• Marina (4/5): Si salva solo per la posizione - La posizione è ottima Mai visto un membro dello staff, anche quando ho scritto per problemi con la tv, la tv non funzionava, non c’era la password per il wi-fi, armadio disordinato e trascurato.

La disponibilità di Massimiliano è ottima, persona accogliente e tempestiva in tutto L'alloggio necessita di maggiore pulizia generale, molte cose da rivedere, come lampadine che non accendono, prese elettriche che non funzionano, la TV poco smart, e cucina non fornita di cialde caffè (anche se non obbligatorie) e altre cortesie (tovaglioli o scottex). La doccia seppur con vetro nuovo, presentava un usura del piatto doccia davvero spiacevole. Si consiglia di migliorare la pulizia generale

Ya me había alojado aquí hace dos años; en esa ocasión no lo encontré tan cómodo, pero hoy puedo decir que la mejora es del 100%. La renovación me encantó y se nota claramente la preocupación por ofrecer una estadía cómoda y agradable a los huéspedes. Todo estuvo excelente en esta oportunidad.

• Victoria (4/5): Fantastic location, substandard living accommodation. - Location is excellent, walkable to everywhere which was amazing. It was mostly very quiet despite being on the main largely pedestrianised road - front door made a good sound barrier. Not comfortable to “live” in so fine of all you are doing is sleeping. Sofa was very uncomfortable, I got bitten a lot in this property although when I messaged the owner sent the cleaners in. TV didn’t work at all. Shower is crazy small but water was hot. Toilet seat lid didn’t stay up which was irritating and unnecessary. Table and chairs were flimsy and uncomfortable - not somewhere you could eat a meal. Bed was rock hard (I didn’t mind as I like firm mattresses but my partner did) so sleeping was a bit of a problem for him. Everything was just tired and seemed uncared for and it wouldn’t take much effort/money to make this a lovely place to stay.

• Alba (2/5): No vayas - Lo único que nos gustó fue la nevera que es pequeña y enfría mucho El suelo estaba roto y super sucio el sofá parecía que nunca le habían cambiado la funda llena de pelos y aparte hundido el televisor no encendía el lavavajillas tampoco había únicamente 4 platos y 4 tazas el baño tenía la tapadera rota y si te sentabas te pellizcaba las piernas la ducha era pésima de sucia había un calentador para la leche llevo de leche seca pegada y nose si olvidó algo q seguramente pero no lo recomiendo en absoluto

Apenas había vajilla y estaba sucia. Sin cortinas donde en la foto hay, persianas que no funcionan. Horrible la experiencia

• Virakone (10/5): Exceptional - One set of a wide stairs leads to a spacious two bedroom apartment with air conditioning. There's a washing machine (but no dryer and limited hanging/drying racks). Bedrooms and beds were sufficient to our needs (only two of us). Clean throughout except the cupboards/wardrobes - but we didn't use those anyway. Best part of the stay was the host who greeted us with a big warm smile and always responded to our questions promptly. The apartment is about an 5-8 minute walk to the Spanish steps so location is pretty good for those looking to see the Steps, Pantheon and the Trev fountain. 20-25 minute walk to Colosseum, Trestavere, Vatican. Nil
• Constance (4/5): Smelled of mold - This place is centrally located in Rome. The young lady who met us at the apartment and gave us fresh towels midway in our stay was a lovely person. Thankfully, at least the washing machine worked. We had fresh towels for each week, soap bars and shampoo. The place smelled of mold when we arrived. The several sources were old, dirty dish rags, scrub sponges and a filthy mop.. and the kitchen and bathroom drains. I threw those out (except for the mop) and repeatedly poured boiling water down the drains during our 2 week stay. The walls and corners of the floors were dingy. No one had been paid to do a deep clean in a very long time as far as we could tell. There was the dregs of a bottle of dish soap..no tea towels.. I placed a clean plastic grocery bag in the cutlery drawer to in which to place clean cutlery I'd just washed.. All the closets were haphazardly stuffed with various and sundry items.. I found a previous guest's solo sock.. The tiny refrigerator had an open shelf freezer in it which was thick with frosted ice and therefore, had no room for much of anything. The microwave barely functioned in an unsettling fashion (numbers careening around the screen unless one only used the quick 30 second function... made me wonder about electrical safety)..the TV did not have Netflix or Prime apps set up to connect to, as advertised.. The air conditioning units in each room conked out if you had 2 on at the same time. My son thought to turn off the main breaker, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on.. It reset the electrical and the a/c would work again. However, the fact that only 1 unit could used for any length of time meant that only one bedroom could have a/c on overnight. The double bed in the larger bedroom was, I found, pretty hard. My hips felt bruised after a few days (side sleeper). There was a thick quilt in the closet which I folded up in quarters and put under the mattress cover..which helped. We bought our own dish soap and some dishcloths and scrubbies, poured boiling water over them each evening to keep them fresh.. and left all those for the next people.

