- Maral Ilgin (10/5): Definitely worth a visit! - It was a wonderful stay! We would especially like to thank Ms. Akilay at the reception for her kindness and care. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The room was well maintained and very clean. We've spent two nights at Bugu hotel and we were very pleased with everything. Definitely will consider staying here again when we return!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable but room didn’t match what we booked. - Room did not look like the design twin that was advertised. It was still comfortable but disappointing in that it seemed like a downgrade. Night shift reception did not explain much at check in. Breakfast was enjoyable, wish someone would have come around to our table and briefed on ability to have eggs made

- sharon.l (8/5): All good except for the AC noise - The hotel staff were very helpful as I arrived around 2:30 am. The room was great, and the bed was comfortable. I was happy to see a tea kettle. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I had my laundry done, which was reasonable. The only downside was a very noisy wall ac in Room 12. It would randomly make knocking noises, enough to wake me out of a sound sleep. It needs to be fixed. Also, I was charged for my room at check out even though I had already paid on Hotels.com. It took great effort to get the money refunded as the girl at the desk did not speak English.

- Cheryl Maree (10/5): A beautiful boutique hotel with friendly service - An incredible boutique hotel in walking distance of all sights in Bishkek. Modern and comfortable, the staff at Bugu hotel are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

- Jessica (8/5): - We really looked forward to this hotel, and were not disappointed. Very nice rooms, great staff, very simple but good breakfast. Great atmosphere and decor all around. My only gripe was that the AC unit in my room was very loud and went through cycles where it sounded at times like it was about to fall off the wall - as a result, I turned it off. Probably worth fixing. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Bugu!

- Christopher (8/5): - Overall, the Bugu hotel was excellent. We arrived early in the morning on an overnight flight from Istanbul. We were able to check in early and have breakfast before getting a little rest. The hotel staff was very helpful and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. My biggest complaint was that the room was very dark, even with all the lights on, but other than this one fault, I give it high marks. I’d stay there again on my next visit to Bishkek.

- david (8/5): - The girls at the front desk went out of their way to welcome me and accommodate my extremely early arrival, 6.00am. They were helpful, considerate, friendly and thoughtful and made my stay enjoyable. On the other hand, the young boy at checkout time was rude, unsympathetic, thoughtless and inconsiderate. He kicked me out of the room at 12.01. Miserable people shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry.

- Mikhail (10/5): - Very nice boutique hotel, close to center city. Located in a quiet neighborhood, offers nicely decorated rooms with comfy beds. A "hall/breakfast" area has a modern design and offers a relax atmosphere, a good variety breakfast and books to read while you enjoy coffee/tea. Definitely will stay again.
- Juerg (10/5): Empfehlenswertes Hotel - Angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr schöne Zimmer, einzig der Internetempfang war im hinteren Teil des Hauses sehr mangelhaft. Das Frühstück ab 0800 ist relativ spät, wir erhielten aber ein Lunchpaket.

- Las (8/5): - Had a wonderful stay in a decent location, walkable to city centre, excellent breakfast each morning and wonderful and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had some issues with the door and shower (but nothing that spoiled our trip), and the neighbours above were noisy each night (nothing the hotel could have fixed). Very happy with our stay, would definitely stay again, and would happily recommend.
- Cyril (10/5): Bon compromis suivant le prix - Très bon hôtel, très bien situé et les chambres sont spacieuses. Il est situé en rez de chaussée donc pas de vue intéressante mais c'est calme. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais ce n'est vraiment pas pratique de manger dans les canapés car la seule table qui pourrait servir est utilisée pour y mettre les plats... Peut être un très bon choix suivant le prix qui peut étrangement varier du simple au double.

C'est le petit déjeuner que nous n'avons pas apprécié : seulement 4 places assises sur des tables hautes, les autres sont obligés de s'assoir sur les canapés et manger sur les tables basses ! En terme de quantité, peu mieux faire, nous sommes arrivés après un groupe de 16 personnes et il n'y avait plus de viennoiseries (on a demandé si c'était possible d'en avoir on nous a répondu non). Le choix est limité (ça peut se comprendre vu la taille de l'hôtel) mais les quantités sont vraiment trop juste.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Trendy boutique hotel close to city centre - Arrived an hour early before official check-in time and decided to pay US$5 per hour for early check-in which was reasonable. Bugu Hotel occupies the first floor of the building and the lobby is decked out with designer-esque furniture and somewhat resembles a trendy London hotel. There's also a coffee shop just next door. Location is a plus. A 15-minute stroll through the neighbourhood takes you to Ala-Too square.
- Suzanne (10/5): Bishkek gem - I stayed for three nights at Bugu Hotel. The room was wonderful, comfortable & pleasant to be in, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They make you feel like a “guest” in the best sense: cared for, a genuine desire to make your stay the very best experience.
- Keith (10/5): Amazing boutique design hotel in Bishkek - The location, common areas, rooms, staff, amenities,....really everything about this hotel is fantastic, and definitely a stand out in Bishkek. I will be staying here again when visiting Bishkek!
