The hotel is very comfortable with fashionable modern touches. Great breakfast with eggs (which we had been craving).

As is the case for all hotels in Assisi, getting to and from parking is a real challenge. Not a hotel issue- a city issue. Breakfast was ok. Great to have some English speaking channels on the TV. - RUBY (6/5): - This hotel is great for back packers but if u have luggages forget it. The structure itself is not back friendly. If you are assigned to the back of the hotel would be the attic, you cant stretch your arm up when you wanted to change by the closet which has the full mirror just because the ceiling is too low. Im not that tall but I have scratch my hand few times because the ceiling is rough. They dont provide iron nor laundry service so if you have capsule wardrobe for the trip, this bot for you.

There are plenty of other sights in Assisi, it was still a great visit for us.

- Diane (8/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. If you have a car, you can only drop off luggage quickly and repark the car. The lot is a 10 minute drive thru Assisi, but by using the stairs that connect the winding streets, the walk back is quick. Asking for a cab from the front desk is a little pricey. I recommend walking to the piazza by St. Clare's church to pick up a cab where they line up.

- CECILIA (4/5): - The Room assigned 302, Problem One: 1st night the room temperature was really cold. I checked the termostat was set to 18C, so I turned to high. The antique warmer switched from hot to extremely hot, I had to move the switch, several time. 2nd night on my return at night, the room temperature was OK, and I noticed it was getting warm air through a regular ac unit! So, they just didn't turn it on the previous night! 2nd Complaint: locked door connected to another room. The first night I complained to the manager ( or owner) about noise ( tv + laud voice)from that room. It was until my 2nd call that they took control of the situation. It was about 11:45 pm. He offered to move me to a "larger room with view" after the first time I called and requested a non connected room, he said the hotel was all booked! I was so tired I just needed rest! No recepcionist after 7pm, until 7am next day. So, I really do not recommend this Hotel. I do not wish to others this experience.

- Tracy (10/5): Lovely 1 night stay - Loved our little one night stay in this hotel. Room was clean and spacious, we didn't book one with a view but it didn't really matter as we were out exploring most of the day. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel either but we walked through the restaurant and it looked like a nice continental selection. Parking is not available on site but you can park at one of the car parks dotted around at ¢14 per day, choose one higher up though so you are not walking uphill to the hotel (You are allowed to drive to the hotel to drop off and pick up luggage but not to park overnight) Reception staff were warm and welcoming and the hotel was easy to find and check-in ran smoothly. Lovely location in Assisi and a short walk to most of the landmarks,bars and restaurants. We actually tried to book this hotel again 2 months later on a visit but it was fully booked.

- Dania (10/5): - Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Assisi. The property was clean and inviting. Julian was the best! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
- Oscar (10/5): - Very beautiful and confortable place with an amazing view of the city down the hill. The staff is great specially Julian, he is American, so there was not language barrier. The hotel is close to everything in the historical site. Lots of places to eat around. It was beyond my expectations.
- Paulo (10/5): - Excellent location, in the middle of the two main attraction of St Francies Basilica ans St Clares. Very comfortable hotel with old and new features. Excellent value for you buck!
