• Lutz (7/5): Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen - Kompetente und freundliche Personal. Die Lage und das Frühstück Wenn in der Beschreibung zum Hotel Restaurant u. Barbetrieb steht muss auch ein Restaurant da sein und nicht nur ein Speisesaal. An der Bar könnte eine Klingel recht vorteilhaft sein dann muss man nicht wenn man bestellen will durch halbe Hotel laufen. Oder es muss bemerkt werden das im Winter Kein Restaurantbetrieb ist und die Lobby Bar beschränkt einsatzfähig ist (erst Personal holen)

• Beata (9/5): A nice hotel in a great location/Fajny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji - Wszystko mi się podobało :-) Byłam po sezonie (listopad) więc było niewiele osób, cisza i spokój. Wspaniała obsługa- kompetentna, empatyczna, uśmiechnięta. Pyszne i zróżnicowane posiłki, bardzo ładnie podane. Pokój przestronny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Mimo niewielkiej liczby gości dobrze ogrzany. Dość wygodny parking. Lokalizacja przy samej promenadzie, wiec niedaleko plaża i molo. I liked everything :-) I visited after the season (November), so there were few people, peace and quiet. Great service—competent, empathetic, smiling. Delicious and varied meals, very nicely served. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Despite the small number of guests, it was well heated. Quite convenient parking. Located right on the promenade, so not far from the beach and pier Myślę, że w lecie może brakować klimatyzacji I think that air conditioning may be lacking in the summer

• Gino (4/5): Schönes Hotel mit unfreundlichen Personal - Die Lage und die Sauberkeit sowie das Frühstück. Die Empfangsdame. Absolut nicht Lösungsorientiert in vielerlei Hinsichten. Sehr schade … Aber allein aus dem Grund wie sie mit den Gästen umgeht, würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Sie war am Abend des 9.8.25 an der Rezeption.

• Małgorzata (9/5): - Wspaniała lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do morza. Na molo byliśmy po 3 minutach. Niestety tak jak w większości hoteli aktualnie, również w Kielczance stosowany jest aromamarketing. Rozpytanie sztucznych zapachów (nie mylić z aromaterapią gdzie stosuje się naturalne olejki eteryczne) niestety nie wpływa dobrze na zdrowie gości. Warto przemyśleć ten temat.

• Paul (9/5): Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. - Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

• Annett (8/5): Perfekt Lage und tolles Hotel - Das Personal war sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, besonders die Parlplatzmitarbeiter und das Personal beim Frühstück. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und vor allem war alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Parkplatz ist schön groß, sogar für Fahrräder gibt es Platz. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, direkt an der Strandpromenade und nur wenige Schritte zum Strand. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants. Im Wellnessbereich war das Personal total überlastet. Es war nicht möglich in 5 Tagen wenigstens eine Behandlung zu buchen. Als wir Termine machen wollten wurden wir ständig vertröstet, so dass wir kaum was unternehmen konnten.

• Helmut (10/5): - Das Hotel besticht mit seiner Sauberkeit, der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Beschäftigten. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten und jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon und einen Kühlschrank. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 5 min bis zur Strandpromenade ca. 8 min und bis ins Zentrum ca. 15 Gehminuten. Das Frühstück ist sehr üppige und es wird ständig nachgelegt. Es ist auch für Vegetarier gesorgt. Mir hat alles gefallen.
• JG (7/5): - sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück das Zimmer war i.O. vom Balkon, schöner Blick in die Stadt guter Spa-Bereich vom Hotel, kurze Wege in die angrenzenden Gastätten und auch an die Mole sehr guter bewachter Parkplatz, direkt am Hotel im 1-Bett-Zimmer gab es nur 3 Steckdosen, davon waren 2 Steckdosen nur für den Fernseher/Kühlschrank benutzbar. die weitere Steckdose war direkt am Bett ( es fehlte noch eine Steckdose am Tisch) Leider konnte man nur mit geschlossenden Fenster schlafen. Bei offenen Fenster hat man Freitags und am Wochenende, von der angrenzende Promenade am Abend / spätabends (nach 22 Uhr). Musik & laute Menschen gehört. Desweiteren war der Bahnhof in Sichtweite, so dass man die Züge gehört hat (lautes hupen, beim ein- und ausfahren des Zuges).

Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist auch an Vegatarier gedacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet wird ständig wieder aufgefüllt. Da fällt mir nichts ein.

• Bartosz (7/5): Fajne miejsce, bdb jedzenie. - Fajny obiekt, duży wybór jedzenia,okolica położenie idealne. Bardzo miłe i pomocne Panie z recepcji. Pozwolono nam zostać godzinę dłużej aniżeli planowane wymeldowanie. Brak basenu,ale to wiadomo już przy rezerwacji. Mały minus, to Pan Grzesiu z restauracji hotelowej. Chcieliśmy dokupić obiad. Pani z recepcji poinformowała nas,że kosztuje 55 za os. Przy wejściu na salę Grzesiu mówi,że 75. Mówimy,że mamy info,że 55,bo jesteśmy gośćmi.nie poinformował nas o tym,tylko podał wyższą cenę. Był totalnym niedowiarkiem. To taki mały minus przez George'a;)
• Przemolca (10/5): Polecam - To był mój drugi pobyt w Kielczance i ponownie jestem bardzo zadowolony. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację – blisko morza i atrakcji. Pokoje są czyste, zadbane i komfortowe. Obsługa uprzejma i pomocna, zawsze z uśmiechem. Śniadania smaczne i różnorodne. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń – zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę ponownie.
