. The rooftop bar is fantastic with a view of the downtown skyline. Heaters make it comfortable into the cooler evening hours.
• erictown (6/5): Comfortable Hotel Missing Details, Warmth - We tried the AC Mpls West End visiting family in the area. We really appreciated the convenient location, clean and minimal room, and a place to charge our electric car. Things underwhelmed or disappointed included: no housekeeping for three nights. We were not told this, and when i checked in online i asked for it. And then we found they only do it every other day, but only if you spend four nights. Aggravating. Front desk isn’t mentioning it. These hidden fees and cost increases irritate me.Second, there was never anyone standing at the front desk whenever i came by for help. Once i stood there for about a minute someone came out from the back office. Third, the premium wifi didn’t work our entire stay. i was told it was being fixed. Fourth, their rooftop bar was great, I think. Every time we went up there it was packed with locals. And they didn’t actually have a bar in the main lobby as advertised. They said it would be “opening soon” in the future. Do I believe them? Finally, at around 9PM there was a hotel employee standing in the lobby speaking very angrily into his mobile phone on what appeared to be a personal call. He used extremely foul and offensive language. Since there was no one working the front desk there was no one to stop him. People in the lobby were visibly uncomfortable with his behavior. He eventually left. all in all a solid stay that met the need. But we didn’t leave fans. We’ll keep looking the next time we’re in town visiting family.
• Jennifer (8/5): Nice rooms, the food needs work - The room was very nice, decent beds. The food offerings were underwhelming. There’s a small menu at Reveal and the breakfast was overly fussy and overpriced.

Complained at the front desk was told rudely that some pipes had burst and I should deal with the issue. No apologies, no compassion rather rude 'go do what you want behavior'. Never coming back.

• Nancy (10/5): I was visiting family there and the location was right in the center of two places I needed to be. - The fitness center was perfect for what was needed for only one night. The staff was friendly and courteous. This is important anywhere you go, fyi, it's not always there.

This place went straight into the key card pile of never stay again. As someone who gets a hotel 1-2 times a month in the cities, this was really disappointing. • Cheryl (4/5): Would not stay at this hotel again. - The location was ok as we were going downtown. Parking was ridiculous! Never, ever had to walk a block and park in a non-attached garage/parking lot to the hotel I am staying in. No night light. Amenities for almost $300 room were were nearly non-existent. No place to hang a towel in bath. Room could potentially sleep four, but only one sink in the bathroom.

• Casey (10/5): - Very nice place. We got an early check in no problem luckily. Hotel was clean, quiet and the room was nice size & modern. We took an Uber to a Twins game, about 10 minutes and $10. Would stay here again for sure.

The shower pressure was very low and there was no comfortable way to shave in the shower. Although the hotel was pretty nice otherwise, I would not stay here again due to the bathroom.

Guess I didn’t realize check out was at 8:30!!!

• neuchcat (6/5): Still good, but service and food offer has gone downhill - Back at the ACM for a work trip, after being away for 2 years due to the pandemic. It used to be excellent, but I was sad to see it's slipped. On a positive, the rooms and facility were clean and beds are very comfortable, and room was quiet. However, management has clearly tried to cut costs since the last time I was there by cutting service and quality in areas that made them standout vs other chains and options in the area. 1) The breakfast used to be great - served from a menu by friendly servers, and great quality (avocado toast, a nice latté etc) . Now, it's still $15 but downgraded to motel-like self-serve buffet - cereal in plastic cups, packaged cereal bars etc and the espresso machine is gone !!! 2) I found after day 3 that there is no servicing of the rooms unless you ask for it - and even then, one day it didn't happen after I had requested it. 3) Front desk service unsmiling/indifferent. I hope that management will be able to re-consider these elements and again spend on quality, because it's what makes the AC brand different from other hotels.
• kzeigler215 (6/5): Wifi doesn’t work - Avoid room 410 if you want WIFI. Apparently it works everywhere else in the hotel. Very frustrating to have to change rooms after getting unpacked. This is a must for a business traveler. You’ll want to check your connection before you get settled in like I did.

I stayed here previously and did not have this issue. The rash made it uncomfortable to sleep. I've never had this kind of thing happen to me anywhere else and i don't have sensitive skin.
