Hotel side much better that Patent building veranda residence,dismal depressed looking area. Beach is filthy , bear bottles on sand, city smells like weed and sewer lines. Water absolutely disgusting

We couldn't sleep all night because we had to keep killing them. The booking website and the apartment management staff were unresponsive and unhelpful when we reported the issue. We strongly advise against staying here, as this accommodation ruined our trip.

Both day and evening views are great. The really worth experiencing is their Breakfast buffet is superb with the BEST Bacon!

- arieldi2017 (2/5): Never stay here again - I originally booked to stay for three nights, and had to check out right the way after only been check in for one hour. If you are looking for a beach holiday, dont come to this place. even though they have three pools, the chairs by the pool was broken and many cigarettes butt on the floor, and dont be fooled by the photos because there is no beach access, very tiny and dirty and not connected to other part of beach, basically isolated, and construction going on right next to pool. I can only say very disappointed.

They been given our room to someone else and we have to wait for manager till 2:30 am and we get to our room almost 3 am in the morning . We paid for room that got 2 bed and sofa bed but we get room that have no sofa bed and still charge us the same price. Booked for 6 pp. but there is only 2 tooth brush . And once we get in our room at 3 am , the manager ask us to pay straight away and we want to pay in card but he only accept cash. The worst hotel service I ever been .
- James (8/5): - The only thing good about the property was the swimming pool however if you want to stay where there is peace and quiet look some where else. There is a lot of families and locals coming here to take pictures of themselves and kids being so loud. The communication from managers was terrible unable to get through to them and also we had to wait over one hour for someone to give us the keys. From start to finish the communication was terrible, if you want to stay here avoid booking through Pattaya Holidays.

- Boonthiwa (4/5): Pattaya holiday เอเจ้นที่ห่วยแตกมาก - รอบที่ 1 ก่อนเข้าพัก 1 วัน พนง.ของ PH ไลน์มาแจ้งว่าใช้บัตรปชช.รับกุญแจจากนิติฯได้เลย และแจ้งบช.ให้โอนค่าทำคสอ. รอบที่ 2 ช่วงเช้าวันเข้าพัก เราโอนเงินค่าทำความสะอาดไปให้ แจ้งผ่านไปทางไลน์ พนง.ตอบกลับรับทราบ ไม่แจ้งไรเพิ่มเติม รอบที่ 3 เราถึงที่พักบ่ายสี่ครึ่งจะเอาบัตรปชช.ไปแลกกจ. ปรากฎแลกไม่ได้ นิติบอกต้องติดต่อเอเจ้น เราโทรไลน์หาเอเจ้น เอเจ้นบอกเด๋วโทรกลับ รอบที่ 4 เอเจ้นโทรมาบอกรอแปป มอไซด์กำลังวิ่งเอากจ.ไปให้ ถามนานเท่าไหร่ก้ไม่บอก รอบที่ 5 รอนานเราโทรไปตามว่าอีกนานมั้ยก้ตอบไม่ได้ ขอโทรกลับอีก รอบที่ 6 โทรกลับมาว่ากจ.อยู่ในเมล์บ๊อกซ์ จบ ถ้าเป็นคุณ คุณจะรุสึกอย่างไร???

- Verified traveler (2/5): very unusual system and easy to be in trouble. - I could not stay this hotel even I booked this on hotels.com. Check in time to be informed 24hrs before in advance otherwise you cannot check in when you arrived hotel during non opening hours of reception. On top, after all booking, I have received email of Additional Cleaning fee 600 THB - 9000 THB to be charged at arrival on top of booked value.

- nunthanon (8/5): Nice and Cheap^^ - I have a chance to stay in 2 bedrooms at Veranda Residence Pattaya for 2 nights, rooms are nice, comfortable, clean and perfect to stay with friends. The building's stand next to Veranda Resort Hotel (you can use hotel facilities)

- Verified traveler (4/5): - There was an issue between Expedia and the property as per whether the room we booked was really available. As we arrived and tried to check-in, they said they alrrady rejected expedia's booking, refunded our card, and in-effect cancelled our reservation. Meanwhile we had nothing but 2 seperate (email and SMS) expedia booking confirmations. Nithing from the property at all. As we chalenged then first they said don't have that specific room available, so tried upselling to a bigger/ better. We said only if its complimentary, as is usually the norm in such cases. They kept trying number of upsell options until we made it crystal clear that we are only paying what we've already paid for on expedia... Through out the ordeal the front office manager who was around entire time REFUSED to talk to us. Only at the very end when we demanded and explanation she came over. In the end the room we booked all of suden became available and with almost an hour of delay we were checked in. Having a 20 month old infant with us, it was unacceptable for 5* property to treat a guest this way. We felt as we were inferior guests during the check-in.
