Tágas és kényelmes szobák, jó felszereltséggel. Sok programlehetőséget helyben le lehet foglalni. A tulajdonosnak láthatóan nem tetszett, ha nem ott foglaltunk le egy programot, de egyébként kedves és segítőkész volt. Van mosási lehetőség is. A medence sajnos olyan hideg volt, hogy nem lehetett használni. Talán a reggelihez még néhány lehetőség elférne, mert nehéz választani, ha nem főételt vagy tojást szeretnél enni.

The breakfasts were delicious.What truly made our stay exceptional was the owner – she is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She assisted us with arranging tickets for a show, helped us exchange money, and organised airport transport at a very reasonable price. After we checked out, we realised we had forgotten a cable for our watch. She arranged for a driver to deliver it to us in Da Nang, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Restaurant et commerce à proximité Petit déjeuner copieux. Il y avait des travaux à côté sur un bâtiment en construction donc bruits importants. La piscine est petite.

The bathroom floor was completely wet after a shower since the drain was on the opposite side of the bathroom. This is a quite common lay out in Vietnam I noticed and the hotel provided extra slippers for the bathroom by default to prevent wet feet :)

The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was lovely, I had a rooftop view over the roofs of Hoi An. I really liked the high-quality interior decoration. Everything was perfect, very clean, great wifi, a table to work, a pool, a rich and healthy menu to choose for breakfast. It was very safe to stay for female solo travelers. The family made me feel welcome in Vietnam and shared local customs and traditions. They are very engaged to make each customer enjoy their stay. They help with everything and answer all questions. The location is quiet and still very central. Cycling, you reach the famous Old Town in a few minutes. Renting free bicycles was lovely to discover the area. I enjoyed the stay and can recommend to 100%. I will definitely come back. Thank you! All was very good.

The hotel had a wonderful homey feel but also was private, clean and super comfy (huge hotel-style beds!). We loved the short stroll to the old quarter as the area was quieter and more residential. Such good value! Would absolutely stay here again.

We hebben hoi an al eerder bezocht, en op verschillende locaties verbleven, en dit is zeker onze favoriete buurt. Je kan gemakkelijk met de (gratis) fietsen naar de Old Town of er zijn ook veel goede eetplekken in de buurt. Het ontbijt is ook heel erg lekker, maar je kan ook veel ontbijtplaatsjes vinden in de buurt. We zijn een gezin met 2 tieners en reizen 5 maanden en dit is een plek waar je echt op je gemak zit. De kamers zijn heel mooi met donkere meubels. Het zwembad is perfect. De gastvrouw is heel erg vriendelijk en kan je met alle vragen helpen. Als we nog eens naar vietnam komen, komen we zeker terug!

- Laura (10/5): Very comfortable, clean and attractive decor - I loved the dark wood in the rooms. Very comfortable beds and very clean. We had a really good chat with the owner in the morning. Breakfast which we ordered the night before was plentiful and delicious. Only thing is it’s on a road, but set back and not too busy. It’s next door to a beansprout farm. We just had to mind our young kids with the road. Other than that it was lovely.

And since Hoi An is really a bicycle friendly city it's really nice. The hotel is like 20 minutes walking from the city center, but we really enjoyed being a bit far from all the tourist hustle and bustle. A hidden gem in Hoi An. - The villa was beautiful, the room was just like the photos wonderful, cosy and clean with a beautiful balcony. The hosts were so lovely and friendly, my husband was a little unwell on our first day and they made him a fresh ginger tea which really helped. Thank you! Everything about our experience was wonderful, great shower, wonderful breakfast each day we stayed. The location is a short walk to the old town and peaceful. There are bikes that you can take for free to travel to the old town or to see rice fields. Nice pool and comfortable rooms :)

She and her husband and the whole team were absolutely friendly and helpful and made every wish possible. We couldn't feel more spoiled. Beside that the room was really great with huge beds and very clean. It was really quiet and a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city with only fifteen minutes to walk to the Old town or free bikes if you needed. The breakfast was very good with excellent Vietnamese coffee and lots of fruit. We will definitely recommend this place.

They are very attentive and helped us a lot with planning our stay, the host was so friendly and gave us super recommendations for restaurants and visits. They have good amenities with a well maintened pool, free bikes, great breakfast with fresh fruits et juices and tours we could book (including transports). We recommend if you’re looking for a calm area that is still walkable distance from the old town (20 min). The pool was smaller than imagined, but was still amazing to swim in (and had a good mix of shade and sun).

- Ada (10/5): Amazing and valuable hotel in Hoi An - Great stay for 3 days with my family, lovely and helpful owners Tone and Dan, This hotel provides everything we needed including, free fresh cook delicious Western and Vietnamese cuisine breakfast, offer lowest price for pick up and drop off airport transfer service, call Grab/ Taxi service, day tour options, laundry service and free bicycles, this made my trip much much much easier with three teenagers, we will definitely to book Hoi An Discovery Villa again when we go visit Hoi An next time, we become a friend after this trip, wish Hoi An Discovery Villa all the best. - Femkebroers (8/5): Very good - The owners tried to do their best in any way. They serve a very tasty breakfast for an acceptable price. Cleaning of the room every day and when we had questions, the lady of the house was very helpful. 🙏 Bicycles in very bad condition. We had some misunderstandings about the room, but they solved it in a proper way so in the end we were ok with the situation.

