- Martin (10/5): Excellent Stay - Room was really comfortable and well laid out. Was so nice to be able to cook for myself whist away from home. Free laundry service at the hotel is a fantastic idea for those staying for a week or so. Staff were really friendly and professional. Hotel is located convieniently close to Union Street but far enough away to avoid all the noise. The first days breakfast was a little bit scant until I realised you had to ask for certain items like eggs, beans, mushrooms which were all cooked to order.

Staff were so good and Dimitri was brilliant. Minor things Toilet seat kept moving which was a little annoying. No beans or tinned tomatoes at breakfast.

- Lynnae (10/5): This is the place to stay in Aberdeen! - The front desk staff person was AMAZING! He worked tirelessly to help me resolve an issue with a different booking at a different hotel. He checked us in early to our room, he got us connected to the Internet, he offered suggestions and options …. simply above and beyond. The morning breakfast buffet was bountiful. The location of the hotel is great for exploring Aberdeen. Dinner at nearby Mai’s Thai restaurant was a delight. why can’t all hotels be this good?

My wife ordered a boiled egg. Arrived instantly, cold and hard boiled. Not as expected. My 2 fried eggs whilst tasty enought were frizzled due to lying cooked. The hash browns had also been cooked and left - not very warm or appetising I would have thought these eggs could all be cooked fresh on request.

Işıklandırması da güzeldi, bolca priz vardı. Kahvaltıda çeşit çoktu. Ürünler bittikçe kısa sürede yenileniyordu. Kahvaltının yapıldığı alan çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Tüm personeller çok güleryüzlüydü, tüm sorularımıza hızlı ve çözüm odaklı yanıtlar verdiler. Konumu da iyiydi, marketlere ve merkeze yakındı. Hiç gürültü duymadım, ses yalıtımı iyiydi. Herkese tavsiye ederim! :)

- Olesja (9/5): Insgesamt ein sehr komfortables, modernes Hotel - Unser Aufenthalt im Residence Inn by Marriott Aberdeen war durchweg ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine moderne Ausstattung und die großzügigen, stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmer, die eher wie kleine Apartments wirken – perfekt auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Lage im Zentrum von Aberdeen ist ideal: Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ohne dass es dabei laut oder hektisch wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und professionelle Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit ist und für einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt sorgt. Auch das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl und einen angenehmen Start in den Tag. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und haben 2 Anläufe geraucht bis wir den Eingang gefunden haben.

- Etemadi Eidgahi (7/5): - I really enjoyed the modern, clean feel of the place, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was wonderfully quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure, and I loved having a cute, well-equipped kitchen in my room—complete with a fast dishwasher and all brand-new stuffs The room was a bit cold and I couldn’t increase the temperature. I would have preferred to have a robe, but there wasn’t one. The check-in time was at 4, which felt a bit late. The price of the hotel was a bit higher compared to other hotels, and I wish there were more options like a spa or swimming pool at this price.

- Cheryl (10/5): Always a pleasant and comfortable stay - This is my favourite place to stay when I visit Aberdeen. Not only is the location close to amenities, its such a quiet and peaceful place to sleep. The feeling of safety is always there too due to the key card entry to stairs and lifts. All of the staff, from front of house to the breakfast hosts, bar and housekeeping are always so welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. We occasionally travel with our dog and he is also made to feel welcome. Even though the hotel is pet friendly, it doesn't effect the cleanliness whatsoever. The entire hotel is always clean to a high standard. Breakfast has an excellent selection and you are always able to order other cooked items if you wish to. We will of course be back again soon and myself, my fiancé and our little pug highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

- Mags (9/5): Excellent definitely stay again. - Welcoming friendly clean and great location. Definitely book again, and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in centre of Aberdeen. Breakfast could be organised bit better when wanting to order additional breakfast options. Staff were extremely busy and we found trying to get there attention was difficult. Could it he the person that seats you returns to ask if you want additional options?

- Leon (9/5): Excellent hotel but a bit difficult for the inferm or elderly. - The staff, their friendly care and assistance, went beyond normal expectations. The entrance was (to us) either a fairly long flat walk from the road, or up two lots of steps. Probably not a problem for someone young and fit but at 91 ? Our room was at the farthest from the lift, same reason! No grab rail in the shower, same reason! It was our fault for not researching more carefully, same reason!

Very minor but I would say that there wasnt a dedicated area to do hair and make up with a mirror. I really liked the sliding mirror doors to get into the bathroom but wasn't 100% ideal to sit in front of and do hair and make up.

- Stephanie (5/5): Great property but management need to work on thier guest experience - The location was ideal the housekeeping team should be highly praised super clean rooms also the breakfast team members two ladies and a gentleman spot of with service We were having breakfast and the duty manager practically turfed another guest from thier breakfast table mid swallowing so she could sit cabin crew at the ladies table to be honest was this guest any least important than the 4 cabin crew I don’t think so and we were not the only guests to be aware of this happening.
