Thomas (10/5): Aufgrund von Zeitmangel konnten wir leider nicht verlängern;-( - Es war einfach genial! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, durften unser Zimmer sogar schon früher beziehen als geplant und haben zudem ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns ausführlich die Umgebung erklärt, und wir konnten es uns richtig gut gehen lassen. Das Essen war einfach himmlisch und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – nochmals ein großes Lob an die Küche, es war ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll vorbereitet, und wirklich jeder findet dort etwas Passendes – egal ob Fleisch, vegetarisch oder sogar vegan. Das Personal war durchweg super freundlich, und wir hatten zusätzlich das Glück, den Wellnessbereich ganz für uns allein zu genießen. Im Sommer gehen wohl die wenigsten in die Sauna, was es für uns umso entspannter und genussvoller gemacht hat. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank für alles. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau: ein frisch gepresster Orangensaft hat am Frühstücksbuffet gefehlt.

Staff is friendly, it was so appreciated as I didn't have the same experience in other places in Austria. Pillows are very soft, but I asked the staff for extra ones and they were very kind and provided us with more. The only little issue, nothing big really only as a recommendation: Kettle is a must in the rooms 😭 it's so cold outside in winter, and it would be so nice being able to prepare a warm drink after being out for hours.

Stefanie (10/5): - Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal, das alle Wünsche versucht zu erfüllen. Ruhige Lage und gut eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer, mit bequemen Betten. Parkmöglichkeiten an der Unterkunft. Das reichhaltige Frühstück und der große Wellnessbereich laden zum Verweilen ein. Ein Pool fehlt noch, ist aber in Planung. Im Keller gibt es einen Tischkicker und Snackautomat. Durch das kostenlose Busticket und nahe gelegene Haltestellen ist man zügig in der Innenstadt und kann die Stadt stressfrei und ohne zusätzliche Parkkosten erkunden. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder. I would definitely repeat it. - Wonderful staff, room size and cleanness, silence, fabulous breakfast Not too big an inconvenience but those who don’t travel by car should know that Salzburg is at 30-34 minutes by bus. But the bus service is very good and reliable. Additionally, since May 2025, after doing the pre check-in tourists receive a free transportation ticket valid in the entire Salzburg region during their stay.

There is a wellness center that has a sauna and it’s also really big. We loved staying here and would stay again!

La struttura è in una buona posizione per visitare Salisburgo e dintorni. Per essere un 4 stelle non aveva il condizionatore, non aveva il frigo bar, non aveva un appoggio per la valigia, non aveva una tv con un canale italiano.In stanza abbiamo trovato insetti anche dentro il letto. Lo staff non è gentile e non cerca di farsi capire da chi non sa la lingua. L’unica molto disponibile e professionale è la signora italiana, che si è prodigata per un cambio stanza.

Orna (10/5): מלון מעולה ומיוחד נהננו מאוד מהשהיה בו - מלון מצוין עם עיצוב מיוחד ונעים, מסעדה טובה, חדרים מרווחים ונקיים באופן יוצא דופן, מיטה נוחה מאוד, מיקום מצוין ליד שדה התעופה מומלץ ביותר למי שמחפש מלון לפני הטיסה אהבנו הכל(:

Lucie (10/5): - Pokoj prostorný, čistý, vybavení perfektní, postele pohodlné... Snídaně standardní, co se mi líbilo, tak byla příprava vajíček dle přání na místě kuchařem.
Emanuela (9/5): - Tutto perfetto dall'accoglienza alle informazioni per la visita alla città e anche per i biglietti dei mezzi gratuiti. Pulizia eccellente, letti comodi e aria condizionata ben funzionante. Colazione buona, solo un po' poca scelta nei dolci. Assenza frigorifero in camera.
