- Andrey (4/5): - Из плюсов свежие байки, и замена белья каждый день Ощущение такое что никому ни до кого нет дела. Пляж не убирается территория тоже. Два дня возле одного из номеров лежала умершая крыса. Ну а третий день только убрали. Завтраки ОЧЕНЬ дорогие. Рядом сходили в соседний отель на троих поели почти как один завтрак стоит. Половина розеток не работает. Короче если так чисто одну ночь пережить где-то то можно закрыв глаза. Но а так худшее место из всего Фукуока где мы жили.

- Martina (9/5): Wer Ruhe, Authentizität und echtes vietnamesisches Leben schätzt und keinen Luxus erwartet, ist hier genau richtig. Klar - Das Hula-Hula Resort ist kein Luxusresort, was wir auch nicht gesucht haben. Es ist ein kleines, ruhig gelegenes Resort, liebevoll in die Landschaft eingebettet. Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Meerblick, alles Nötige war vorhanden, besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr bequeme Bett. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr herzlich aufgenommen, umsorgt und jederzeit hilfsbereit betreut. Der Pool ist schön und gepflegt. Ein echtes Highlight ist das Schnorcheln direkt vor der Haustür: Mit Maske und Flossen einfach ins Wasser, Korallen und Fische unmittelbar vor dem Resort – für uns der beste Schnorchelspot unseres Aufenthalts. Nach ein paar Tagen im geschäftigen Süden (An Thoi) haben wir es sehr genossen, hierher zurückzukehren. Der Wasserdruck im Bad könnte besser sein

Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, I am writing to raise a formal and serious complaint regarding my booking at Hula Hula Beachfront Hotel, Phu Quoc, which was made approximately 6–7 weeks ago via Booking.com. The property was materially misrepresented on your platform. The images and marketing shown on Booking.com do not accurately reflect the reality of the accommodation, facilities, or beachfront, and this resulted in significant distress, disruption to our trip, and financial loss. 1) Misrepresentation of the property The accommodation and facilities on arrival were completely inconsistent with what was advertised: There was no proper reception (only a desk, with very limited staff present). The “hotel” consists of hut-style rooms, and in no way reflects a 3-star standard. The beachfront was not as advertised and was covered with rocks and debris, not the clean, inviting shoreline presented online. The overall environment and service offering were wholly inappropriate to be marketed in the way Booking.com presents it. 2) Health and safety concerns This was not just disappointing — it was unsafe. The property is extremely close to the waves, raising serious concerns about safety and flooding risk. The condition of the room presented a clear hygiene concern (including stained and yellow pillows and generally unacceptable cleanliness standards). We have photographic and video evidence of the room condition and surrounding environment. 3) Food and service issues The food service was extremely poor and not as any reasonable guest would expect: Guests are required to pre-order meals in advance, including breakfast requests and timing for the next day. Food orders must be placed via WhatsApp, and the property then decides whether it can be made. Prices for food and drinks were highly inflated. Выход из номера был сразу на площадку с видом на море. Рядом с отелем была кафешка на берегу, в ней было вкусно. Были лежаки, хотя и сильно уставшие. Под шум прибоя было отлично засыпать. Сотрудники помогли порезать фрукты, это было очень мило с их стороны. Хорошо работал кондиционер и вентилятор. Очень слабый напор воды в душе, также вода была холодная, мыться было некомфортно. Перед номером была площадка со стульями и столом, стол был невероятно липкий, после просьбы его помыть, он остался таким же липким. Полотенца были с пятнами. Море было грязным, но тут конечно погоду не предскажешь, она может быть разной. Пришлось долго искать сотрудников, чтобы заселиться, номер телефона не отвечал, пришлось долго ждать и ходить чтобы их разыскать.

It’s quiet, nice location, you can go to swim, order food, and eat fresh fruits from from the trees. Everything in the rooms needs to be renovated, shower and the bathroom is poor in general. Poor value for money. The pictures look better than reality. There are plenty of huge cockroach inside, as there are huge gaps between doors ane floor, and etc.. the AC works super loud! Also the entrance to the beach is quite complicated.

