- Carla (8/5): Tres agréable séjour - Personnel de l'hotel très accueillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est savoureux et copieux. J'ai tres bien dormi, les lits confortables et la chambre est silencieuse malgré la localisation de l'hôtel à côté de la gare et de la route. Je le recommande pour son excellent rapport qualité prix.

The room we occupied was dark and dingy…..outdated would be an understatement. The bathrooms, need a complete overhaul. The entire hotel felt sad. Trani, is the most BEAUTIFUL city….for its size, it is extremely cosmopolitan, very chic, super clean, and the friendliness of the people who call it home were amazing. Everything from the architecture to the restaurants/cafes and shoppers was first class. My wish for this hotel, is modernizing would be a great opportunity to attract more guests. It is within walking distance to the train station. However, it is a hike to the city center and the port. The staff were terrific! Internet, sometimes it worked, but most of the time it didn’t. Overall….its not expensive. You get what you pay for. When I return….ill stay near the port and the city center.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Für eine Nacht o.k. - Die Lage ist super, das Hotel konnte sehr gut vom Flughafen innerhalb von 30min. mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Die Altstadt ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Das Auto konnte sicher in der Parkgarage untergebracht werden. Von der nahegelegenen Bahnstrecke wurde der Schlaf nicht gestört. Der Service an der Rezeption war exzellent, sehr freundlich, kompetent und schnell. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert, an den alten Bädern müsste dringend etwas getan werden. Die Duschkabine ist verkalkt, mehrere kleine Müllteile noch im Bad. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut, es gab auch Ei, Wurst, Käse, Müsli und frische Früchte.

- Claudio (4/5): - In spite of the fact that the staff was welcoming and kind, we encountered some disruptions that affected our stay: 1) the shower trap was literally detached from the wall and once fell on a child's head 2) the shutter did not work and did not allow to have some darkness during the early hours of the morning 3) the air conditioning broke down one night and it was impossible to sleep because it looked like a helicopter 4) the connection service was poor

I could also hear a tv from my neighbors and their talking, not that good for a rest at night. The location of the hotel is perfect, few minutes from a train station and old town/ marina in Trani.

Ottima posizione vicino al centro e alla stazione. Buona e ricca la colazione.
- Anna (8/5): si può fare meglio... - siamo stati in questo hotel per 2 notti , non siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti per i seguenti motivi: 1 servirebbe la doppia tenda in camera. 2 in bagno si potrebbe mettere anche una cuffia doccia ecc ecc (set cortesia scarsissimo) 3 La colazione poi (anche se in periodo Covid ) avrebbero potuta organizzarla meglio , mancanza di salato come affettati , uova , pancetta ecc . anche come dolce pochissima scelta .

- Stefano (8/5): Hotel Ibis vecchio, ma coi suoi pregi - Ottime camere, hotel tenuto bene, servizi e disponibilità del personale ottimi, ma pulizia molto molto molto scarsa. Unica pecca che ho avuto è che appena si arriva in hotel, viene assegnato un parcheggio auto (sotterraneo) che sarà tuo fino a tutta la durata del pernotto; un giorno l'ho trovato occupato da un'altra auto e sino stato costretto a parcheggiare in un altro posto (sempre nel parcheggio).

Lo staff è gentile, cordiale e professionale La colazione è molto soddisfacente. Le stanze sono pulite, curate nel dettagli, ma poco comode (qualche piano d’appoggio in più ). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
