• Santiago LS (10/5): Muy buena opción - Pequeño apartamento bien equipado y muy limpio. Se encuentra en una zona alejada del centro, en una calle bastante tranquila y con buen acceso. Perfecta comunicación con la anfitriona. Sin duda repetiré No es posible dejar la habitación a oscuras durante el día, tiene una claraboya de techo y entra muchísima luz, lo cual es un problema para mí que no es achacable a la anfitriona

• Michel (1/5): We are extremely disappointed with our stay! - Subject: Urgent Complaint – Immediate Action Required Dear Booking.com Customer Service, We are writing to formally complain about our recent booking. We had a confirmed reservation at Nad Přehradou 8, Brno, but one day before our arrival, the property owner informed us that the apartment was already occupied by other guests, and we were forced to move to Adamcova 8, Brno. This last-minute change caused significant disruption, and the alternative apartment was unacceptable: No television, despite being listed. Electric kettle not functioning. Sofa extremely dirty and covered with sheets to hide the dirt (not to mention the odor). Such treatment is unacceptable, especially after receiving booking confirmation. We request immediate compensation, such as a partial refund or other appropriate measures, to address this inconvenience. We expect your prompt response and resolution of this matter. • Linda (10/5): Excellent accommodation, happy to return - The room looked more spacious than in the pictures. It was located in a very quiet area just outside Brno. We wanted to go for bike rides so it was an excellent location for us. It was really clean and the host was very helpful.

• Richard (8/5): Low priced apartment for people who travel alone or as a couple in a rather quiet part of Brno. - Very friendly host. Low priced, small apartment with double bed, kitchen, bathroom (toilet and shower), two chairs, a small table and an armchair. There's a shopping center and a streetcar station (roughly 30 min to Brno main station) in about 10 min walking distance, and there's a nice lake pretty close-by. Rather quiet neighborhood. The apartment could have been cleaner. There was dust on the doors, door frames and windowsills, and there were also cobwebs in several corners. Plus, there were several caraway (or similar) seeds scattered in the kitchen and on the floor. The lighting was rather cold and unpleasant. A floor lamp with a nice, cozy, warm light (to read a book in the evening) would have been awesome.
