• Reisenderbr1 (8/5): Porblemloser Aufenthalt. Es gibt nichts, was mich an dieses Zimmer erinnern wird. - Problemloser Check-In über Whatsapp-Chat, sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Eher anonym, da Rezeption in der Vorsaison nur spärlich besetzt. Einrichtungsstil super nüchtern. Strictly room only: Es gibt keinen Aufenthaltsort für Gäste ausserhalb des Zimmers.

• Paul (10/5): Lovely place for Chania stay - Deluxe Hotel is excellently located in Splanzia. It is just minutes from both the Venetian Harbour and old town Chania. We had a lovely room. Very clean. It was cleaned everyday day Room was a good size, had a comfortable bed. New towels every day. On the ground floor with access from the street We arrived at about 11 pm so got access to the room from the lockbox. Everything was easy Nothing. Everything was great

The room was very clean, they cleaned and tidied the room everyday. The noise was annoying, the walls are too thin. The green light in the room can be a bother to some people that you can not turn off.

• Cristina (10/5): Great vacation in Chania and perfect stay at Deluxe Hotel - We had a wonderful time at Deluxe Hotel, the room was very spacious, had everything we needed, the room was clean and the staff so nice. The location is in the old part of Chania, 10 min by foot from the sea. All around you can find restaurants and tavernas with food for every taste. There is a mini market just around the corner, so you have have everything on a few minutes walking distance. Thank you for the hospitality!

• Necula (9/5): - The location and staff were both amazing. Very clean, air conditioning working very well and close to both the sea and the center. Also found parking on the street nearby. In the last night there were some very noisy neighbours upstairs but this is obviously not the hotel's fault.
• PANAGIOTIS (8/5): Chania is a beautiful city! Beaches near the city are also excellent. - Location. Location. Location. Next to everything. Relatively new inside and very clean. Large shower and toilet. A bit packed (except the toilet). Facilities inside were not great: lacking a coffee machine or something to warm water, a larger refrigerator would have been needed. There where two flights of narrow stairs making it difficult to carry the large luggage.

The exit sign, the red light panel, the AC… If you choose this hotel and are sensitive to light make sure to bring a sleep mask. The placement of the shower is also uncomfortable, huge amounts of water end up on the floor. They didnt clean the room during our 3 day stay- but they did offer new towels.

• Pierre (10/5): Très beau séjour à Chania - Établissement idéalement situé à la Canée puisqu’en lisière de vieille ville et donc garable ! Sans voiture, on peut vouloir être au cœur de la superbe ville historique. La cuisine est sommaire mais permet de se faire un petit-déjeuner (difficile en revanche de faire plus). C’est quand même un excellent rapport qualité prix La cuisine et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas vraiment de services

• Jeff (9/5): - Fijn appartement in het centrum van Chania. Behulpzaam personeel en fijne slaapkamers. Ruime badkamer maar keuken steld niets voor. Het appartement heeft een perfecte plek, op zaterdag loop je het apartment uit en staat je op de lokale markt. Zeker een aanrader!!

• Vito Leonardo (4/5): Unica cosa positiva ottima posizione - Lasciamo stare Siamo arrivati in stanza odore di varichina insopportabile pavimento tutto bagnato, posso capire avevano appena ( pulito), pulizia camera dopo due giorni e volevano fare il pomeriggio, quando era scritto dalle 11,00 alle 13,00,non c’era la macchina del caffè solo un bollitore, in prenotazione era compresa, letto che si muoveva tutto, non aggiungo altro, forse siamo stati sfortunati noi. . Dacă faci duș aburul rămâne 1 oră în baie și nu o mai poți accesa. Geamul de la baie avea vedere în balconul vecinilor. Persoana de la recepție foarte nepoliticoasă. Ne-a obligat să plătim cash 50 de euro pentru că am lăsat cheia pe interiorul ușii la cameră chiar dacă așa ți se comunică.(Ușa se blochează pentru că are un mâner fix deci o poți deschide doar din cheie - turist scam sau ignoranță)

• Mayha (6/5): Fräscht och lugnt område liten bit från city. - Madrassen i dubbelsängen var fantastiskt skön o jag vill gärna köpa med en hem. Rent, lugnt, underbart vatten i duschen. Bra ac. Lite väl långt att gå, inte helt lätt att få parkering på gatan. Poolen var smutsig och oinbjudande. Duschväggen alldeles för kort så att hela badrumsgolvet blev blött, ingen ventilation i wc.

• Matilde (7/5): Posizione fuori dal caos ma vicina al centro - Posizione ottima se hai la macchina fuori dal caos ma comunque vicinissima al centro ! per un weekend fuori porta senza pretese, va benissimo! dalla foto sembra che la camera matrimoniale abbia un tavolino fuori dalla porta , anche se a piano terra. in realtà la finestra affaccia su una strada dove passano macchine e non dispone di nessun arredo per poter stare all’aperto

• Bart (10/5): Verblijf in Hotel Deluxe - In dit mooie en ruime appartement ben je voorzien van alle gemakken. De badkamer is prachtig en heeft een super fijne douche en is mooi ingericht. Het ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en dat is fijn, want je zit dan niet meteen in de drukte. Het viel mij een beetje tegen dat er geen lift was, maar misschien had ik dat kunnen weten. Het appartement waar ik in zat, zat op de 2e verdieping, dus dat betekent dat ik mijn zware koffer omhoog moest sjouwen. Verder was de bank behoorlijk hard en kwam er een vieze geur uit het koelkastje als je deze opende.

• Matthias (10/5): - We stayed in the family apartment (2 double beds + sofa bed). The apartment was clean when we came in and was cleaned every day. It had all the amenities we needed, like a mini fridge, iron, hair dryer, wifi, AC, etc. The location is very good especially if you want to rent a car because it is close to a big free public car park (5 min walk) and close to the Old town center (10-15 min walk). The lady at the reception was very helpful for all our needs.
