It's located on route 30 very near to Breezewood so trucks are running constantly in front of it but ear plugs are provided in all rooms. It also has very reasonable rates.

Coffee fridge tv all sufficiently clean usable and welcome. Noise from road was loud but I knew from previous visits it would be so. Bed cover was old, bed lines were clean. It was just okay but I may not stay there again (was my third time, as I recall)

- martha (8/5): - It was the best deal in the neighborhood for a hotel rated this high. It's not updated, but was everything I needed for spending the night while traveling. If I need to stay a night in the same area again, I would easily stay here again.

- Ronald (4/5): OK for solo traveler needing a place to crash - The four star rating for this hotel is deceiving and not comparable to a similar rating for brand name hotels. The hotel is very noisy because it is located within yards of the busy US 30 with all day and night truck traffic. The hotel is small, old and uses recycled furniture but the bed is comfortable, the flat screen tv worked fine and the price is very low for the area. There is not breakfast or coffee in the tiny lobby. If you just need a place to sleep, this will fill that need but few others.

- GAIL (10/5): - Affordable, clean, and newly refurbished, I would definitely stay here again. This seems to be a family-run business. The owners have done a nice job freshening up this old motor court, with everything spruced up inside and out. New beds and new windows. Ours looked out onto green lawns and a barn, so peaceful. The motel is located coveniently close to I-76, and we noticed the sound of trucks on and off, but no more loudly than we have before at more expensive corporate hotels. We did not need the thoughtfully provided eaplugs at all.

The hotel is small but my fiancé and I enjoyed a king bed that was comfy and the room was clean. The traffic is loud but they provide ear plugs which was nice. The AC worked great and check out was super easy also. I had some anxiety about the reservation after I saw some pictures online but the hotel felt safe and was comfortable. I’d definitely recommend for an affordable stay with friendly service.

- Derek (8/5): Nice budget motel - This is an small, privately owned motel, not a mega chain. It's not glamorous, but it's very good for the price you pay. It's older but well maintained and comfortable. And their internet and TV is better than places that charge double or triple. It might not be a honeymoon destination, but its totally fine for a place to stay overnight. Regarding the truck noise, Breezewood is basically a town that grew up around the intersection of 3 highways. Truck noise is LOUD and never-ending. But this will be the same for ALL motels in Breezewood so don't make any judgements about this motel based on noise complaints. They do provide free earplugs which might seem strange, but some people may need them, so it's nice they do provide them.
- Jal (10/5): - If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. The property is extremely well kept. I have never in my life seen a motel room this clean. You cannot find dust or dark spots, even in the unreachable corners. The mattresses were soft and plush. The property is managed by a very lovely family. I cannot recommend this place high enough. Oh and definitely eat food at Bob Evans. They have amazing food there.

- Verified traveler (4/5): What a survey fails to show - I was too tired to drive any further and darkness was descending. So, I stopped in Breezewood to rest. In reviewing where to stay, I saw two hotels that were equally highly rated, but one was almost a third in price. How could this be? I found the answer when I checked into my room and the shock wore off. It was something from the 40s, but nothing had been restored, including the carpet. It was true that I slept okay with the noise from the nearby highway only waking me up sporadically. Also true that the rechargeable outlets were handily beside the bed. And it had a bathtub, which is my preference. I found nothing to alarm me about its cleanliness. Thus, the conundrum in how to score. My hotel in Pittsburgh the night before was in the luxury class, but the survey does not give points for newness and sumptuousness. Was equal value received at this minimalist site under review? I would have to say yes. But, be aware of the lack of any ambiance. This is as basic as it gets.
