• aart (9/5): Griekse gastvrijheid. - Zeer vriendelijk eigenaren. Zeer behulpzaam en willen het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk maken. Wordt goed schoongehouden en faciliteiten zijn voldoende. Mijn kamer zat aan de achterkant( rustiger) met balkon op zuiden. Zeer goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Sanitair is wat verouderd maar alles werkt prima. Gangen kunnen wat gehorig zijn. Alles marmer.

• Arsha (1/5): Horrible stay do not go here - Nothing Horrible staff always angry, small bathroom, dirty conditions - families of lizard and cockroaches in the rooms. Dirty floors and sheets. Rusty and smells frying pans.

• Liva (10/5): Ignore all the other reviews - Our stay at Litsa was perfect. It was a few minute walk to Old Town and 10 min ish to midtown where night life is. The rooms were comfortable and fulfilled basic needs. You get what you paid for. The two hosts are amazing and kind to talk to.

La viabilità di Malia è terribile, ma fortunatamente essere così fuori permette di muoversi agevolmente per andare altrove, ma sei comunque a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. L'host è disponibile a giorni alterni: mancava l'asciugacapelli, un giorno ci ha detto no, il giorno dopo invece ce l'ha dato. L'asciugamano per le mani invece non l'abbiamo mai avuto, non mi era mai capitato

• Gene (10/5): Exceptional stay in an excellent place - The rooms are exceptional and very clean with everything you need for your stay, the cleaner comes round every other day, the food here is of a very high standard and absolutely gorgeous (had breakfast everyday and at least 3 evening meals), nikos and his wife are great hosts and will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible Leaving 😉

• Richard (9/5): Nice place with good character - The balcony and the view looking out to the mountains was great, I wasnt expecting it, it was super. The room was small but quality. It was located in the old town, nice and quiet, out of the way from the noisy area. The owners and the staff are great too, spot on. The bathroom could have been better. The water didnt drain away properly from the bathroom floor so I got my socks wet couple of times. It was just a little quirk that i got used to in the end. Overall, I'd recommend.
• Luka (8/5): An enjoyable stay at Litsa, recommended - A VERY clean place (regular cleaning and changing our sheets - every other day), friendly owners, nice view from the balcony, peaceful environment, close to the town centre, good moussaka (!). No hair dryer (as advertised on this website), no soap, not enough toilet paper. Prior to our stay there, we sent a direct message about the safe for keeping our valuables and got the reply that it was already included in the price, but in spite of that, it turned out that we had to pay for that. We were charged a bit more than advertised for some of the items from the bar menu a few times.
• Bobo (9/5): I had a great time at Litsa Studios - I stayed at Litsa Studios for 10 days (21 June - 01 July 2022). Litsa Studios are located on the outskirts of the ancient city of Malia, about 15 minutes walk from the strip. Nikos and Soula, the owners, were very friendly. The room with a double bed and private bathroom was spacious and clean. It comes with free Wi-Fi and a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Although the kitchenette is an integral part of this studio, I enjoyed delicious Greek dishes for evening meals and Cretan salad for breakfast in the dining room on the large terrace with a snack bar. There is no swimming pool, but this is not a problem in the old village of Malia, because you can use the swimming pool in the nearby hotels if you buy a drink in the bar. I personally used the large pool at the Real Palace Hotel, which is owned by Nikos' son, about 700 meters away from Litsa Studios, where I was always warmly welcomed. I recommend this accommodation because of the low price, great food, and wonderful hosts. The studio is located on the top floor, so during the summer heat, it can be too hot when you return to the room in the evening. Luckily, I stayed in June, when the temperatures are bearable.

• Kathrin (10/5): Günstige Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung - Kleines Zimmer mit Balkon und allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Günstige Lage am Stadtrand. Man kann ruhig schlafen und erreichet zu Fuß die zahlreichen Restaurants, Shops und den Strand. Essen und trinken vor Ort im hauseigenen Restaurant ist möglich, ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist gleich gegenüber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke

Un punto a favore: il terrazzino molto fresco al mattino e alla sera, gode di una bella panoramica su Malia con lo sfondo del mare. Molto utile anche lo stendibiancheria a muro sul balconcino. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti meno favorevoli, possiamo far rientrare la piccola capienza dello studio e il letto da 1 piazza 1/2 non previsto al momento della prenotazione... in ogni caso una buona sistemazione per chi come noi, apprezza le cose semplici e ama trascorrere il proprio tempo ad esplorare l' isola.

• Henny (8/5): - Er is een keukentje met stromend water. Een waterkoker en een elektrisch kook toestelletje. Er zijn een paar pannen. Twee mokjes. Twee glazen. Dus niet heel veel maar meer had ik ook eigenlijk niet nodig. In de douche hing (gelukkig) een nieuw douchegordijn dus fris. Het is klein maar ideaal als je alleen bent. Een klein balkonnetje waas ‘s morgens heerlijk de zon op schijnt.

Don’t look for a big comfort. But you will appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the calm environnment and the nice people who run the business
