• Jean Renee (9/5): Honest - The accommodation is very honest about what it offers, with excellent value for money. It’s just 5 minutes from the station, which is very convenient, and you can quickly get to the center of Rome. Everything was clean and organized, and there was even daily room cleaning service. Overall, it’s a very reliable place and I would definitely stay there again. The only negative point was that the hallway smelled like cigarettes. People were supposed to smoke in the designated area, but I think the wind carried the smell inside.

• Richardsonb (6/5): Ubytování pro nenáročné, strašná snídaně - Lokalita je vynikající, blízko na metro i autobus. Nedaleko je supermarket, spousta obchodů, rychlé občerstvení i kavárny. V ubytování bylo naprosté čisto, úklid probíhal každý den, vše bylo provoněné – nádhera. Personál byl velmi příjemný. Při příjezdu jsme dostali balení párečků a velkou vodu. Příšerné snídaně, to bylo obrovské zklamání. Každý den to samé: 2 balené croissanty s mininápní v igelitovýcgh sáčcích, 2 balené tvrdé koláčky, 1 káva z kapsle, 2 džemy, které nebylo na co namazat, a lupínky, které jste neměli do čeho dát :-(. Snídaně byla připravená na stole už den dopředu, a to opravdu nechcete. Žádné ovoce, žádný jogurt. Od druhého dne jsme si snídaně kupovali sami v supermarketu. Na WC byl jednovrstvý toaletní papír, který samozřejmě rychle docházel, a poslední den jsme už další nedostali. Klimatizace za 5 € na den. Ubytování bylo strašně špatně označené, z chodby můžete mít strach, kam jste to vlastně přijeli (tmavá chodba, oprýskané dveře). Pokoje jsou dostačující, ale všechno z okolních pokojů je slyšet. Jde vlastně o předělaný byt s kuchyňkou a 4 pokoji. Pokoj = 1 dvoupostel, skříň, lednička, klimatizace, 2 noční stolky a koupelna.

• Jakub (7/5): Miejsce godne polecenia jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Rzymu. - Pokój wystarczający dla 2 osób (aczkolwiek możliwe było rozłożenie dostawki, która znajdowała się w pokoju) jeśli traktujecie go jako miejsce do przenocowania, wracając wieczorem po całym dniu zwiedzania. Pokój przydałoby się odświeżyć (np. odmalować, wymienić lub naprawić okleinę na półkach przy łóżku), jednak nie można powiedzieć, że było brudno. Co więcej codziennie personel przychodził i sprzątał pokój i ścielił łózko (co było dla nas miłym zaskoczeniem w tym standardzie). W pokoju do dyspozycji jest telewizor, lodówka oraz Wi-Fi. Dodatkowo płatna klimatyzacja 5 euro za dzień (będąc w kwietniu nie korzystaliśmy, ale jak ktoś będzie latem - przydatna informacja). W oknie pokoju zamontowana roleta obsługiwana elektrycznie - w pełni zasłania światło od strony ulicy. Łózko duże i wygodne, materac z tych twardszych co dla nas akurat było zaletą (nie lubimy zapadać się w miękkim wysłużonym materacu). Łazienka czysta, bez pleśni w kabinie prysznicowej czy grzyba na ścianach. Łazienka wyposażona w kabinę prysznicową, toaletę, bidet, umywalkę z szafkami, zestaw ręczników oraz suszarkę. Poza tym obok pokoju do dyspozycji również jest kuchnia wyposażona między innymi w mikrofalę, ekspres do kawy, lodówkę. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę jest skromne (2 rogale z czekoladą/dżemem, ciastko z dżemem, kapsułki z kawą i mlekiem, mini pojemniczek z nutellą). Natomiast jak wyrusza się o godz. 6:30 lub 7:00 na zwiedzanie Koloseum lub Watykanu lepiej tak niż nie mieć nic. Właściciel Simo, który oprowadził nas po pokoju, był miły i uprzejmy, wszystko dokładnie pokazał i wytłumaczył jak z czego korzystać. Przed zakwaterowaniem również dobry kontakt przez WhatsApp. Blisko stacja metra, Colli Albani. Ogólnie miejsce godne polecenia. Skromne śniadanie. Wystrój pokoju możliwy do odświeżenia.

Vše bylo čisté, uklizené, čistota je pro mne prioritou. Další pozitivní byla blízkost k metru, cca 5 min. Ubytování je v 1. patře bytového domu. Je možné využít společnou kuchyňku. Určitě bych ubytování využil znovu. Byly slyšet v noci zvuky z vedlejšího apartmánu, ale nijak zvlášť mě to nerušilo. Nebylo nic, co by mě odradilo od příští návštěvy.

Cafea foarte bună. Preț raport/calitate foarte bun. Am fost așteptați cu o sticla de apa de 2L in frigider (de apreciat acest lucru).

À notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueillis, l'hôtel et les chambres sont propres, la literie est hyper confortable. Si vous avez une question ou besoin de quoi que ce soit, n'hésitez pas à demander aux personnels, ils sont gentils et bienveillants. Tout était parfait 👍

Il condizionatore è a pagamento con un supplemento di 5 euro al giorno a camera. In bagno abbiamo trovato una blatta. La colazione era scarsa, mancando di qualsiasi bevanda che non fosse il caffè.

• Molnar (9/5): Superb - I stayed in Rome for 6 nights. Aracoeli is in a great location. The metro, bus is close so everything can be reached easily. 30 mins to the Colosseo. The room is clean. The staff cleaned and tidied it every day. Important to note that airconditioning is an extra 5 euro/day if you wqnt to use it.

• Vadim (5/5): I’m never stay here for that price - The room has a comfortable bed, a refrigerator and a table. There is a supermarket and a market nearby where you can buy fruit. We saw a cockroach on the first night. Breakfast is very bad - one croissant, a cookie with nut paste, jam and coffee in capsules (in the photo breakfast for two). On the last day of departure, breakfast was not served at all, the hotel manager said that you can pick up breakfast from other rooms.

• Αλεξία (7/5): Heating issue. - The bus stop and metro was close by. The mattress was really good. There was a table and chairs to sit and a normal fridge (not a mini bar). The space was good. The 4-night stay was problematic as far as the heat in the room was concerned. I asked the host (Simo) to show us how to use the heat, it was easy, from 0-5 like a fridge. I like my room to be in a normal 20-21 temperature for sleep. I had the heater turned on at No.3 , because Simo told us that it's a central heating for the building, and the hours are fixed. The problem was that every evening at my return, the room was cold because Simo turned down the heat, every day, without asking. The final night when we came back to the bnb, all windows were wide open and the house was very cold like 10-12 degrees Celsius! The office window was wide open, the kitchen window was wide open, and the window of our room was open. We called Simo and he admitted that he left them open. We had a very difficult time to sleep. I suggest the host might think to change the rule of closing down the heat every noon without asking the opinion of the guests who after all, paid for this. I was very disappointed with that.

• Mariia (8/5): Nice Hotel in Rome - Hotel was very clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The location was nice, not too close to the center, but with convenient access to public transport. You also have access to the kitchen, where you can make a cup of coffee or tea. Breakfast was included, but it was just biscuits and croissants.

• Silent&random (7/5): Easy to navigate Rome from the property - The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were some snacks and coffee for the breakfast. The place is 5 min walk from the metro station but there is little uphil walk from the metro station to the place. People with heavy luggage may find it bit hectic. The room were ok. They usually charge extra 5 euro perday for A/C during summer. It was close to a busy road and quite noisy even at late night. We put the return key in the designated locker but the property mistakenly send us a bill for key replacement which was werid.

• Zane (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good (and seemed safe) with plenty of grocery shops, restaurants and caffee shops around. Place was quite silent and thankfully seemed clean. Room was dark, everything very dated. Breakfast with packaged food so better take a chance to have coffee in some near bakery - in Rome its opened really early by the way :) Shower was broken, bed loud and not comfy. TV old and small. This is place where you just for sleep not spending time to relax and enjoy.

• Mj (6/5): Pleasant - We liked the location (it was near the metro station), and there were various supermarkets around the building. The host (Muhamed) was nice and helpful. Kitchen was clean. Breakfast was poor (only 2 prepacked croissants, tasteless Coffee and if you are not up early all the cookie jars will be eampty). WiFi was slow and often out of service. 90% of the time the water was cold while showering and you have to wait a long time for hot water. The room could be cleaner.

Breakfast was definitely disaster. It is better to say that there is no breakfast. Because people paying for the breakfast expecting something. At our first day, there was no towel in the room however they have provided next day after we have asked. They were attentive our request.

The windows overlooked a busy street, which helped to feel the atmosphere of Rome. Plastic windows help protect against noise. There is an elevator. Metro 4 minutes walk. There is also a supermarket near the subway. Breakfast: croissant and coffee. The coffee machine is a bit broken. Have cookies, cereal, milk, on your choice. For us it was monotonous, but it's a matter of taste. The pillows were very hard

The bed was comfortable, the owner gave us white and clean towels, toilet paper, etc. There was wifi, hot water in the bathroom, tea/coffee, croissants, biscuits and cereal in the kitchen, the room was cleaned everyday at 10:30 so it was all perfect for a couple. • Alexandra (9/5): Highly recommended, excellent location for exploring Rome! - We stayed in the pink room 'Rosa' room, We had an excellent stay! extremely clean and has a lovely private ensuite bathroom. There is a restaurant next door called Nepalese Fantasia, which had the BEST italian cuisine of our entire trip, highly recommend going there for a meal before you leave Rome. The location was great and very affordable for Rome, walking distance to the Metro (Calli Albani) and so easy to get around, there are supermarkets close by and lovely bakeries with the best takeaway wine and pastries and gelato! The coffee was great, however the breakfast that is included is pre-packaged due to Covid19 measures, it is a small pastry and biscuits, cheese and ham, I would recommend eating breakfast at a nearby bakery - which is very affordable in this neighbourhood.