The pool and beach access was great. Safe for kids. Location was great for us as we liked being away from commercial resorts, fishing village nearby has lots of great authentic markets and restaurants. Free bike use was great so you could explore. They put on a Christmas Eve seafood bbq dinner on the beach which was great and we enjoyed- this was an additional charge. Cooks were amazing and very hard working. We had a 12yo and 9yo and this place was great for a relaxing chilled few days. Grabs were easy to book from this location. We loved the quiet area away from main areas, but others may not. We felt the price point was much too high compared to other properties we have stayed in while travelling Vietnam. Yet we did have a positive stay. No restaurant for lunch and dinner, you could order food in, which we didn’t use as an option. It was advertised that and photos showed full operational restaurant and bar. This was not the case. Breakfast menu was fine but limited and had to order the day prior. When we checked out we were offered a free transfer to the airport if we provided screenshots of 10 point reviews on booking.com and google.

The location is very convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, and main spots around the island, yet still calm and comfortable. Our accommodation was spotless, modern, and very well taken care of. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and everything felt fresh and clean throughout our stay. Overall, Hula Hula Phu Quoc offers great value, a welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely caring staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

- Tatiana (10/5): Шикарное место на севере острова, для посещения экскурсий - Мы останавливались в этом отеле на 5 ночей, специально, чтобы исследовать север острова, потому что много экскурсий рядом, и этот отель для нас был замечательным, я бы назвала райский уголок, уезжали после завтрака, и приезжали вечером, такси вызывали через Grab, очень умеренные цены. Завтрак был вкусный, с вечера всегда бронировали что будем кушать утром, и нам готовили к определенному времени, кофе тоже был вкусный! После экскурсий приезжали и наслаждались бассейном, чистый и теплый, особый кайф, после пешого пути! Что касается моря, до обеда были волны, после обеда море спокойное, мы наверно поплавали только 1 раз. Так как повторюсь это место, шикарно для восстановления, после экскурсий, а если нужно море кайф, это юг острова пляжи Кхем и Бао. Рядом с отелем, есть магазинчики, где можно купить воду бутыль по 5 литров., фрукты продаются везде. И банкомат в пешей доступности МB smart bank - лимит на снятие 5.000.000 донг, комиссия 3,3 % снимала с карты казахстанского банка Freedom. Кондиционер в номере работал исправно, есть холодильник, чайник, полотенце меняли каждый день, и давали воду по 0,5 на 1 человека. Нам всё очень понравилось! Вернемся ещё в январе сюда, а то на некоторые экскурсии не попали!

Từ không gian, dịch vụ đến! - Mấy ngày đầu ở Nam Đảo mình khá hụt hẫng vì khu vực này đang xây dựng quá nhiều, cảm giác không được “thoát” ra khỏi phố thị như mong muốn. Nhưng khi chuyển lên Bắc Đảo thì đúng nghĩa là tìm lại được thiên nhiên thật sự – biển xanh, cây cối nhiều, không khí trong lành và đặc biệt là có cả san hô đẹp để lặn ngắm. Điều khiến mình ấn tượng nhất là sự chu đáo của resort. Thời điểm mình lưu trú lại trúng đúng đợt cúp điện toàn Phú Quốc, vậy mà resort vẫn xử lý cực kỳ tốt. Họ linh hoạt bật máy phát theo khung giờ, đảm bảo khách vẫn có điện ổn định mà máy móc vẫn được nghỉ. Mỗi chi tiết nhỏ đều thể hiện sự chuyên nghiệp và tấm lòng muốn khách có trải nghiệm trọn vẹn nhất. Ở giữa một “đảo ngọc” đang phát triển nhanh, mình thật sự biết ơn vì đã tìm được một nơi vẫn giữ được vẻ tự nhiên, yên bình, và quan trọng nhất là đội ngũ nhân viên quá tận tâm. Cảm ơn resort rất nhiều vì đã giúp chuyến đi Phú Quốc của mình trở nên đáng nhớ hơn! 🌿🌊✨ Nếu phải nói một điều chưa thích thì có lẽ chỉ là Nam Đảo quá nhiều construction và mất đi vẻ hoang sơ, đặc biệt là xa trung tâm — nhưng đây là vấn đề của khu vực, không phải lỗi của resort.

