(sogar die Putzfrau beim Waschbecken putzen hatte ein breites Grinsen im Gesicht) und ein schönes Gebäude mit allerei Räumlichkeiten gab es zu erkunden. Da gab es Druckknöpfe im Bad, die man drücken sollte, wenn man die Düsen im Becken aktivieren wollte, aber irgendwie hat das nicht funktioniert. Egal, nimmt einem nicht die Freude an all den anderen interessanten Highlights dort.

- Karen (5/5): Nice wellness but disappointing dinner - Great wellness, friendly staff They advertise their dinner as a 6 course menu, but it’s a buffet. I was shocked when I realized it. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the website! Also unfortunately the wellness area was difficult to enjoy due to the kids playing in the pool. There were also kids in the 16+ area.

- Jana (8/5): Do tohoto hotelu se moc rádi ještě vrátíme. - Snídaně byly opravdu skvělé, stejně jako večeře a odpolední svačiny, které jsme zažili úplně poprvé a moc jsme si je užili. :) V hotelu bylo poměrně hodně rodin s dětmi, proto bychom uvítali hodinu (pozdní odpoledne/ večer) v bazénu bez dětí.:)

- Ramona (10/5): Hervorragend war unser Aufenthalt. - Doppelzimmer Deluxe: Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, aber leider ein bisschen zu warm für den Schlaf. Frühstück und Abendessen war reichlich und sehr gut! Der ganze Aufenthalt war sehr schön aber leider zu kurz!

Der Kamin in der Mitte hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten einen festen Tisch. Alles war immer gut vorbereitet. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bad im Zimmer braucht Renovierung. Die Badewanne war alt und die Fliesen auch. Das Wasser im Wellnessbereich könnte ein bisschen wärmer sein.
- Tina Schlarb (6/5): Das Hotel ist gut (Lage und Personal); aber das angebotene Essen hat uns leider den Urlaub verdorben - Das komplette Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Wellnessbereich war gut ausgestattet und sauber; es war alles da was man braucht. Bei der Reservierung unbedingt ein renoviertes Zimmer buchen; die nicht renovierten Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertung bezüglich Essen gebucht. Anstatt einem 6-Gänge-Menü wurde ein fades, lauwarmes und wenig ansprechendes Kantinenessen in Buffetform serviert. Auch das Frühstück war kein Highlight, aber okay. Die Nachmittagsjause war überschaubar, einfallslos (es gab immer das Gleiche) und ebenfalls in Buffetform. Das ist definitiv kein 4 Sterne Niveau. Wir haben ab dem dritten Tag trotz bezahlter HP im Nachbarhotel /-restaurant gespeist; das Essen dort war sehr lecker.

Jedes Hotel der Welt sollte eine Daniel und eine Leyla haben. Schöner Wellness Bereich , sehr vielseitig. Leider was das Essen am ersten Abend nicht ganz so fein , der zweite Abend hat es dann aber wieder gut gemacht. Die Whirlpools waren leider etwas kalt aber ansonsten alles top

Ve všech ohledech "ins Jahre gekommen", což by úplně nevadilo, nebýt koberce a zdí v pokoji se skvrnami 😯+ opatření k udržitelnosti, která mi nedavala smysl, spíše omezují komfort ubytovaných.

- Regina (1/5): Sehr schlecht - Abendessen und Frühstück war einigermaßen ok Extrem altes Hotel, kein Wasserkocher , keine Tassen, kein Tee/ Kaffee, ein alter Geruch im Zimmer, alte unbequeme Betten. Nachts waren Schüsse draußen , betrunkene Männer haben was gespielt und keiner von der Hotelpersonal hat Polizei gerufen , auf unseren Anruf an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt , sie verstehen kein Deutsch an der Rezeption und beim zweiten Anruf , vielleicht ist es Hochzeit um 5 Ihr früh und sie wird nichts machen, bis Ihre Kollegen kommt. Also sicher keine 4 Sterne für das Hotel ! Preis ist viel zu hoch für so ein Hotel

- Stefanie (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Man ist sehr freundlich empfangen worden (Willkommens-Sekt). Auf dem Zimmer stand ein kleiner Kuchen. Das Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen, waren hervorragend!! Sehr lecker!! Der Wellnessbereich auch sehr schön, sehr viel liebe zum Detail. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war etwas veraltet, dennoch schön, aber für den Preis etwas zu teuer.

- Sandra (10/5): Highly recommended! - We were absolutely delighted with our stay. Everything was clean, tidy and warm, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and always available when needed. We had half board and the food was delicious with a good variety of choices. In the afternoon we were served snacks, which was a great bonus, and for dinner we could choose meals for our children from the kids’ menu, which was very convenient. The wellness area has a smaller but very clean and warm pool, whirlpool tubs and a sufficient number of saunas. I also treated myself to a massage, which was excellent. Just a 2–3 minute walk away there is a small ski and sledding area, and we were lucky to have plenty of snow during our stay. The town of Abtenau is very charming and has everything you need — a Spar supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants. We stayed at the hotel during winter, but we will definitely return in the warmer months to enjoy biking tours and other outdoor activities. Highly recommended!

You can tell that everything in the hotel is well-thought-out and designed to make guests feel special (welcome gifts, additional menu for kids for dinner etc.) The pool and spa area are excellent, and the water was perfectly warm! Hotel is very close to small baby-slope for skiing and sledding. Thank you, we hope to visit you again! -

Everything you need for a relaxed ski holiday with great village hospita - Friendly and welcoming staff with a cosy country town vibe, close to the slopes. The food was authentic and plentiful! The kindest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever come across. The accommodation has everything you need with an authentic old Austrian village feel. We received complementary cake in our room and home made jams as a departure gift. Great value for money if you’re looking for a relaxed alpine holiday. Plenty of snow walks and beautiful scenery to see. Nothing.

Сніданок та вечерю можна замовити в ресторані готелю. Готель розташований близько від визначних місць, які ми планували подивитись. В різдвяний вечір власники готелю організували святкову вечерю і всіх вітали з Різдвом, було приємно. Було мало снігу за час нашого перебування(
