Great recreational facilities as well, including pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room, and pool table. We played pool every night. Staff were nice. Location is decent though we did take a Grab to most places but it was fairly convenient. We used the washing machine once and it ran for a few hours despite specifying a shorter amount of time.

The gym and pool was great for our family too. The rooms were big, clean, bright and just as the photos showed on the website. - vishalgG5569YR (10/5): Beyond incredible experience - I stayed in Sherwood for over 3 weeks and it's was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in across the world. The facilities are spotless, well maintained, and modern. The rooms are very large, well cleaned daily, and we didn't have a single problem during our extended stay. But where Sherwood differs is the staff. Everyone from the doormen, reception staff, the restaurant, and the cleaning staff were incredible. They were consistently polite, genuine, and so caring. I felt safe and looked after every moment I was there. Special thanks goes to Cường, one of the restaurant waiters. He was amazing at every moment, providing fantastic local recommendations, always so friendly, and always happy to help us no matter what. He went out of his way to help my partner who was feeling unwell, and consistently checked up afterwards too. He went above and beyond what I'd ever expect, and similar praise goes to every member of the Sherwood staff.

However we found it a bit unusual for a 5 star apartment that guests need to purchase their own washing detergent.

- kellys232017 (10/5): 5 star experience, amazing staff! - Recently stayed here with my husband and 3 small children. This hotel is a 10/10 with 5 star service. Staff are wonderful, helpful and genuinely happy. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was large, spacious and very clean, perfect for us. Pool and kids club were great, kids had a great time playing in both. Breakfast buffet is small but has everything you need! In room dining was also exceptional, all food and hot and cold drinks were perfect, and there’s a large menu to choose from. A special thank you to the staff and cleaners who helped us after our eldest was sick in his room and made a bit of a mess on the bed and rug. There was no big fuss made, staff were quick to check in and see if he was ok, before even speaking about the cleaning and mess. Cleaners were kind and helpful as we felt really terrible about the mess and were very stressed with having two sick children. Will definitely return as your hospitality was very much appreciated, thank you again.

The staff made the experience so special thanks to Cuong, our housekeeping staff Diep and Mai, Truong, Tan and Quan and reception staff An, Hieu, M. Thu, Van, Quang. Everyone was so good to us. The hotel food is wonderful and was a refuge for me when I got food poisoning from elsewhere. The hotel room is clean, elegant, mosquito free and with an incredible view. My partner and I felt very comfortable and safe.

Its a well-run, high-end hotel but with the space and practicality of an apartment. The rooms are large, very clean and thoughtfully set up with very comfortable beds. As we stayed over multiple days, having a proper kitchen and laundry made the stay a lot more comfortable. Service and staff were consistently polite and helpful throughout (both reception and housekeeping). Special thanks to Van, Athu, Phuc, Quang, Hieu, Thu and Tan for looking after us. Overall, a very comfortable and easy stay. Would definitely come back.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, assisting us in making our stay smooth and pleasant. The slightly heated pool is covered but open and great to get some exercise. The gym is well equipped. There is even a room with a pool table. Our studios were large, with open kitchen, living and bedroom separate but open, and a large bathroom. Having a small kitchen makes it so easy to order in, have some snacks and drinks. We had a coffee at the restaurant and the cold salty coffee was a very good one!

- Rajkamal (9/5): Near perfect stay - albeit with the slight niggle that I mentioned above - The property was located in a beautiful location close to many of the famous area's in Ho Chi Minh City. You can take grab (which we did since we were traveling with a child) or even long walks for some of the well known tourist spots from the hotel. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the living rooms were large and comfortable with all the necessary amenities for a stay. Breakfast was great and they used to change the menu so it was a pleasant experience. Con - My only slightly negative experience was around the fact that they would block credit on your cards for the duration of stay. While I understand the concerns of the hotel, that is in my opinion not a great practice and you can charge the consumer anyways for any damage etc while during the stay.

- Jacquelyn (8/5): Studio room > Executive suite - The evening staff were fantastic. They helped us book taxi's and gave us useful advice. I booked both the studio and executive suite. The studio was very modern and well worth the money. The executive suite was more expensive but had a worse view and weird layout. Not to mention the extra bed is literally tucked into a closet. If you have guests then I suppose it is nice to have the divided rooms but if you are travelling alone, go for the studio! It looks much better and the view is nicer!

L’hôtel est vraiment proche de bcp de point stratégique pour visiter la ville. Prenez votre petit dej hors de l’hôtel est mieux. Qu’on ne puisse pas choisir l’heure pour le ménage. Mon bébé faisait la sieste vers les 14h et c’est toujours à cet heure là qu’elles passaient.

- Christian (9/5): Camera meravigliosa. - Camera enorme meravigliosa arredo di buon gusto. Colazione eccellente. Bellissima la piscina e l’idromassaggio. Posizione veramente comoda c’è anche un supermercato molto fornito praticamente a 100 metri. Abbiamo mangiato anche al ristorante cibo buono e porzioni fin troppo generose. Servizio in camera molto efficiente. Non ho dato 10 perché non c’è il centro benessere. Per fare un massaggio a fine giornata devi andare in un centro convenzionato a 15/20 minuti di auto. Molto scomodo! Avevo chiesto una camera piano alto e silenziosa. Mi hanno dato un 4 piano La vista della camera era orribile dava su un traliccio dell’elettricità in compenso essendo dato che l’affaccio non era sulla strada non si sentivano i rumori.