- Hanna (7/5): Entspanntes und ruhiges Resport, aber Verbesserungspotenzial - Schöne Terrasse, sehr grüne und schöne Anlage, sehr großer Pool. Der Zugang zum Meer scheint gut zu sein. Leider war es während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts so windig, dass man nicht im Meer baden konnte. Ich empfehle, vor dem Aufenthalt die Windrichtung und -starke zu überprüfen. In unserem Fall wäre einer Unterkunft auf der anderen Inselseite windstill und angenehmer gewesen. Im Resort ist es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Die kostenlosen Fahrräder waren super, da die Lage etwas abgelegen war. Die Rezeption ist bemüht, einem zu helfen. Sehr gut über WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Essen ist lecker. Das Fischerdorf Ganh Dau liegt etwa 5-10 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Es ist sehr authentisch und ursprünglich. Es gibt eine super Bäckerei, gutes Street Food und eine tolle Billardbar. Das Housekeeping ist etwas nachlässig. Der Bungalow war nicht besonders sauber als wir ankamen. Es gibt zwar ein Moskitonetz, aber es war nicht nutzbar, weil darin Insekten waren. Bei der zweiten Reinigung war das Zimmer schon sauberer. Wir hatten 2 Begegnungen mit Kakerlaken. Das ist bei einem Bungalow in der Natur wahrscheinlich unvermeidbar. Trotzdem hätte ich mit Moskitonetz dann nachts besser geschlafen. Die Bettlaken und Handtücher waren fleckig und löchrig. In den letzten Tagen unseres Aufenthalts wurde die Bettwäsche nicht mehr gewechselt. Die angebotenen Touren waren nicht sehr vielseitig. Bei Frage zu weiteren Aktivitäten oder zb. der Buchung der Fähre war die Rezeption bemüht, aber konnte leider nicht helfen. Der Bungalow hat eine kleine Outdoorküche. Das ist leider nur ein Waschbecken. Hier wäre etwas Geschirr und Spülmittel super. Geschirr haben wir auf Nachfrage von der Rezeptionistin bekommen, das war sehr nett. Das Essen im Resort ist sehr teuer.

The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway, far from the noise of the city. We loved how calm the whole area felt. Another big plus is that it’s very close to Vinpearl, making it super convenient to spend the day there and return to a quiet, comfortable place. Highly recommended!

- Margarita (6/5): - Big comfortable bed. The hotel is right next to the sea. If the weather is good its a good place for snorkelling. Pick up from the airport. Pretty close to vinpearl, vinwonders and grandworld (20min by bike or car) Dirty room in need of renovation. The ac was working, but it blows right on the bed and you cant change the angle of the air, because its broken. The view from our room was right onto the trail to the sea, so everyone was walking by our window and door. The view on the other side of the boongalow is to the building, so it has no point to open the curtains. The shower is half broken (one of the shower heads didnt work). The shower drain was clogged. We asked to clean it but no one did. The cleaning lady cleaned our room properly 1 time throughout our 7 day stay (swept and cleaned the floor, made the bed without changing the sheets). All of the other times she only took out the trash, changed the towels and brought water and toilet paper. Breakfast was till 9 30, so if you like to sleep in like us, its not very convenient. A few times we asked to leave our Breakfast on the table so we can eat it later, thankfully they agreed. Breakfast is not a buffet, you need to choose from the menu the day before, menu is not very big. You need to choose one dish, Coffee or tea, Apple or Orange Juice (not fresh, just box Juice), and a dessert ( fruit, banana bread and something else). Motorbikes cost 200000 which is 50000 more than on the streets. There are free bicycles but the tires are flat. We asked to pump them, but they didnt have a pump. The pool seemed a little dirty, the water was a bit murky. There were some kind of fish marinating in jars right next to the pool. The sand on the "Beach" is very old and full of little ants. There are only 4 sunbeds and no umbrellas. The Beach is not suitable for children. The hotel has a lot of potential but it feels like the owner doesnt really care and nobody really wants to work. So I wouldnt recommend it. We changed the hotel and moved to a different coast and the difference is very noticable.

The only thing is that its hard to get uber to come here to pick up. We had few drivers cancel the trip when we booked to go to the grandworld. The owner runs his business effectively, but is very stressed, which often shows in a direct rudeness, so stay here were in the total, not pleasant, and I therefore cannot recommend anyone else to stay here. They really would be in the need of a friendly face, fronting their business! Some mory comfy chairs outside to wish for. Lots of mosquitos. One night I became really seriously sick (lost consience, etc), from food poisoning of food supplied by hotel but delivered from outside. Took some days to recover from. For this I was handed 3 tea bags in "compansation", but not any excuse whatsoever... A security matter is that the small security box is not attached to anything at all. Anyone could just carry it out of the bungalow. Perhaps more important is that no action were taken to fix this. Owner knows best! :-)

They even have canoes you can use free of charge and bike loved it It was just what we needed to rest and spend quality time

- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful facilities and comfortable room in a very quiet, peaceful setting. The owner and other staff were extremely nice and helpful. Being able to walk right into the ocean a few steps from my door was great It is quite remote - not much in terms of restaurants close by.
