• Antonio (10/5): - L'appartamento si trova a pochi metri dalla metropolitana, da li in pochi minuti si può raggiungere il centro. La zona è tranquilla e abbastanza silenziosa e non mancano attività commerciali come supermercato, tabaccaio e bar. Salvatore è una persona molto cortese e disponibile.

• ISABELLA (4/5): Casa puzzolente - L'appartamento puzzava terribilmente. Il proprietario ha riferito che la colpa era dei precedenti ospiti che hanno cucinato senza aprire le finestre. L'ambiente non era chiaramente stato arieggiato neanche in fase di pulizia ma, d'altronde, l'aspetto della pulizia lasciava moltissimo a desiderare ovunque. Materassi scomodissimi, quello del letto sembrava ad acqua per quanto molleggiava, quello del divano non si stendeva del tutto (troppo nuovo per il proprietario, troppo vecchio per me). I riscaldamenti erano tenuti bassi perciò i primi 2 giorni non si sono attivati. Questo fatto ha reso impossibile anche a me, per via del freddo esterno e per la presenza di 2 bambini piccoli, lasciare le finestre aperte per tutto il giorno, operazione necessaria per togliere la puzza immonda. Lenzuola del divano piccole e bucate. In generale tutta la biancheria ha bisogno di essere rinnovata e tutto l'appartamento (comprese le tende) ha bisogno di una lavata seria. La doccia del bagno è impossibile da utilizzare senza bagnare ovunque e il phon è piccolo ed inutile. La cosa più assurda è stata la richiesta di avere una valutazione da 10... no comment.
• Ramos (8/5): Idéal pour visiter Turin mais un peu bruyant - Très bon emplacement pour accéder rapidement au centre-ville (environ 15 à 25 minutes). Appartement très fonctionnel avec balcon. Places de parking gratuites dans la rue, supermarchés à deux pas. Isolation phonique médiocre avec les voisins et le hall d'entrée (discussions, claquements de porte, aspirateur).

• Chiara (10/5): 2 notti a Torino - Appartamento delizioso così come mostrato in foto. Vicinissimo alla metro Rivoli ( 10 mn sei in centro) e ai servizi (supermercati panetteria bar). Comodo anche per chi come noi andava allo stadio. Il proprietario Salvatore gentile e molto disponibile.

• Hartwig (9/5): Es war Klasse! - Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima, nicht zu zentral aber man ist schnell mit der Straßenbahn in der City. Sehr stylisch und durchdacht eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr gepflegt und top sauber, auch die Waschmaschine (ich hatte schon Ferienwohnungen da war die Maschine unhygenischer, wie meine 4 Tage alte Sportwäsche)! Alles vorhanden was man braucht, der Bäcker ist die Versuchung pur und was wir dort kauften war ausgezeichnet. Mit dem parken des Autos, hatten wir Glück. Einen Parkplatz vor der Haustür zu bekommen, ist eher ungewöhnlich. Ich würde das Appartment jederzeit wieder mieten.
• Wino (10/5): Very nice place to stay. - Nice comfy apartment close to a metro station and close to shops, very good take away pizzaria and bakery. Very nice owner who quickly answers our queries. All was well for us. Maybe a down comforter on the bed would have made it even better.
• Christine (6/5): - Der Eigentümer war nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei und konnten die sehr guten Radwege in die Altstadt nutzen. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe hatten wir auch schnell gefunden. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe, es wackelt und quietscht bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Die Nachbarn waren bis spät in die Nacht und morgens sehr laut. Die zuschlagende Haustür ebenfalls. Die Dusche, das ganze Badezimmer, ist sehr eng. Wir hatten die Wohnung in der VIA Zugmalia 17 zugewiesen bekommen, die man wohl gar nicht mit der anderen Wohnung in der Via Domodossola vergleichen kann. Die Fotos beider Wohnungen sind bei booking.com unter Albero della Fortuna gemischt. Man weiß also gar nicht, was einen erwartet.

