When we got there (after a 12 hour flight), we got told that the room we had booked had already been taken by someone else and were offered a downgrade for the same price. When trying to argue about it, we got told to cancel our booking and no other options were offered to us. Don’t recommend.

• Cormac (3/5): Poor - Overall the chatbox wasn't that bad, but they overbooked our room so they said that they would upgrade us to a better room and then give us back the room after which I was delighted about. The upgraded room was really nice and then came time to move, the host showed me the room which could have been the worst room in the hostel. 2 single beds, when I booked a double, a broken bed frame, mould and dirty. Definitely not the initial room I booked so I mentioned it to him and at first he denied but then admitted that our room was still booked and thought I wouldn't notice?? Eventually he booked another place for us called Dreamcatcher which was not a nice place, dirty and smelly all around the hostel. The plaster in our room was peeling away. Was not a good experience for our last night. Overall if we got the room we booked I'd rate the place highly but there was such a lack of respect that it fell well below expectations. Be careful

• Cristian (6/5): Pleasant - The location is convenient and surrounded by a food market and 711. There were two beautiful cockroachs making love while I was taking a shower. Above my head. Not enough there was one on top of the toilet paper. 😂 Thank God I am not scared of those, but any other sensible person would have had a heart attack.

• Daudier (7/5): restful - The property is mostly clean, very very calm. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Close to everything and easy of access. the fact that it’s in an alley makes it a bit creepy and hard to find, if you open the windows there’s weird smell. in the bathroom it’s super hot and also smelly, they don’t change the toilet paper often.

Despite on booking.com it's stated under "policy of the property" that "cash is not accepted" the hostel actually accept ONLY CASH. Despite booking in advance my room (capsule/ box) was unavailable, so it was offered to me a normal bed (classic dormitory room, open beds ,no curtains) for the same price. I just left to look for another place

• Arya (5/5): Passable - It’s clean but weird vibes. Definitely not a social hostel and don’t expect any help from the staff. There’s practically never someone at the reception. When I checked in there was nobody and someone had to go get the owner to check me in. Same thing for check out, I had to leave the keys on the counter and no one was there.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Quiet and comfortable stay - The staff were really kind and made us feel kind. The hostel is situated in a quiet area, it felt brand new and spotless, the showers were great and the breakfast was good.
• Yee Chuen (10/5): A well equipped, clean and comfort new hostel. - A very new, clean and facility well equipped, convenient and comfort conditioning hostel. Totally out of my expectation for such a affordable price of hostel. The staff is friendly and helpful and ready to service me! Really worth to stay! Perfect for solo or 2-3 friends travelers
