- sasa1234567 (9/5): コスパの良いビジネスホテル - 必要なものはすべて揃っており、清潔、快適でした。お湯の出る給水機が廊下にあり、コーヒーやティーパックの用意が助かりました。カモミールティー、煎茶、紅茶と種類があったのも嬉しかったです。（午後ウェルカムドリンクコーナーにて。） コンビニも近くにありますが、駅も近いので駅で買い物できます。 他の方も書かれていますが、水回りは狭いです。トイレに座るときに腕をむやみに伸ばさない、洗顔時には洗顔ボウルから水か飛び出てもいいようにするなど、少し工夫が必要でした。 駅近ですが、裏側で高架下に入ると暗く怖かったです。岩手大学に熊が出た頃だったので、私は駅の3階から外に出て、大きな道路沿いを歩いてホテルビルを回り込み、外付けエレベーター3階から1階フロントに向かって入っていました。深夜でなければエレベーターの入口はそのまま入れます。 この2点さえ注意すれば、立地、コスパはとてもいいと思います。リピートします😊

- Kornthip (9/5): The location is great—convenient and not crowded. - The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it’s close to the train station with a direct walkway connecting to the hotel—making it easy to handle luggage. The hotel is clean and offers standard amenities. I got a corner room with a view of the intersection; although the room isn’t very large, it still feels open and airy. What I didn’t like is that the hotel uses a very strong fragrance.