• Valentina (10/5): Get a feel for real Torinese life in this mini apartment - The flat was fully equipped and check in / out went very smoothly. It's situated in a very quiet residential area, very close to Rivoli metro station in a really safe (quiet) neighbourhood just a few stops away from the centre. It was also only 10/15 minutes away on foot from one the most charateristic "trattorie" which we had booked (highly recommend going to Le Antiche Sere). The local bakery on the corner was also a treasure trove with all their hand-made specialities. One of the radiators (in living room) didn't switch on automatically so had to be "forced" on remotely by the people managing the property. This was quickly sorted but being able to switch on / off autonomously might have been easier.
• Javiera (7/5): Nice place in need of new sofa bed! - Location was OK, very nice and helpful owner. The kitchen was also a plus. The sofa bed was terrible. Did not have a good sleep.

Bed slightly hard but it's a matter of taste, difficult to be four people around the table when the sofa bed is down.

This made up for a last minute change to the address and size - Comfortable main bed - Clean; second property in next street - unexpected late change to our booking “because of booking process” smaller than expected - last minute change was not expected. Small for 3 people. Shower inadequate.
• Marian (9/5): Very comfortable apartment - In the hot summer, the airconditioning keeps the place cool and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, and though I was alone, it would also be large enough for a small family (there is a sofa bed in the living room). There is even a washing machine. The host was very attentive and responded very promptly when I had questions. It's close to metro station Rivoli, where there is also a Carrefour Express around the corner, open from 8-20.30 (except Sunday afternoon). I enjoyed the Tesoriera park closeby. There was nothing disappointing! The place is rather dark, but in the hot summer this is a good thing as it keeps out the heat. Just a suggestion: a small electric water kettle might be useful.
• Davorin (10/5): A home away from home - It felt like home away from home. Apartment is spacious, clean, very nicely decorated and comfy, with two balconies overlooking streets. Perfect for a couple or a family of four. A few restaurants, bakeries, cafes and pastry shops around, and metro station that takes you to city center just a block away. Salvatore was also very helpful and check-in was easy.

• Elke (10/5): Perfect for a city trip to Turin - Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped apartment. Salvatore is a perfect host, we could even check-in earlier as indicated. Free street parking: finding a parking lot might be a bit tricky, but just circle around, then you will find a space sooner or later. Nothing.

We were banking on the closest subway/train station but it was unfortunately closed at that time. However, the multiple bus stops still allowed for (relatively) easy transportation for my family and I. Salvatore and Cristina were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure our family had everything we need for a comfortable stay.

The host was very attentive and ready to help whenever we needed assistance. Will definitely come back if we travel back to Torino. A microwave oven would have been useful.

The apartment was very clean and located 2 blocks from the metro, several grocery/express markets, bakeries, and restaurants. It was a very easy and quick ride to main area of Turin. We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the host’s patience as we locked ourselves out of apartment twice! Not really negatives, rather some suggestions. Apartment is best suited for 2-3 people. The listing said there was a dishwasher, however, it didn’t work. Kitchen well stocked, but a microwave would be a big plus! Lastly, the beds are a bit firm, a mattress pad would help with that. Overall, outstanding hosts and great value for cost!
• Brandy (9/5): Amazing Host! Great Location! - The host was absolutely fantastic!!! I can not stress that enough. We were a 3 minutes walk to the train and we're 5 minutes walk to 3 grocery stores with many more just a few minutes more away. There were several bakeries, restaurants, and even a fresh produces market right around the corner. Everything was great, but if I had to make recommendations...a microwave would have been great. It wasn't listed so we didn't expect it, but it would have made things with kids a little easier. Also just for reference the mattresses are quite firm. But overall it was a great stay.

Some difficulty for parking around the neighborhood. The fridge and the toilet were not very clean but these things may happen. A host can't be countable for some negligence now and then from the cleaning staff.

• Marilyn (9/5): Torino the town of culture - A nice spacious apartment close to both metro and tram so very easy to get to city centre. Bakery downstairs bars and restaurants close by. Torino is a lovely city with some incredible museums. Automobile & Egyptian especially good. Free parking in street. First in for parking spots can be a bit tricky.

• Stéphane (8/5): Very good - The location close to the metro station. Very easy to reach the historical centre quickly. The apartment is spacious and the A/C in the bedroom is a real plus. Our arrival was quite impersonal: it was difficult to communicate with the person who was sent by the landlord to give us the keys. However, he was available by text message or phone anytime we needed. In terms of equipment: no dishwasher and the toilet flush was noisy all the time (even at night...)
