Par ailleurs, la chambre est impeccable, au calme et, fait rare pour être signalé, les toilettes et la salle d’eau sont séparées. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation. On y est beaucoup mieux que dans les maisons hanok traditionnelles. Rien. Tout était parfait.

• Bibian (10/5): Tot rust komen in een culturele stad! - De eigenaar van het verblijf was zooooo aardig! Hij hielp met het vinden van de leukste eettentjes en dingen om te doen. Ook hadden we problemen met de trein en taxi en daar hielp hij ook bij! Echt een topper! Verder was de accommodatie heel goed en vooral de tuin beviel ons enorm. De locatie was ook goed!

• Tetyana (10/5): - We stayed just one night, which honestly felt too short. The room is beautiful, calm, well-designed, with a great view over the hanok houses. Location is also perfect. You can walk everywhere. But the real highlight is the host. Genuinely kind, thoughtful, and super helpful. He shared a few restaurant and café recommendations, we tried several and all were spot on! The teahouse in particular was amazing. Those recommendations really elevated our experience in Jeonju. Thank you again, we’d love to come back.

• Tiffany (10/5): Overall, I had a cozy, well-cared-for stay. - I loved my stay here! The host was super friendly and welcoming, and even shared great food and attraction tips. The room was quiet, spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos. Comfortable bed, modern yet traditional vibe, and the underfloor heating was a lifesaver during cold nights (plus a portable electric heater and hot showers!). I was able to rest well during all the three nights. The attention to detail from the host was clear – from the thoughtful interior to making sure I stayed warm and cozy throughout the cold nights. Location is great too! The guesthouse is walking distance to attractions and a lovely stream nearby. The host even helped book a taxi when I checked out in the early morning. There's nothing I don't like.

Só tive pena de não ficar mais tempo porque senti-me verdadeiramente acolhida. Se voltar ficarei seguramente no mesmo sítio. O frigorífico faz algum barulho o que pode incomodar quem tenha um sono leve e as toalhas providenciadas são todas pequeninas.

As we are on a carnivore diet, the breakfast was a little bit sparse but we supplemented by purchasing eggs and meat at the nearest 7/11 which was not problem.

We had everything we needed to have a relaxing and rejuvenating time. The breakfast was a bit too minimalist. It would have been nice to have a bit more food and variety. On the plus side, the cold teas provided were delicious.

The location is excellent, just on the edge of the Hanok village and within easy walking distance of a number of the sites you’d want to visit in Jeonju. The room was very clean and comfortable. • Christin (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Der Besitzer ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gibt sich viel Mühe und kümmert sich um seine Gäste. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Es sind nur wenige Meter in das Hanok-Village, sowie zum Markt und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es war ein sauberes Zimmer und sogar mit einem kleinen Garten, den man nutzen konnte.

The location is perfect, the shower one of the best we’ve experienced and the option to relax with a coffee on the terrace was very welcome. Excellent local hiking options too. Bed a little soft for us but the benefits outweigh this small niggle.

The guesthouse was centrally located and all the major tourist attractions were within walking distance. • Judith (10/5): Cozy oasis in Hanok Village, Jeonju - I really liked the personal touch from the willingness to store my luggage before check-in, to the mornings with a delicious and nutritious breakfast served in a welcoming common area. It was cozy, and the garden view was serene and beautiful. It was very close to lots of attractions. It was a delight to stay there and I would recommend it to anyone. There was nothing I didn't like. 🙂

• Rudolph (10/5): Great place, most helpful hosts. - We enjoyed a most beautiful stay at this guesthouse. It is located in the old town and places of interest are within walking distance. The room was lovely with bedding that showed care and beauty. There was a small breakfast served in the morning and coffee and tea were available all day. What made our stay a most treasured experience were the host and hostess of this guesthouse. They were most kind and made us feel welcome. We appreciated their support and advice. A big thank you to them. If we were to return, this guesthouse would be our first choice. People with back issues might find the mattress too soft. There was a second bed in the room with a firm mattress and we were given linens to use it. This was much appreciated.

Also he recommended several places to be visited as sightseeings, restaurants and master class ppaces to make something by yourself. It was a very clean and nice place to stay! • Jenn (10/5): Great location and best hospitality from the host. - Friendly and helpful host! The guesthouse is 3min walk to Hanok village street food and attraction. There is a convenient store nearby. The room is cozy, warmth and spacious. Breakfast is simple yet delicious! The host shared the address in Korean before we arrived that has helped us to tell the taxi driver. The host is very informative and knowledgeable about the attraction. He has advised us the key attractions to visit and he will check in with us from time to time to make sure we are ok. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Everything was good.
• Heather (10/5): A stylish and spacious guest house with very friendly, helpful and welcoming owners. . - A very well thought out guest house with the owners obviously having a good eye for design. Spacious living and bathroom by Korean standards and nice touches throughout, like wooden accents and good linen. Very quiet. The small fridge was well stocked with goodies for breakfast. Very helpful and friendly owners who recommended places to see and eat. It also had the most comfortable bed in Korea! There was also a small cafe on site which is a bonus. It was all great.

• Jpr (10/5): Perfect Hanok Stay in great location - Beautiful Hanok in the village. It is towards the river end of the village so is really quiet but only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of the village. Perfect location. We stayed in the room with two large double beds, it also had two modern bathrooms, a small kitchenette and a large lounge area with TV and a massage chair. It was really comfortable, modern and clean. There was also a lovely courtyard area to sit out and there was a washing machine and dryer that we could use, really useful as we are travelling for a couple of months and need to do our laundry from time to time. The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly and spoke enough English to be able to recommend places to visit and eat at. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend. Nothing, really loved it

• Inês (10/5): Exceptional - Super nice place to stay, calm location away from the busy streets. We were very comfortable aswell, had everything we needed and the owner is very very sweet. We let us store our bags there before check in time and he transfered to the room. We recommend this place if you're coming to Jeonju :)
• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - This was the most relaxing, comfortable, light room. The neighborhood was quiet, scenic and we had a lovely balcony to sit on outside. The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions of places to visit, restaurants and tea rooms. The breakfast was toast with spreads, juice, tea/coffee, plus fruit and an egg. The room was airy with opening windows and the sun came in too. The taxi from the bus station was NZ $9 and taxi to train station. was NZ $11. It was in a fantastic location in the Hanok village and within an easy walk of the river pathway, Jaman mural village and other sights.

• Sharon (10/5): Guest house in great location with THE most hospitable owner - The owner of the guesthouse could not have been more helpful. So friendly and obliging. I would recommend this place just for that but it's also a great secure accommodation in a good position. There is a pretty courtyard to relax in and the beds are a relief from the usual rock like korean mattresses. Nothing. It was great here

They even spoke English, which was really nice for a change (to have a little small talk with Koreans after traveling for over two weeks). The little private terrace was fun, too, as we got to watch some entertaining real Korean street life. :) We also loved the traditional yet modern vibe. Nothing!
