- Marc (10/5): mooi hotel om even tot rust te komen na de vele belevingen in Rwanda! - leuk groot hotel - een mooie afwisseling - aangenaam zwembad en fijne mensen was er wat 'te' kalm - wel laagseizoen maar zo een groot hotel mag wel wat volk rondlopen - het eten was ok - maar hier zou je iets meer verwachten op je bord - maar we komen wel terug!!!!

The atmosphere was peaceful, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape — a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beauty of Musanze. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and eager to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, their friendliness and professionalism made my experience feel personal and special. Le confort global et les commodités : restaurant, piscine, etc. C'est un très bel hôtel que je conseille vraiment. Je n'ai rien trouvé de négatif. Un seul point d'amélioration c'est que davantage de personnels parlent français. Avec le développement du tourisme, il est nécessaire d'avoir des personnes qui s'expriment en français.

- Du (10/5): Wonderful stay - I liked Fatima Hotel for its great location near Volcanoes National Park, beautiful mountain views, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. The amenities like the pools and spa made the stay even more relaxing. There wasn’t much I didn’t like everything met my expectations. Some areas could benefit from a little extra attention to make the experience even more exceptional, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

- Rui (2/5): one of the worst hotels I've ever been to, the staff ignores guests' requests, - only location from the treatment of staff who ignore guests' requests, to the elevators that don't work, cold water showers, 1h30m in the restaurant to serve 1 burger, rooms without blackout and with sunlight at 100 % at 6am, the absurd noise at dawn, rooms without sound insulation, broken showers, and the wifi sometimes doesn’t work!! employees ignore customers!! It's one the most surreal thing I've ever seen!!! terrible!

They clearly do lots of conference business there. The lunch buffet was good but pricey for the area at 8,000 RWF. The rooftop view of the volcanoes was incredible and the pool area looked nice though it was too cool to swim while we were there.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is a new property. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Taller or larger people might feel a bit claustrophobic in the small "tube-like" showers. The views of the volcanoes were beautiful, and the hotel had a nice restaurant attached and a bar/patio area next to the pool. The location is conveniently located on the main road through town. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. The staff were friendly but did not always follow through (asked for a hair dryer and didn't get one, for example), and we had some issues getting the front desk staff to honor a prepaid reservation (this may have been caused by a staff change but it still seems like important and basic customer service).

We asked both nights but never was - which was a challenge since we had to leave the hotel early for day activities.

Specially if you compare the resorts in the area...Fqtima has a great pool area with a nice bar in cottage style. Rooms are fine, however check before staying. Some rooms have some minor issues, but then again: this is Africa after all...