Rooms are great, clean and comfortable They have bikes available for free to take out Breakfast was included, which was lovely each morning. Also brilliant value for money. Walking in to the old town was about 10/15 minutes, With it being out the way it was quieter of an evening. No complaints
- Siebert (10/5): Great little getaway from the overly touristy Hoi An - Very cute little hotel away from the overly touristy Hoi An. The owner is super friendly and funny. We used her free bikes to go back and forth to the city center (10 min bike ride). In the neighbourhood there is nice little cafè, rosie's cafè and, among others, a good vegetarian restaurant ROM vegetarian bistro. The room was clean and very comfy. I would go back if I would stay in Hoi an again

Everything was spotless and the interiors were beautiful and very luxurious for the cost. Thanh and her husband were incredibly courteous hosts and couldn’t do enough for us, including helping us to book a cooking class and our transfer to Hué. N/a

- Dulcie (10/5): Wonderful hotel perfect for exploring Hoi An - We loved this hotel! The staff were so nice and we felt the location was perfect for us - fairly close to both Hoi An and An Bang Beach, yet in a quiet, safe-feeling area out of the town. We regularly used the free hire bikes to cycle ten minutes into town and used ten minute grabs to get to the beach. They even upgraded our room, which was lovely and clean! Huge bed, a nice balcony overlooking the pool and a great, powerful shower. The pool was also great to cool off after exploring all day. They also did a load of our laundry wonderfully and for such a cheap price. Thank you! Nothing really! Our only bit of advice for anybody staying here is just that the noodle pots placed by the complimentary water bottles are not also complimentary - maybe we should have guessed but we naively thought they were free!
- Mike (10/5): Good little villa - The villa was located in a small street so it's quiet. You can bike into Hội An ancient town within 5-7minute. The host was very friendly and had free bikes for us to use. The shower water pressure was really good and refreshing. The room had both celing fan and AC so it was nice and comfortable. Overall great little villa. The room images was not as big or as new as portrayed on booking.com
- Marietjie (10/5): Amazing and beautiful Villa - This villa is beautiful, clean and in the best location. It is even better than the pictures. Very close to the old town. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Latern making just down the road. The owner was helpful and very friendly. We will definitely visit again. We took the bicycle and cycled around. The pool was super. To be honest, it exceeded our expectations. The menu is very limited I would say, but we were out most of the time anyway.

- Snackhans (10/5): Wonderful stay - The hotel itself is located a 5 to 10 minute bicycle ride away from the center depending on where you're going exactly. The hotel itself seems to be quite new and is spotlessly clean, the pool gets cleaned every evening and the owners take great care in making sure everything looks good. The room was big and had enough storage space to put away your clothes and other belongings which has not always been the case in other hotels. We had room 231 which had a great view, since there wasn't an elevator so we just walked up the stairs. Ms. Thanh is a wonderful lady and she can arrange many great tours, activities, motorcycles, ... she also gave us really good and trustworthy recommendations for a tailor and places to eat. Breakfast was great too, just be aware you have to order your breakfast of choice the night before, for us it wasn't a problem but I can imagine other people would possibly make an issue out of it. The aircon in the room needed quite some time to cool down. The chairs around the pool are quite close so getting to the pool ladder or chair at the back requires some squirming through.

Lovely pool with good lighting and nice plants around the pool and garden area created a really attractive and welcoming environment. Friendly hosts, happy to help. Free bikes always available to ride into the centre of town. The location is great if you prefer to stay in a quieter more residential area rather than the centre of the action. It was very easy to ride into town. Excellent value for money. No issues.
- Ashley (10/5): A hidden gem in Hoi An! - After a family trip to Cambodia we decided to pass through Vietnam on our way through to Indonesia. Our first experience in Vietnam travelling with our autistic daughter and two teen sons was not pleasant, so we decided to move our booking at Hoi An Discovery Villa forward by a week and contacted the property owner, Mrs Thanh. Our request was responded to instantly and Mrs Thanh organised her driver to collect us from the airport just 3 short hours later when we flew in from the city. From the moment we arrived at our new home for the next three nights, we knew we had made the right choice. We rented room 112 on the bottom floor behind the kitchen, a spacious family suite with 2 king beds, a sofa, coffee table and beautiful, large bathroom with lovely brass tap-ware and excellent hot water. The room was spotlessly clean, with a safe, outdoor sitting area (nice and private), ample fresh linen and drinking water provided with the daily housekeeping service provided by Mrs Thanh’s husband. The beds were really comfortable! Easily the best of our stay in Asia during this trip. Breakfast is a la carte- you order from the menu the night before, offering local noodle soups, or omelette, eggs and baguettes with fresh fruit (the mango and pineapple are amazing!), juice, tea or coffee. We couldn’t eat it all, it was so much food and so tasty and fresh. We also had a couple of grab food deliveries to the villa and that was no trouble, they have serviettes and salt and pepper, cutlery on each of the villa breakfast tables. The homestay itself is set in a little village of Cam Son on the outskirts of Hoi An town and you will thank yourself once you book here, because the homestay provides free bicycles to cycle to the rice fields just 2 minutes away, and straight past those is An Bang Beach. 1km in the other direction is the Hoi An ancient town. Nothing! it’s beautiful, clean and the owners are incredibly friendly and kind!
- Bernie (9/5): Beautiful property - Just about everything 😁 The owner and host were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a balcony. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. The bathroom was a little impractical. No space in the shower for toiletries.
