- baudewijn MR (10/5): Great and modern place to stay close to Cathedral - This apartment is the place to stay in Como If you are with a couple, or with children. The apartment is very well equiped for children with a nice bedroom with two beds adapted to the children (about 18m2) and a master bedroom of around 28m2! The kitchen is fully equiped with dish washer, refrigirator and if you wish you can help yourself to a bottle of wine that is waiting for you (8€). The bathroom is very big also (about 16m2) with washing machine, dryer, shower, toilet,...) The Living room is about 9 m long and 4 m wide, so around 36m2 and is also very nice with television with many international channels. The apartment has also air conditioning and free wifi that is very fast. When we arrived a couple of cold bottles of water and juice for the children was in the fridge as welcome and some left overs of cookies and also shower gel was available. Soap, towels are in the apartment and beds are made up. In the morning, fresh bread and more is available 7 days a week at the bakery just in front of the entrance! The apartment is 5 min walk to the public car park and is only 200 m from the Cathedral, so right where you want to be! We did not care that we had to walk up 4 levels of stairs, seems a good work out!
