• Virginia (9/5): Ruhige Lage in Chinatown - Super Lage mit perfekter Anbindung. Es fährt eine Straßenbahn, ein Bus und eine U-Bahn in der Nähe zu Fuß ist all das super zu erreichen. Das Appartement liegt direkt im "Chinatown" auch da ist immer viel los aber trotzdem hört man von alle dem nichts. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, eine kleine Küche und einen Balkon.

• Maria Alessia (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo residence a Milano e non posso che parlarne bene! La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal parco Sempione dal castello Sforzesco e con un piacevole camminata attraverso il parco si raggiunge il centro, in generale si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere diverse zone della città. La struttura è pulita, accogliente e il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile.
• Deborah (8/5): Apartment in local residential property in non-touristy location - Convenient access to Olympic events and public transportation. Enjoyed being in Chinatown away from super touristy areas. Didn't realize we booked a "residence" versus regular hotel but it turned out fine once we figured out logistics. Large standard studio apartment with kitchen. Did not have 24 hr, weekend lobby coverage since it is not a hotel. Would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. For example, didn't know where to leave keys upon departure in off hours and who to ask at first.

• PERRIN (8/5): Résidence propre et calme, proche transport et centre historique. - Résidence simple, sans charme particulier, mais propre, calme et bien située. Proche de la gare Porta Garibaldi et du centre. Le tram passe dans la rue voisine. La personne de l'accueil est sympathique. Un peu de sel et d'huile pour faire la cuisine (j'avoue que je n'avais pas prévu de devoir les apporter ; ce n'est pas pratique) et du savon dans la douche pas seulement pour une nuit. Mais ce sont des détails.

Probably great for longer stay The kitchen space was well equipped but for a short stay was not very useful - no salt, oil or even kitchen detergent so I was not able to use without getting all these for 5 days' stay. Reception and housekeeping is not available on the weekend. The ac ventilation is on the balcony and hot air coming out makes it not possible to stay outside even if ac is off

• Irene (8/5): Overall, not exactly - Top floor was nice and quiet and felt safe as balcony had no lock that I was aware of. Nice to have a fridge and small kitchen. Beds were fine Room looks like the advertised photos and it’s in walking distance to main attractions if you like to walk a lot like we do. Wish there were screens on the windows as mosquitos were biting as we slept, and there was a smell like baby powder in the air so wanted to keep windows open. Place was farther from the train station than I expected (in China town) Didn’t understand from the advertisement that this was a university-dorm-like like residence. Had I known I would have been fine with it, it just took me by surprise.

Property has 2 lifts, doorman until late, very friendly staff. Just few minutes from supermarket, tram stop, cafes and metro

• Gloria (1/5): Might only be good in the summer - The location of the apartment. The fact that it was cleaned. The apartment was very very cold. There were no amenities like hairdryer. The WiFi password we received was not working. The porter scammed us of some money. The plugs were very unsafe and old, one came out of the wall when I tried to unplug my charger. The floor was also made of tiles and it kept even colder, we could barely change. They mentioned you need to separate the trash in some bins which were nowhere to be found in the house.
• Ir (9/5): A wonderful stay in via Giuseppe Giusti 6. - A large room apartment complete with everything. Moreover a complete kitchen set-up, hence very convenient for us to cook, and enjoy our menus. A bit far from the city centre. However we could easily use the trams and subway.
• Lilya (1/5): Not worth the money. - The only advantage was the location. Every was old and worn out. The fridge made loud noise throughout the night. The floor was cold tile which was not comfortable for the baby. We had to ask for every appliance such as kettle, hairdryer at the reception.
• Campos (6/5): Pleasant - Very well located near busy Chinatown. No noise from street so you can enjoy a quiet night. Very spacious room Overall old looking and not very comfortable.
• Tanya (9/5): Facilities were basic but as expected. We were only there 8 hrs a night. Loved the location and our time in Milan. - Security- Felt very safe. It’s tucked in off street so very quiet. Location - just around the corner from Chinatown, with great night atmosphere, bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to Stazione (30 mins) and 25 mins to Duomo. €10 cab fare only from stazione. Tram is around corner. Bounce luggage storage is only 300m away. Staff- extra helpful upon checkin. Office not manned over weekend but there is a facility supervisor who you can contact for a small fee. This didn’t affect us though. Laundry not available at night time. No aircon remote but just turned on at unit
• Ignacio (8/5): Good value, good location, decent accommodations - The location is quite good, it is close to the tram and several options for public transportation. The room was quite big and the staff was friendly and kind. I think it's a good value. The price is ok, and you get a good room with decent accommodations for it. It was a bit hard to find the entrance since it's inside the block and you have to enter from a parking place gate. A small detail that was a bit annoying was the elevator, a minor thing, but you have to take it 1 at a time.

• Travelluci (9/5): Quiet convenient pleasant place - The apartment is small but comfortable, clean and we had everything we needed. It's a bright, sunny place, shops and bars, restaurants, all very close in walking distance. We also walked to nearby parks, the castello and Duomo. The reception is friendly and someone is always there. We would stay here again.

I think wifi etc was a little unreliable and there were no toiletries or basics like tea, coffee, soap, washing up liquid etc.

Reception doesn't work properly. The room wasn't cleaned well. The security deposit of EUR 50 has been taken and returned upon arrival. But nobody checked if everything was OK at the end. The kitchen sponge was used. No dish washing liquid provided.

It was lot smaller and we did not get double bed, we’ve got two sofas that we, ourselves, somehow turned into beds. It was uncomfortable because the sofas kept on separating all the time. Big dislike for this! Water pressure in the toilette was very low. There weren’t hair dryer and iron in the room. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and there was no furniture on the balcony. Elevator is for one person at a time only, so wierd and not practical. The worst thing is that there was no Air Condition remote in the room, so we used a button on the air condition to turn it on and off but we couldn’t change the temperature so most of the time it was hot in the room.

• Edwin (4/5): BEAUTIFUL FROM FAR, FAR FROM BEAUTIFUL - Honestly, the ladies at the reception were kind and the rooms were clean. The place is in Chinatown which is maybe 2km from milano centrale. We found it safe and easy to access using the tram et.al Remember the ladies at the reception, they were nice but only to the extent of their instructions from management. Our room had a TV with no access to internet and a double bed. We told them to change the TV and get us a smart but unfortunately they could not. The same applied to the bed. The caretaker was rude in a mumbled language we couldn't understand when we requested him to come check our lights which had tripped. Oh whilst we are on this topic, Any late check in or any services by the caretaker after 11pm attracts 15 euros... Yea House keeping came into the room once whilst we were practically naked after knocking once. Had to lock myself in the shower. They also only clean the floor and bed. Dishes are on you. There is a hidden damage deposit of 50 euro which you only get to learn about upon check in. There are many booby traps in the house, eg. Tv on top of fridge, electric cooker next to sink, tiny bathroom etc. which may set you up to loosing the 50 euro
• Stauffer (8/5): Excellent value for money if you want to explore Milan, with many sights within walking distance - Great location to explore Milan - Chinatown with lots of street food and great bars is around the corner, and the Parc Sempione, Brera and even the Dome are within walking distance. Excellent value for money. The free wifi didn't work for me, but otherwise all fine.
