Le petit déjeuner au 9 étage glacial, juste deux tranches de Pains de mie, beurre et confiture où un oeufs avec 2 pains de mie . Pas de choix, des sachets de café au lait ou thé 1 banane et Quartier de pommes. La Chambre à été froide, humide, obligée de demander une couette et ça été juste. Pas de tv satellite..juste les veilles chaînes. C'est bien dommage pour un hôtel qui paraît classe, et le prix de ne pas avoir les prestations qui suivent. Carcau Vietnam nous avons eux ds hôtels pour 10 à 15€ bien plus agréable.

Fay (9/5): Good value and helpful staff. - Quiet at night. Clean and comfortable. Had bedside lamps and plug in points. The manager was very helpful so don’t hesitate to ask him about anything. Many thanks for booking our bus to Nam Dimh even if it didn’t take us all the way to the train station. It was great but the front of the outside of the hotel is now different as they are starting to build another hotel next to it. To be fair it didn’t bother us as we heard no construction noise whilst we stayed there.

Windows should be cleaned, they were very dirty and it's a pity because thé view is very nice. Also curtains are old and damaged. Some refresh need for the bathroom

Verified traveler (4/5): Nice Rooms, Bad Location, Bad Service - I'd only recommend staying here if you won't rely on this hotel for help with anything. The rooms are nice and spacious and modern but the service is atrocious. The hotel is also located in the middle of nowhere with very few restaurants around. There is a nice view near the hotel though. We booked a boat tour with the hotel when we checked in which turned out to be a fiasco. We knew it was much more expensive than booking on our own but figured going through the hotel was easier. When we checked out, we had to ask for our passports back otherwise they wouldn't have given them back. The minivan that took us to the pier was falling apart and they crammed people into it but we were okay with that. What we weren't okay with was all that ensued afterward - we were told we could store our bags at their office by the pier but that wasn't the case. The boat tour was canceled due to bad weather and we had to insist on the tour operators calling the hotel to confirm where to drop us off as they just said they would take us back to the hotel when we'd already checked out and booked a bus to Hanoi through the hotel which stopped by the pier. We were dropped off at a restaurant, told to wait 30 minutes when in actual fact we waited over an hour, and when the bus arrived it was sent away by someone who then had to call it back and we were very rudely told the bus was full and we had to take plastic chairs from the restaurant onto the bus - when we had paid for tickets the day before.

Michael (8/5): Very nice place from which to explore Ha Long Bay - Very adequate accommodation. Laundry and prices exceptional. Location a little out of the way. Delightful staff. Unfortunately no restaurant facilities apart from the limited breakfast.