• David (7/5): Value for Money - The location is magnificent super easy to get everywhere and right in the center. Is a big apartment where we stayed 4 people Communication trough booking was inexistent besides the automated message you get when you book the property and try to contact multiple times trough booking with no response, we end up sending a message to the wattsap number provided asking for more information and we were told that we will be contacted trough someone else who is taking care of our booking. We finally got contacted on the same day of the booking for first time ever through wattsap and to a different phone number we ask to be contacted. We were just nervous to the last minute wondering if we got a booking or not cuz of the no communication. They don’t charge directly trough booking but trough a 3rd web site that looks doggy and taking in consideration all the scams links that booking has been going trough it just adds up more stress to your holidays. The toilet sink is always clogged Pillows need to be replaced There was no hand wash provided There was no dishwasher provided Barely some toilet paper

• James (1/5): To expensive for the issues with the apartment - The location of the apartment Apartment was dirty as the things that we had issue are the following: 1. Curtains were dirty from hanging on the floor and needed to be washed. 2. Shower extremely small. 3. Most of the light bulbs in the apartment were burned out. 4. Refrigerator freezer was all frozen up and needed to be defrosted 5. No wine glasses in kitchen and inadequate plates, cups, ect/ 6. Laundry room washer smelled like mildew as water was leaking from the faucet and mold was growing on bags in the laundry room. Also laundry room was full of trash on top of the washer, and somebody needs to clean it up. Mop head needs to be replaced as I would not use it. 7. Master bedroom bed was hard.

• Eva (7/5): Good - Great location, good sized beds, good quality linen, solid wooden floor. Having read the reviews years ago, I have mistakenly believed that all the negative comments about cleanliness, pillows, lack of basic hygiene items have been actually resolved. Sadly, that is not the case. I am aware that the host cannot do much about the noise coming from the vent outside the windows or remodelling the bathroom to make the shower bigger would be costly. However having basic things like washing liquid, kitchen towels, hand soap should be a must even for short stays. Literally there was none. The cups and dishes from the previous guests were still in the drainer, assuming that they have only been rinsed with water, but there is an empty hand sanitising station by the door... Every pillow needs to be replaced, literally there is not a single one that has decent filling, resulting in very bad sleep, taking into consideration that the humming vent is just outside the windows as well. The cover on the large bed not been washed for a while, let alone being fresh for each stay. The coffee maker is covered in limescale, so is the shower. It feels that the host is just making the most of the location, without actually caring about the comfort of the guests.

Owner organizing us spacious taxi to come / leave the apartment, organized the key pickup, everything was without any issues. Apartment is in the heart of the center, excellent location, was so surprised to find this place under this price in this location. In the evening the entrance hallway is under the look and it's a bit tricky to unlock. Apartment itself very spacious, a lot of place to chill, simple kitchenette for cooking, everything was in place. Some people may not like the fact that they keep dry products from previous guests, well, for us it was good to find some pepper and salt there so we don't have to buy. We enjoyed the stay, and didn't much cared about the fact that apartment is little bit outdated, just check the price tag and it's so worth it. It could be more thoroughly cleaned, but you can see that it's mostly just old accomodation and furnishments.

• Natalia (8/5): cool, spacious apartment in the heart of the city. - the location is great! close to everything. also, the metal cabinets and kitchen ceiling- very cool! the AC didn’t work so well, especially the one in the kitchen, so it was hot and humid. Also, the floors could have been cleaner. I have a crawling baby, and she was so dirty after sitting on the floor that I had to mop the floors just so she could crawl there. No big deal for me as all the cleaners and mop were there, so it was easy to do.
