- Ramkumar (6/5): An okay stay for money paid - The room door lock was not convincing or did not feel secure as it was too loose. Room floor was not clean. White bath towel was dark in color and dust settled on it. I hope this was, is the case, only with my room
- Manoj (7/5): Nice budget hotel, value for money - New construction, polite staff, value for money, room size big, neat & clean, market nearby, Adyar Anand bhawan nearby for eating food. Traffic noise 24 hours, hotel on the busy road, dust all day due to construction work nearby, bathroom window broken, hot water not coming in wash basin, flush not functioning properly, AC not cooling, mosquitoes.

Spacious, neat & clean room, with all basic amenities (Tea kettle, Coffee etc.) On the main road itself, so ones who have a vehicle may face parking issues. I was not having a vehicle. Rest over all comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast was there with different options (unlimited), so I will say this a bonus. Everything was good. Just that it is on the main road so traffic is always there infront of it.
