- Emily (6/5): A bit dirty but the beds were clean and comfy. Pool is great but only open for a short time each day - The room was great for kids. The walls and floors were dirty and the pool is only open from 9am to 6pm which is rediculous when your kids wake up at 6am and want to swim before you have to leave at 8am. We ignored the rule and swam anyways even though they told us to get out.

- Maja Gaarde (8/5): Fint, rent og centralt - Fint, behageligt og rent værelse, med A/C. Vandtrykket og bruser fungerer fint uden problemer. Sengen er god og behagelig, og man har en rigtig, men tyndere dyne, fremfor lagen, hvilket jeg godt kan lide. badeværelset er en smule lille, men fungerede helt fint. Selve værelset er ikke det største, men det går an. Køleskabet virker ikke optimalt, kunne ikke køle flaskevand ned. Der kommer en del støj fra A/C, og det er ikke særlig godt lydisoleret ud til opgangen eller ind til de andre værelser. Det er perfekt til nogle enkelte overnatninger inden hjemrejse.

- Remco (7/5): Prima prijs/kwaliteit. - Voor een hostel luxe, fijne bedden en nette kamer en badkamer. Kamer had uitzicht op de gang, voelde wat opgesloten. Ontbijt was matig, er werd veel gerookt in de ontbijtruimte. Kuta is niet bijzonder (druk).

- Junko (8/5): 掘り出し物をみつけた、という気分です。家族連れでまた出かけることがあれば利用したいと思います。 - 1泊10時間ほどのトランジットのために空港に近いホテルを探していて見つけました。家族3人で過ごすには十分すぎるくらい部屋は広く清潔で、価格にはお得感がありました。クタビーチに近い路地というロケーションもよく、朝食は近くを散歩しながら外でとりました。 トイレの匂いが少し気になったこと、シャワー室にタオルや服をかけてシャワーを浴びると全部濡れてしまう、ということくらいです。空港までのタクシーを呼んでほしいとフロントに頼んだところ、最初はそのようなサービスはないとのことでアプリを使うことを勧められましたが、Bluebird Taxiを呼んでほしいとお願いしたらちゃんと手配してくれました。

- Calixte (2/5): - Le lieu est bien localisé, piscine à disposition, calme, possibilité de laisser ses affaires à l'accueil après le check-out, offre de nombreux endroits pour se poser (transat, salons extérieur/intérieur) De nombreuses choses sont à améliorer et nous sommes convaincus que c'est à leur porté : les draps et serviettes étaient sales et au minimum pas propre, les machines à laver indisponibles, les photos sur booking ne sont sensiblement pas les mêmes, les chambres sont sombres et les espaces extérieurs souvent encombrés.

En las fotos se aprecia un ambiente juvenil que no es. No tienen opción para comer allí, solo desayunar. Para el desayuno, la carta ofrece varias opciones pero solo tienen una, sin posibilidad de escoger.

Une fois sur place bien desservis par les magasin, la mer a 5min à pieds, piscine privée dans l’hôtel, chambres confortable et climatisée, draps propre, accès ascenseur, personnel accueillant, nuit calme, correspond au photo et critères. Je recommande!

- Kyra (8/5): Very good stay worth the money - Clean rooms with good facilities. Rooms included a bottle of water, some toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, soap), kettle, small fridge, tv. The pool at the property was amazing with lots of chairs and sunbeds. Also lots of seating and communal areas at the property.

- Juan Alfredo (10/5): Out of all the hotels I've tried in Indonesia and Malaysia, this was my favorite. - The room was so nice and cozy. Staff cleaned the room regularly. Facilities are great. The overall vibe of the place was good. 3rd floor balcony was such a great spot. It was nice and breezy and quiet. The hotel was in Kuta, which is usually a noisy place because of the crowds and traffic, but Cara Cara Inn was a quiet spot and a retreat from all the noise. The staff were also really friendly and accommodating and the concierge spoke good English. Rooms are not so noise-proof so I could hear my neighbors talking and laughing, but it wasn't so bad.

- AnhTu (4/5): - The location is right in the heart of Kuta, walkable distance to Kuta Beach. The hostel looks cool from outside. The booking indicated that check-in was available between 1:00–2:00 PM, but we didn’t receive our room until 3:20 PM. Upon entering, we found several issues: there was no Wifi, the water pressure was too weak for a proper shower, and there was no hot water for shower. Before we going out after taking rest an hour, we informed the staff about the lack of Wifi, missing towels, a non-functional kettle, and the shower water issues. They said they would check and restart the router for wifi issues. They also asked if they could inspect the room while we were out, which we agreed to. However, when we returned at 10:30 PM, the water pressure was still weak, there was still no hot water, and although they replaced the kettle and provided towels, the Wifi was still not working. We contacted them again, and a staff member came to provide an alternative Wifi connection. They confirmed that the water pressure was weak s the same in all rooms and promised to check the hot water the next day. The towels appeared old and worn out. The shower area was very very small, and placing clothes inside would definitely result in them getting wet due to the fixed shower head. The toilet’s drainage was poor, leaving the wet floor cannot getting dry overnight. We booked a family room for four, but only received two pairs of slippers. When we requested two more, we were told there were none available due to full occupancy. Additionally, not all electrical sockets in the room were functional

It’s not a five star hotel but value for money is excellent and location fantastic. Noise very early in the morning from 7am there was a lot of shouting from a local school via tannoy, sounded very squid games. Buy some earplugs for your stay and you should be ok!

The quadruple room was perfect for us as a family of 4. Location was perfect and it was great value!! Don't expect perfect condition everywhere, it's not, but it's great value and comfortable!

Our pillowcases were changed twice with ones that were still dirty, and on the first night we found three cockroaches in the bathroom. When we reported it, the staff kindly moved us to another room, but unfortunately the cleanliness there was the same. Additionally, the bar was not operating, which was disappointing.

- Claudia_91 (10/5): Great stay! - Great location, just 20 mins away by car from the airport and 10 mins walk from the beach. The area is lively (lots of restaurants around) but quiet at night. The pool is amazing! We had everything we needed for a one-night stay.
